Progress Video: posing 10 1/2 weeks out from competition…

This is a progress video clip that I shot this past Wednesday after my workout at Global Gym.

Yes, I’m back posing in the can at the gym…

You wouldn’t believe all the e-mails and comments I got about the last video I posted up when I was posing in front of the crapper. Some people got a real kick out of it, some thought I was posing out in some random public bathroom, and some I guess enjoy the “ambiance” of the toilet…

Well the reason I practice my posing in there has nothing to do with the “background”, but that spot just happens to have the best lighting in the locker room, that’s where the mirror is so I can see myself, and I can set my flip cam on the counter top to take progress video. So I’ll continue flexing for all I’m worth in front of the crapper.

Note: Another extra bonus here is just in case I “squeeze” too hard, I don’t have far to run if I feel the urge to “GO” 😉

Anyway… enough crap talk, let’s get down to the progress. I’m currently 206 pounds (down from 220) so I’m quite happy with my results thus far. I think that with another 10 weeks of strict dieting, and dropping another 15 pounds or so, I should be able to come in at my all time best contest shape.

So without further ado, here’s the video…

I know I have a big waist for bodybuilding, I don’t genetically have a wasp thin waistline. Other then losing bodyfat (which I’m currently working on) there really isn’t much else that can be done. But at the same time I do have a 49 inch chest and a 34 inch waist. So it’s still a 15 inch difference which is better than average.

Your waist is 34 inches even when you’re ripped?! Wow, that’s crazy, man! You have a really big waist! lol

Hi Lee, you look perfect , especially your back. It’s huge, don’t listen to Ray, that your biceps, triceps, traps are without definition, 2 weeks out, you will have definition everywhere, won’t you ?

    sorry veins, looking good

Hey Lee, looking good my man!

So how’s the cardio been, since you are cutting and trying to keep as much muscle as possible right? low-intensity?

  • AG

sorry, forgot to add man, I took another look at the video and I’d say, more outer head biceps peak and more thicker, larger traps.

how come there wasn’t a front double bicep pose? just wondering. veins are sick though!

and i would say more triceps definition, though i think that would already be there with the tanning oil.

    all the best man, cheers!

One thing you’ll find here on this website that you won’t find at many places, is “accurate measurements”.

When you hear stories of bodybuilders with 20 inch arms, 50 inch chests, and 30 inch waists 99% of the time those measurements are BS and they are blowing smoke up your butt.

Like I mentioned before I have a 49 inch chest and 34 inch waist, so there’s a 15 inch difference. According to “ideal” proportions, a man’s chest should be 10 inches bigger then his waist, so I’m still better then average in proportion despite my thick torso.

For shits and giggles you should break out the tape measure and see how you stack up with the chest and waist proportions.
