Amar
HI Lee. My name is Amar and I am from Mumbai, India.
I first came to know of your website through my wife, who found about it in her web browsing. She told me that you send free email tips and I should check out your website. I was quite skeptical in the beginning, since we have all heard of internet tricksters and frauds. However, when I studied your website, I was impressed. I found that you are someone I can relate to and your writings are practical and down to earth.
When I subscribed to your free emails, I had just started weight training. I was a novice and had all my knowledge through Arnold’s Encyclopeadia. I have not yet purchased any material from you but read all of your free email tips.
The following are the best tips from you, which I followed and implemented ,
1. The tip about sticking out your rib cage while bench pressing is the best tip I got from your emails. I cannot boast of great gains in my bench, but I did achieve my highest bench strength with this tip (a humble 120 pounds). Considering that I weigh about 200 lbs, this is modest, but I am striving for improvement.
2. Including hammer culrs in the bicep program for faster development. A good tip, which i immediately implemented.
3. A thumb up grip while doing cable pull downs for the back. This is another tip which I immediately implemented.
4. Your tips on warmups and injury prevention are terrific.
5. You had suggested (quite long back) a shoulder exercise where you just use a enpty barbell and shuffle it over your head (back and front). Simple as it seems, this is a great and innovative exercise. Its great to include this in your training for variation, when you get repetitive with the Military press, the DB press, the Arnold press etc.
6. I saved the best for the last. I have saved your you tube presentation on supplements, in my browser favorites. It was terrific, since I was surely confused about which supplements to take. After carefully studying your presentation, I started on whey powder, fish oil capsules and creatine monohydrate. I am sure I would have procrastinated on this point, had it not been for your presentation.
Finally, I have not yet reached a stage where I measure (or take photos) of myself and analyse the results every few months. So, I cannot say what gains I made from your tips, in terms of numbers. But, your words are encouraging, your tips are full of knowledge, your attitude is positive yet humble and you seem to be a great guy. You are so selfless in sharing thse things for free, so I often wonder how great your paid courses would be.
Thanks for all your help and I hope you achieve all your fitness goals.
Amar.
joe
Hi
Joe from England. Found you on Youtube. followed many programmes but ‘Back to Basics’ stands out in memory. Currently on ’21 Day Mass Builder’. Can’t send photos but have to say lean mass and strength much improved. As importantly, 21 Day Mass has moved training to the centre of my life, rather than the ‘add-on’ it was. Thanks Lee, for everything.

Neville (South Africa)
Hi LEE. My name is NEVILLE, and I am following your free email tips all the way from SOUTH AFRICA !!! I am just a beginner still, and therefore do not have before and after pics (sorry). I found your website via google search. Your YOUTUBE videos on warmups I found very informative, as I never did warm up pre-workout, and didnt really know how to. Now I follow your warmup routine as-is. Just looking at your awesome shape is enough motivation for me to hit the gym HARD. I think I am possibly too late for the free e-book, but still hoping maybe I am lucky and you are in a good mood to still give one away 🙂 Cheers LEE

Hi Lee, i am AJAY THAKUR from INDIA, n i really like your posts and all the instructions n lessons from your email.. it has been a month now for me in gym, n can really say that applying your tricks n lessons to my workout and nutrition, i can easily sense that new power and strength in me that was not before, i am a much more confident person now, i can now visually see some of my muscles popping out of my thin built physique, i have gained an inch on my arms, they are now 13.5″ from 12.5″ , my chest was 38″ earlier but now its slightly above 39″ , however i didn’t wanted my waist to rise also but it’s now 32″ from my ideal waist size of 30″ considering my height at 5’8″.
i am looking forward for much more gains in future. One thing for which i really want to thank you is that now i eat a lot around 7 times a day all healthy meal, my parents are really happy to see me eat like anything because earlier i was a headache for them for not having my food on time.

-I found out about your website watching a Vince Delmonte video when you’re both in Las Vegas last year.
-I have used Vince’s No Nonsense Muscle Bulidng, Rusty Moore’s Visual Impact and Jason Ferruggia Muscle Gaining Secrets.
These programs have helped in a number of different ways NNMB helped me to start getting a muscular, VI helped getting lean and defined and MGS was a real strength builder.
I’m not a big eater so I never really put on any size but my bodyfat dropped from 18% down to 9 %.
I never deadlifted or squatted before until these programs so now I’m up to 400lb squats, 330 lbw deadliest, bench 264lb.

Hi Lee. I am a huge fan of yours. I am from Pakistan and have started going to the gym ever since i found you out via google. I have gotten bigger and stronger after working out as per your advice. I use almost all your work out techniques in the gym, biceps, triceps, shoulder workout etc. I havent started the lower body workout yet, but i will start doing that soon too. You are a true sense of inspiration!
Mike
Would love a book.
Lee, you’ve been a real inspiration to me and you have added value to my workouts.
onk
Hi. Im Onk from India. I gained 3 stone of muscle through your nutritional and exercise programme.
Keith
Knew I should have checked emails yesterday but took the day off from that sort of thing to relax and enjoy the freedom this country has gifted me with.
The information in the emails I have received have been priceless to me. They are simple, easy to understand and my workouts have improved.
I have only been getting them for about 6 weeks but most of my weights have increased at least 5% – 10 %. The rep and set schedule has been logical and kept me from sliding back which is a sign of over training for me.
Thank you very much Lee.
Keith

I have been following your blog for over a year now and I have made progress with your tips. I am a student and with my limited income I tried to invest (read spend) money wisely for my building. I follow your blog and I love all your tips, they are friggin awesome 🙂
Tim
Lee,
I am Tim from Minnesota. I stumbled across your website while researching bodybuilding a couple of years back. I had been discoraged with the lack of progress I was having. I was busting my ass in the gym and wasnt making any progress. I have really enjoyed a number of your programs especially the blast your bicepts. I have really started to notice a change in the muscle group that for the longest time was the most stubborn. I have also gotten some good tips from your emails in regards to nutrition and new exercises to incorporate into my workout. You have been a huge help, and while I am still far from where I would like to be, I have been seeing progress utilizing many of your tips. I dont have any before and after pictures available, but my fat content has dropped from 21% to 17%. My weight has stayed the same which is what I wanted and I have noticed increased size in even my trouble areas and increased definition. Thanks for all your help and keep it coming
brian roy
What’s up Lee, it’s Brian roy here…I was the runner up in the 21 day fast mass contest back in February…gained 9 pounds of solid muscle, wasn’t able to join you guys at the arnold because I was at the hospital with my wife who was delivering our daughter on that Friday, anyway that program was awesome and I actually kept making good gains with each 21 day cycle I did before I switched over to more of a power lifting routine for awhile but I’m getting ready to use that program again so I’ll keep you posted on my progress…also I have your blast your bench program but haven’t gotten around to that one yet because my left shoulder has been nagging me lately but can’t wait to try that program out once my shoulder feels better. Anyway bro take care and thanks for putting out good training advice for all of us.
