I really don’t remember exactly how I found your website, but it must have been through using Vince Delmonte’s programs, and watching subsequent youtube videos. I found out about you and your reputation “through the loop” persay.

I am currently on the 21 day program and am seeing CRAZY gains. I’ve previously dabbled in Blast your Bench but I didn’t devote too much time to it. I certainly will in the future.

I can’t even start to explain the benefits of the 21 day program. I’m visibly bigger ever day and my weights have LITERALLY been going up with every workout for the about 5 weeks I’ve been on the program. I personally use your bodybuilder routine at the moment, but I’ve been through the muscle model one as well. During the cutting phase your 500-rep circuit tore me apart! It took some time to work up to it but it produced great results and at the end of each individual cutting week I start to see those nice abs. Then I usually gain about 5 pounds during the next bulking phase.

I’m obviusly too late for the free-bee. But here’s the basics. I’m from San Jose, Ca. I stumbled into your website one day and have never regretted it.
Of the programs you offer, I’m most taken with the general 4 phase workout.
This program really agrees with me.
At the moment, I’m taking some free time after dealing with the 21 day workout and I’m going to be restarting with a second go-round of your general workout. I think the general workout is magnificent. It keeps me strong and I have never been bored using it.
I usually weigh in at 242-245 Lbs. I haven’t lost any weight but I have gotten stronger and my waist struggles to remain between 42 and 44 Inches. It used to be a steady 47 inches.
If that’s not impressive enough for you, tough! I’m going to be 78 years old this October and I haven’t missed a training day for at least a year and probably more.
In my age group, I get to have two doctors. both my regular doctor and the orthopedic surgeon that did a total replacement of both my hips are mightily impressed.
The doctor calls me amazing and the surgeon when commenting on my fitness stats, said I will probably live to be 99 years old.
When I asked him why only 99 years. Why not 100 years old. He told me, “the chart doesn’t go that high.” 🙂
As far as I’m concerned, I’m on the top of the pile and Lee, your good stuff helps keep me there.

I’ve done the Intermediate programe you posted a long time ago (old web site), the blast your bench and squat program. the Hardcore one and I’m wating to have some time to commit for 3 cycle of the 21 day program that I fot last spring.
They all helped me get a better understanding of training, gaing some strength and lose some body fat. Can’t wait to so the 21 day workout .

I used what was provide in the news letters and applied them to my own daily routine. I did notice that I have gotten stronger and bigger too even though I’m sort of a hard gainer. Also watching the one hour video chat session. What I got from those are pretty valuable.

My name is Fredrich Martinsson and comes from Sweden.
I found your page many years ago when I was looking for information about the 20 rep Squat.
I have followed a myriad of programs but those that worked best was Max-OT and 5/3/1. Although I have not tried any of your training schedules, I find your site very informative.
It was only when I started to squat and deadlift serious the results came. Today I weigh 101 kg with 12% body fat.

This is Isaac Rojas from Texas. I first heard of you by Dave Ruel after purchasing his Anabolic cookbook since I had been working out for months and not seeing progrss, I figured it was due to my nutrition. After buying his book, he promoted the 21 day fast mass package by yourself and Vince DelMonte. I haven’t done it yet, currently doing doing Lean Hybrid muscle in which I dropped from 190lbs 15% bf to 175lbs 11% bf. I got helluva stronger but looking to add muscle mass. I love ur advice and have added stuff of urs to my workouts. Ur one of the few trainers I follow! Keep it up!

I have just completed the second go round of the 21 day fast mass building program, have used the Blast your Biceps, and Progressive pull-up programs. I follow your blogs regularly and catch most of your weekly callins.
I started weightlifting a year ago after spending the previous year dieting to get from 207lbs to 150lbs. Using your programs I have put on 15 lbs over the last year and have more muscularity at 52 years old than I ever have in my life.

Age 32, 72kg, summer lean and live in London. Have used your 21day FMB programme and am on week 2 at present then will do 2 low carb weeks before going to Estonia for 10 days. Have done a couple of cycles and did get stronger and the lower abs were seen for the first time! Pretty good for a mass building programme! Hello lee im Jose Cordova and im from Chicago. I first found out about your website through my quest for knowledge on hot to build muscle. Some of the programs i have followed are mostly power building programs with bodybuilding aspects. The programs that i followed really help me get stronger and a bit more muscular quicker. im pretty sure i have gained a lot of muscle but i don’t know exact;y how much. i started weighing 156 and brought my weight up to 190 with a 3 percent fat loss, my biceps went from 13inch to 15.5 inch. My overall strength improved too. before i started working out i could not do a single pull up or one arm push up but now i do both of those for reps. Lee you really have some great advice and that’s why i would love your book(for free)

Amoungst your training routines I’ve tired the ones I noticed most noticeable improvement in strength and size was def your 100 rep leg program, 5×5 Front Squats, 5×5 back squat, 5×5 Plyo Jumps etc……
I’ve also ‘repped’ out many times on 1 arm rows to blast those lats…..boy they will get ’em burning like charcoal..
I’ve also tried your fast mass gaining program i.e. 21 days and have seen increases in muscular weight each time….keep those idead coming my man!

Deadlift; went from 90 kg to maxing out over 160 kg
Benchpress: from 95 kg to 120 kg

I’ve been reading your tips for about 2 or 3 years now, and have definitely learned a lot! Hearing a pro’s stance on certain issues like when to use cheat days, high rep vs. low rep sets, etc. has been extremely eye-opening. Although I haven’t purchased one of your programs (YET), your advice has been very beneficial. Right now I’m trying to cut some fat, so I’ve been using many of your fat burning tips (morning cardio, types of meal breakdown, etc.) to achieve this goal! From 180 Im down to 163, while having maintained most of my strength, and hopefully I can continue progressing so that my BF is in the mid single digits! (Gonna get it tested soon!). Please add this to my post… With the direct tips you put on video at Strength Camp with pull ups and hanging at the bottom to gain width and your video’s and tips on getting a good tri hit with the dumbell incline extension to press supersets, and reaching out with your chin on standing dumbells curls have realy helped me alot… I live in Washington state in the N.E. corner in the sticks and do alot of country boy log lifts, carries, overhead presses and lots more!!! Like I said prior I plan on competing in the future, which was never a thought until I started talking with and learning from some of you on the web. One thing I will be looking for advice on from you directly is stuff on balancing muscle left to right side type thing… With that pull up advice you gave my right lat has realy come around and looks alot mor like a twin is suppossed too!!!!
