    Hey Lee so the average weight lifter can expect about 12 pounds of muscle with this program. But why do you guys always refer to it as fat free mass? What is dry muscle and how is it different from the conventional “muscle” term? So is it 12 pounds of “muscle” or dry muscle?

If the final one contains the most ‘hardcore’ workouts surely nearly everyone would simply chose that one to make the greatest gains possible from this regardless of whether they want to look like a pro body builder?

    Along with the bonus of the year workout calendar, does the 21 fast mass program take care of the nutrition aspects as well? I understand that the first 21 days will be detailed out for diet, but can one carry that through the entire year? Since about 80% of changes are diet related (and so the largest factor in progress), is that something that I need to research beyond the 21 days?

    Though I didn’t win one of programs, I am really considering getting this program if not for more than anything, motivation and a starting point. I have been telling myself I need to gt back into shape; I want to bulk up and put on some size, I want to look chisled during the summer months, etc. Now I get to try a program that will give me something to look forward to building on. I still have to admite a bit of skepticism, but anything is better than nothing. So we will have to see what all the hype is all about. Don’t dissapoint me, because I will let you know, lol!! No holding back!

    Muscle is made of 70% water. So anytime you gain muscular bodyweight you are gaining dry muscle, water, & glycogen. That’s just the way it is with any program you follow.

    Don’t be fooled by the names, actually the fitness model and muscle model workouts are probably harder to perform than the bodybuilder workouts because they are faster paced training sessions. Bottom line, you have a lot of choices with your training with this program.

    There is no “dry” muscle, because muscle cells contain up to 80 % of water.
    You probably mean “lean” muscle, which do not contain (much) fat. Usually muscles are covered by a layer of fat, which hide the best parts of a strong man. That layer we are very eager to minimize or get rid of as much as possible. An example: in the beginning of the past year I had 30 % of fat. In the late autumn my fat %:age was 12 %, but my weight did not fall much. This was only possible by trying to eat less fattening “foods” and concentrating to eat as much as possible green fresh vegetable smoothies mixed with more protein than ever before. Protein is very nutritive to your muscles, but it may not contain wrong carbohydrates and fats. You are what you eat, so eat mainly to nourish your muscles, not only your taste nerves. Drink a lot of water, enough, but not too much.
    The thinner your fat-cover is, the more striations and blood vessels are seen through it. That is our purpose in modern weight training, which at best is called “Bodybuilding”.

    i have to start my workout half years before, and totally i just gain 3 pounds only, so i want to know , is it 21days gain 12 pounds is useful for me even i’m asian?

    • We can’t predict the actual number you gain, we can only go by the results of our test subjects. And their average weight gain was 12 pounds after going through the 21 Day Cycle. Some gained more, some gained less, but 12 was the average.
