    Ok I have tried before the dead line to read these 2 free reports and yet they never come to m y email. It is now open again and yet I still can not read it cause I get nothing to take me to the 21 day mass builting reports. Does anyone know why? Does anyone know how I can read the 2?

    A few years ago I was hurt pretty bad on the job. I was told by 2 doc’s that I would never be able to do the thing I use to do. Well 4 years have passed now and it was not an easy road to go down but I have made almost 100% come back from it. In some ways in area’s I’m stronger now then I was then. My back still now and then give’s me some crap, however I know when it has been time to slow down or stop. Now there is nothing wrong with pushing ahead, just know when it’s time to stop. I know how you feel. Keep your head up and don’t worry about it going slow at 1st. The thing to remember is that your trying and you will if you keep a clear head make and see results.

  • Hamed: I hope its not a 300 page book !! I dont enjoy reading much lol I have read like million pages in 2010 !! But I’m still not cut or bulky as I want ..
    I did learn a lot .. Iv ordered almost everything MYM + Joel Marions cheat your way + sean nalewanyj + Francesco Castano .. All of that are good programs but the problem is Failure Injures me !! It does build impressive muscle but I always get injured after a failure session I lose my form the last 2 reps which injures me ..
    So does this program also include muscle failure ?? Or is it ok to stop 2 reps before of failure ?? Cause I have bad shoulders both of them specialy after bench presses & squat I also partially tore my right shoulder muscle ..

    Obviously you can work within your limits. If you find training to failure causes injury, then simply don’t train to failure. You can still make gains without repping out to failure, the key is progressive overload over the long term.

So the next program will be based on what MY personal goals are… We don’t just make random stuff up… we simply release programs that work for us. Some of our stuff might sound like marketing hype and we won’t lie – we don’t down play our info because we know it works – but we would NEVER ask you to do a program that we personally don’t use or that has not worked for us. Those are a few of our morals.

    Hmmmmm not sure what to think, you guys bring out a new program every few months claiming it to be the biggest scientific breakthrough I guess well wait and see, but its just all fancy marketing if you ask me, and people don’t be duped
    if you have purchased off these guys before and haven’t used those programs
    then don’t waste your money here unless you follow through with action..
    Also you are not going to be a huge mass stud muffin in 21 days I don’t
    care what anyone says try aim for at least 6 months of hard toil and discipline before you turn into that Adonis.. Just my 2 cents

    I know most of you guys work with free weights; as I said before I’m pretty much done in that department; but I can work with some tension equipment.
    The tension goes up to 100 pounds each side. Do you think this will do, as a substitution for the free weights.?

    Hey Vince I’ve been a long time follower of your programs and I even used the NNMB program last year. I had incredible results, I gained 25 pounds in 3 months and never felt better about myself. Unfortunatley, due to personal issues I couldn’t complete it or maintain the weight so now I am back to square one. I was planning on using the NNMB again until I saw this. Personally I would rather be lean and cut instead of having to over shoot my weight goal and shred. Do you think this program will allow me to get to my ideal weight of 195 within 90 days or should I stick to the NNMB. I am currently 6’2 and 165 pounds. I don’t know my bf %; but I’m sure its pretty low given my height and weight. Please let me know your opinion. Thanks

    I can honestly say that i want this program more than anything. I’m tired of wasting my time on programs that do not produce good enough results or push me to my full capabilities. I’m a skinny guy who’s been trying endlessly to transform their body and gain more muscle.     Any resistance exercise will help. I’ve used a lot of rubber fitness band and machine exercises to work around injuries that I’ve had in the past. While free weights are certainly king for placing the most stress on the muscle, they aren’t the end all be all of strength training. There are other alternativeness that can produce results.

    I’ll jump in here Alex…
    The 21FMB program can certainly help you gain lean mass quicker than you can with traditional long term bulking programs. Now your goal of gaining 30 pounds of lean mass in 90 days is an ambitious goal, but certainly not impossible.

    Our initial test subjects averaged a 12 pound gain from their first cycle. But with each cycle the rebound gains are slightly less. The main reason for this is because you’ll lose water, glycogen, etc. during the primer phase, and then regain it (along with some new lean mass) during the overload phase. It’s the 2 steps forward, 1 step back approach.

    But to give you some real world results over the long-term I’ll share my personal experience. I first started experimenting with this style high and low calorie cycles back when I was a young whipper snapper in college. At the time my main goal was simply packing on as much muscular bodyweight as I could.

    I stuck with the program for a full year and went from 170 pounds to 215 pounds. That’s a solid 45 pounds of mass in 1 year. Now keep in mind I was already working out consistently for 8 years prior to this, so those 45 pounds didn’t come from the fast initial “newbie gains” that we are all familiar with.

    Those were the best gains of my life, in fact everyone at school was accusing me of taking steroids because I was growing so fast. At first I was pretty offended by it because I worked my ass off for those gains and I made them 100% naturally. But after a while I kinda looked at it as a complement of sorts. I mean after all, it must of meant that my new size gains were quite noticeable 😉

    So anyway back to you and your goals, maybe you’ll be able to gain 30 pounds in 90 days, or maybe it will take a bit longer (we don’t know until you try). But if you continue cycling through the 21 Day Fast Mass Building program you’ll eventually reach your goal.

    I am excited for the release of your program. My current role in the military is to review various fitness programs that could benefit our troops. Can you imagine a special forces team 30 days out from deployment all gaining 7-10 lbs of muscle while either maintaining or losing fat?     I think you guys out did yourselves on this one you have gone out of your way to put together what could possibly be the Biggest break through in the BodyBuilding Industry I realize the cycling strategy has been around but the way you guys have put together this plan and how it will be delivered is simply amazing! I’ve been following you guys for little while now and I must say this is going to be the best way to start off the new year and I have to admit I’m pretty fired up about this I’ve been spinning my wheels for the last 6 months getting burnt from over training and just simply not eating right so this will be very encouraging to say the least!

    Guys Im a 36 yr old (look about 26 – so everyone tells me) married father of 2 and have been into fitness for most of my life. I have mixed and matched programs I have purchased from Sean Nalewanyj (MGT), Roman (FPFL), Dr. K (DEFL), Joel Marion(XFLD), Nick Nilsson (MSM), Mike Geary(TAA, CYWThin), Mike Westerdal, Anthony Bova(SHR) etc!! and have achieved fantastic results.
    There are a lot of similarities and differences b/w all of these not to mention new ways of thinking that keep the body guessing.

    All these programs have worked for me and have really been motivational to say the least (Roman’s feedback and emails were awesome!). I finally got my abs out with some serious muscle – and now it’s time to take it to the next level with Lee.

    A free copy of the 21 day program would be awesome, but since I’m getting it anyway, perhaps it would be more appreciated for someone starting fresh!!

    The way I see things, people invest their money for the future…but not all of them invest in their health, so by the time they come to retirement they do not get to enjoy their hard earned savings.

    To start off I’m tired of people telling me I can’t accomplish anything when it comes to working out and getting in the best shape of my life. I workout using the insanity and I have lost 50 lbs on it but I know there is something missing when it comes to gaining muscle so I started working out with weights three times a day to add muscle I even bought Dave Ruel’s anabolic cookbook and I’m not seeing any results and iv been working out for six months and I have only gained 10 lbs of muscle and I haven been following you, Dave and Vince for three months and so I resantly bought Dave’s cookbook, your progressive pull up program and its helped me with my training so if I won the contest I know it would sky rocket my results in record time.

    my name is mike.i used to be a chubby kid and iwas always watching other guys withveins in their forearms and biceps that i never had seen even when i was warking out and i started lifting weights since two years ago.and i had never seen extraordinary results.i gained like 5 pounds in two years. it was very exciting the thing about bodyfat that you said 10-15% make the best gains and that is why propably i dint gain a lot of weight.i was 19% body fat 150 pounds and i am going to finish my school this year.i stopped serious training and this summer i am going to become 18 years old wont have anything to do and i think that i am going to use it 100% and make great gains the best gains in my life .

    I personally think its a GOOD thing people come out with breakthroughs and new programs. They are not claiming that this is the end-all solution to muscle building, but rather another approach that works really well.

    I think every program that is released is clear about the results and they are achieveable as I just did it myself and gained 14.2lbs of lean mass in 42 days.

    Your right about the 6 month time frame, but how often does a person stay on the same phase of workouts and dietary intake for those 6 months? Normally people cycle different approaches and change their training.

    Of course there is good marketing…should they simply say ‘this is an average program that may or may not deliver results’ ?! who would believe in that?

    you NEED to believe in something if you are going to achieve it and of course if it is proven (there are success stories) then you will pre-program your logic to believing its possible and have much better results.

    I dont see anything wrong with these releases, and before becoming an author, i would regularly pickup different programs over a year just to keep things ‘fresh’.

    I agree you shouldnt buy the program if your not an action taker…you can buy all you want but unless you do something with it, you wont get anywhere.

    And again, its a 21 day cycle…there not saying do this one cycle and thats it!?

    its a ‘cycle’..to be repeated over the course of say 3-5 months…that will bring you closer to beind a ‘Mass stud muffi’ as you so elegantly put it 🙂

    I am 40 y/o at 5’8 256lb I am wanting to give programs a whirl, this program will help me gain even more mass and also with building my wife’s nutrition would benefit both me and my wife to get into the best shape starting this year, my wife has never exercised regularly before and this would help keep her motivated, myself I lifted heavy weights since playing high school and college baseball and hockey.     Hey Jose,

    Try checking out “John Peterson”‘s training methods. He teaches training without using weights using your own bodyweight, isometrics and Dynamic tension type exercises. I used it for 2 years when I couldn’t weight train due to injury, and I’ve got the same (if not better) physique now than I did before starting it.

    You can follow any weight training program then but using different exercises instead

    Hi there guys! Just wondering how different the 3 21 day workout dvds are? If the final one contains the most ‘hardcore’ workouts surely nearly everyone would simply chose that one to make the greatest gains possible from this regardless of whether they want to look like a pro body builder?
