Here’s just a quick re-cap of some of the crazy fun cool stuff that went down:

Hey Lee speaking of your friends in the online fitness industry… why is it that all your programs are set at the same price? For instance:

    Blast Your Bench/ Biceps: $47
    Anabolic Cooking: $47
    Brink’s Bodybuilding Revealed: $47
    Optimum Anabolics: $47
FatLoss Lifestlye by Darin Steen: $47

And then we have the more holistic muscle building programs aka the BIG THREE

The Truth About Building Muscle by Sean Nalewanyj (Zeus): $77
Muscle Gaining Secrets by Jason Ferruggia (Poseidon): $77
No Nonsense Muscle Building by Vince Delmonte (Hades) : $77

And if I’m not mistaken Critical Bench is also $77

Whats up with this Lee? Do you guys actually mutually agree to charge similar prices to set the playing field even and eliminate price competition? I gotta say some programs are overpriced while some are underpriced because of this.

  • Not really, if you look through the ClickBank market place you’ll see that most products are similarly priced all across the board. Not just bodybuilding and fitness products.

Thanks for clearing this up for me Lee… very much appreciated…. In fact I thought the chances of you replying would be pretty slim… and I apologize for being mistaken that you deleted my comment…

Can you talk some on the subject of the Trap or Hex bar that was in the Video. Does seem it is better for Dead lifts than shrugs. Why did it fall out of favor and do you think it is making a return?

I think it’s a great bar, but it’s not going to be found in most mainstream fitness gyms. Generally only private gyms and powerlifting gyms will have this kind of bar. If you have access to one, then by all means you can include it in your workouts.
