Lee’s Revenge Against The YouTube Critics!

Hey there,

You see I was just skimming through some of my old YouTube videos and answering comments from my subscribers when I ran across this particular video that I made 2 years ago and it just cracked me up πŸ™‚

If you are a serious muscle-head then this video is a “Must See” because I’m poking some fun and getting my revenge against all the “YouTube Exercise Critics” out there who constantly bitch and complain about my form when lifting heavyweights.

You definitely want to check this out, you’re going to get a chuckle out of it I promise!

  • TOO FUNNY LOL LAUGHING MY HEAD OFF HOLY COW

  • 265kg bencher

Where’s the funny bit? That was lame, is that a hint of an Irish accent I hear?

  • Damn Lee easy there buddy, I remember this video. All fun aside. when you were working on the heavy plates.. the primary muscle your working is for the upper lats I assume, but I see that the rear delts, back and arms are being targetted. Can you explain all the merits to this exercise…Herc.

  • I remember this, has it been 2 yrs already?

  • Raphael

Great form lee! Lmao! That was funny. But those six plates was good mate! Let them hate, that’s how you know you’re doing something right.

  • Absolutely hilarious hahaha. The people who comment on your “shit form”, are the people who aren’t making any REAL gains. And how can they comment on your form and say it sucks, when it’s CLEARLY working. I know, I’ve seen your pictures!!! Jealousy will get you nowhere, mother fuckers!

I been following Lees workout advice for a couple months now and i’m probably in the best shape of my life. Trufax.

  • James

LMFO.. That was the funniest video… I bet u had all types of lactic acid buildup… lol

  • Bravo659

    That is ridiculous. LMAO
As a beginner working out must always start out slow with form until they get the hang of it then increase weight and move a little faster. Maybe you should doing youTube videos for the different level of bodybuilding.

    Peace.

  • Frank

Funny video, next put in a little stand up comedian work in it like i.e. chris rock :P.

P.s. How good did you do in the body building show that time?

  • Brian

And if you don’t have dumbells lighter than 3 pounds, two cans of soup will get you pumped!! πŸ™‚

  • Will

LOL brilliant. If people seriously criticise your form they should look at your pics and see what body can be achieved by “less than perfect” form. I really need to ask a question at one of your Q&A shows but i never have time to tune in I live in England so your shows are mainly late at night, if you have time please answer me this…. I am confused about certain exercises and which muscles they primarily work. I do a split routine as you advise.. Day1 shoulders chest tricep. Day 2 Bicep n back. Day 3 legs n abs. I am confused about such exercises as; upright rows, bent over rows (underhand and overhand grips) shrugs, flys, lateral raises etc. Can you claify which of the above to do as a shoulder workout and which as a back workout. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, this is the only “grey” area for me. Thank you.

Morning Lee man you want to be carefull you don’t do yourself any damage with those heavy dumbell curls pheeeewwww i broke out in a sweat when i saw you pick those monsters up.

  • Absolutely hilarious Lee, what a crack-up! Do the critics realize how difficult it is to do one arm rows with six plates? Very impressive and there is no momentum with that much weight. And think about all the secondary muscles that come into play as you fight gravity while lowering the weight. Well done my friend, and the video is great!

  • james

lol that was classic lee, im looking foward to hitting the gym tomorrow with that exact bicep excercise (and weight) to break things up a bit lmao. going to practice a bit at home first but havent got a 5lb so substituting with a can of beans in each hand πŸ™‚
