Lee’s Revenge Against The YouTube Critics!

Hey there,
I just had to share this with you…

You see I was just skimming through some of my old YouTube videos and answering comments from my subscribers when I ran across this particular video that I made 2 years ago and it just cracked me up 🙂

If you are a serious muscle-head then this video is a “Must See” because I’m poking some fun and getting my revenge against all the “YouTube Exercise Critics” out there who constantly bitch and complain about my form when lifting heavyweights.

You definitely want to check this out, you’re going to get a chuckle out of it I promise!

    lol so where are the videos of these people doing that weight and reps with slow controlled and contraction holding reps?? oh wait they’re on the machines with 5 pounds and curling the pink weights!!

    Hey Lee, good one, i’d say your bi’s are still feeling the effects of that ‘super slow mo’ workout, i tryed it myself just last night and it’s a killer!! I could on manage the 1kg’s with such strict form though lol.

  • Great post Lee ! What haters do not understand is that as you get more advanced you master your technique and you can safely and yet effectively spur on new muscle growth while only just cheating a bit .. 🙂

    You know, this is SO true. I have always had difficulty getting any serious gains of size and strength in my biceps. However, in recent weeks I have started doing dumbbell curls and have been increasing the weight to the point that I am sacrificing “form”. Well, guess what? I have enjoyed a very notable increase in the weight that I can now handle as well as a notable increase in the size and definition of my biceps. Also, I believe the dumbbells give me a better workout for each arm than does the EZ-curl barbell. So now I don’t shy away from the 50 lb. (or even 55 lb. most recently) dumbbells for my bicep routine ;^)

    I am currently using your 3 Day split routine for my workout schedule I personaly think is great the best thing is that I am working with this routine one step at the time not rushing my self,

    All of the people who have negative comments need to post videos of them doing the exercises along with their website since they’re such experts.
