Posing Practice 8 Days Out…

This was a practice posing session that I did last Friday.
I’m 197 pounds in the video. I figure I’ll weigh-in around
190 pounds or so once I cut my water.

I’m really happy with everything. This is the best shape
I’ve ever been in, so regardless of the outcome of the
show I’ve achieved my personal goal.

But the best part is that the week after the show I’m heading
down to Cuba with a bunch of friends for a much needed vacation,
and I’m going to be the most ripped dude on the beach LOL

I think being ripped for the beach is going to be a heck of a lot
more fun then being ripped for a bodybuilding contest 😉

  • Nice Man! People that really train like that and get that size are pretty impressive. They convert devotion, determination, time, effort, etc > into muscle.

What a great thing to hear a pro say. This is a piece of advice that sports psychologists are always giving out. Focus on your performance, not the outcome. You can control one, not the other…

    Keep up the good work.
