I need the mass and strength program to help further myself in my strength and physique. I am a very hardgainer and have tried almost everything I can think of to gain mass. I have gained a some strength but have hit a serious plateau. Please consider me I have a major napolean complex and it is my dream to transform myself into a person that can be proud of the way I look and not be ashamed of my strength. Thanks for the consideration.

  • Zach

I was always the fat kid growing up, until I made the decision in high school to starve myself. Unfortunately, I made myself sick in the process and lost a lot of muscle with the fat. Now I’m much thinner, but also only 5’4″. Small to say the least. I’ve been working out for a while now but it’s hard to find the right program that really gets the results we all want. I would love to be able to finally create a body that I’m not sad to see in the mirror.

Hey Lee! Building a big muscular body is extremely important to have, because if your a navy seal and your strong and big, everything becomes easier. you can move objects that can prevent your success in a mission. Another reason why its extremely important to be strong and big, is to scare off any potential douchebags trying to attack your girlfriend or wife..Ps. thanks for giving us all this oportunity

Lee, I’m 62 yrs old and retired. I have type 2 Diabetes which I keep under control via exercise and Diet (no Meds). My reason to improve my strength and some Mass is to improve my overall health and achieve the shape I intend to get into. As one gets older your body goes through some changes but I don’t believe one should ever give up and with the right information and drive, no matter what you want to achieve you will do it as long as you believe you can. Thank you for all of the important information you and for cutting through the BS that you guys have and continue to supply through you web site and articles

  • Lee, I am a masters power lifter in the 100%raw Federation, I also compete in the APF,as well as the USPF federation.Do to a past illness URI turned into Pneumonia. I lost weight and allot of strength. Though the body weight I lost would like to keep down but get my strength back. I know about muscle memory but I feel what better testimony for your product then for me to try and use it as a platform at my meets. To show how it does work I would like to get this information and put it to good use and make and set new records. At a lower body weight but still compete in the 308 lb class. well thanks for all you do God Bless stay strong. Respectfully, Bryon Barthel

test commit, just seeing if it works for me

  • For the first thing: why building a big, strong, muscular body is so important to me. It’s simple like that: I’ve been such so skinny for a long time. spending all my time just for studying like hell and then I got what. Nothing but my strength going down time after time so I decided to go on body building. And the next thing, when I go on body building, my goal is not only for big, muscular but also powerful. That’s what I truly want to achieve not like in my gym, they are training their upper body so big and with your word “tiny chicken leg”. In short, it’s not the matter of importance or not, the big, strong, muscular body is my goal from the beginning so it’s something more than important.

About why I need ‘Proven Mass and Power Building Training System’, 1st thing about it I can sure that it will help me not go on the wrong way and wasting time doing bullshit things at gym. 2nd thing, if you train in a proven system then it is absolute that you will achieve your dream as long as you don’t give up. Well, about your talent Lee, I can say that you rock. I’ve trying all of suggestions in 1 month and a half and see the difference comparing to other guys in my gym. They started the same time with me but the result is just so big different.
P.S: Keep the good job up. You are the man, Lee.

    Lee & Mike,
Building a big, strong, muscular body is so important to me and I NEED a ‘Proven Mass and Power Building Training System’ to help me achieve my fitness goals Right Now!

I’m a 59-year young cancer survivor. Two years ago I was diodosed with throat cancer. After the first surgery I was told I could not lift heavy weights anymore because the nerve was removed that controlled my left TRAP. It was removed because it ran through one of the lymph nods that had cancer. Therefore no left TRAP.

After Chemo and Radiation and losing 30 LBS, I found myself back at the gym trying to prove everybody wrong. I gained body weigh, but not the strength I wanted.

    I found ‘Blast Your Bench”!

Using this program I increase my bench by 30 lbs while losing 11 lbs. body weight. I went from 21% body fat down to 13.5%
This May I tied the NJ State record for Bench Press for my age and weight with the WNPF.

I’m using the “Blast Your Bench” program now for my next meet on June 27, which I hope to set the NJ record for bench press for my age and weight. If I’m successful I will go the world meet in Nov in Atlantic City, NJ.

I need this program to get to the next level. I would like to set the national record for bench press for my age and weight.

Credit given where Credit is Due!!!

Thanks for all your emails and videos!

    Buffdad

Lee, I Have been following you for some time and enjoy your emails and journeys. I am 52 years old have been training for about 3 years now. I work as an production supervisor and do quite abit of physical labor. I need a program to keep me doing what I do and stay ahead of the young guys.
    Thanks
    Ben

Hey Lee I saw Al those commits you got on the mass-and-strength page, and it blew my mind, and now im going to start my 250 word commit, and no words in this paragraph count for the 250 word commit, LOL.

Hey lee, I am 6 ft 0 in and weight 186.6 LBS with 9.6% body fat. A few years back I use to be so dead set on my bench, like a lot of people you talked about, I did what you said 2 years ago by cutting the bench press out of the program, when I was beating my head on the wall day after day, I was stuck at 265, then once I cut out the bench for a few weeks, I started to make gains, and now I can do 330 on the bench and 350 on decline, but A few weeks back I bought the Blast your bench and did every thing it said and completed it but didn’t retest my one rep max yet, because Im not so deadly focused on the bench like I use to be. My Squat is in the mid 300’s and my deadlift is 455. that was before I started the blast your deadlift program, and yes I subedited the deadlift in for the blast your squat. And hope to hit 500 in compaction this Saturday. Im working on a goal to become the first man to bench press 1000 + LBS Raw with no steroids and weight less than 114 LBS. My question is how long do you think it will take for me to achieve this goal, LOL. I have 15.5 in calvs, 24.5 in Upper legs, 32.5 inch waste, 26.5 inch chest, 15.7 inch biceps, 14 inch for arms, 15.5 in neck.

  • Tony

Hey guys, I been getting your articles and tips for the past year. I have been overweight my whole life tipping the scales at 327lbs at one point and all on a 5’8″ frame! The past few years have been very stressful and my health really suffered. I turned 35 this year and finally decided to turn my life around. I stopped worrying about things I have no control over and focus more on what I can control. I have a great diet plan working for me, im now down to 240lbs, and would love to follow the best training system on the market to compliment and help complete my transformatiion!

  • Brett Staller

Well sure I’d like to be bigger, stronger and scare people when I walk by… BUT the reason I should be the recipient of your free mass & strength program is because YOU NEED SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE THIS PROGRAM SERIOUSLY and work their ass off to create dramatic and undeniable results. I’m your man! Just 7 months ago I weighed 265lb @ 28.8% bodyfat, had a 40” waist and could NOT do 10 pushups to save my ass. Now… 205lb @ 18.1% bodyfat, 35” waist and can rep out 75 pushups. Now it’s time to BULK UP and you’re just the man to help me do it. When I get done CONQUERING and DOMINATING your program, the results will be so dramatic, your server is gonna crash within 15min of posting my before/after pictures. I continually promote you and your website to my friends & coworkers, 3 of which work out regularly and have become big fans of yours. 3 others have been so inspired by my success, they’ve started their own weightlifting programs and are cashing in with your help. Keep up the good work Lee, we appreciate you.

  • Brad Boehler

I need this because i am in high school. And i play football, but im not the biggest kid on the team. I love playing but i need to get stronger. And i get picked on at school a lot. This program would help boost my confidence as well as my playing time. I just want to look good and get stronger.

  • Frank DeSantis

HI LEE. i am 55 yrs of age, I have always benign shape, however now it is getting harder to keep that way. I love to work out and at my age I look pretty good. I want to stay that way and sometimes my muscles feel like they want to move, get bigger, you know what I mean. i am a baseball coach so I am out on the filed a lot. I don’t have a problem with my card but I want size. I really want to know the bestway to do that without taking supplements. I am going to try it by myself, however I know that if I follow your system I will succeed. Thanks for your consideration.

  • It is, actually, very simple but logic as well. To achieve a goal such as having a competitive body is to achieve a goal that goes alongside those life changing goals that we all aim for. The thing is: we should always stay hungry for imrpovement, aim to a higher top and reach for harder goals. That is pretty much the way I motivate myself and others in life: proving those who try to slow you down that they are wrong and encouraging thos ewho are walking in the dark to become way more that they could even dream about.
So, yes or yes, my constant goal in life is to improve, to become a better person all the time, and this, to always look forward to become healthier and stronger is, definitely, a life matter.

    Best Regards_

    Marcello

  • To Impress my Girl Friend, I need Strength and huge body.

  • Ali Pryce

Building a big, strong and muscular body is important for me to achieve my goals and maximise my potential. I am currently training in Ju-Jitsu and Thai Boxing, with the aim of becoming a professional mixed martial arts competitor, and one day a world champion (doesn’t hurt to be ambitious right?!). While I have been told that I have potential, this is regarding my technical ability. One factor that I feel is currently holding me back is my lack of size and strength. Being 5 foot 8 and having a relatively small frame, increasing my strength and muscle mass is very important to me. I am in fairly decent shape, but I know that I am lacking the expertise needed to help me improve. I believe that the ‘Proven Mass and Power Building Training System’ would be a huge help, because the advice and experience of you 2 guys, Lee and Mike, is far superior than anything that has so far been available to me. I’m not going to lie and say that I don’t want it for cosmetic reasons as well , of course part of the reason I want it is to help me look and feel better! One of my other ambitious aims in life is to make the cover of Men’s Health! But I don’t want my body to be all show. I want to BE strong, not just look it, and I think the ‘Proven Mass and Power Building System’ would help me achieve that.

  • Jonathan Cheah

Lee, many thanks for the numerous mails I received from you about the important bodybuilding principles. I have learnt a lot from it. I turned 39 and in the best shape in my life, I am fitter, stronger and in better shape than many people in the 20s in my workplace. I took bodybuilding because I wanted to live a long and healthy life and I have the perserverence and disipline for it. Thanks again for the articles. I love to try the new program to fuel my passion in bodybuilding and take my physique to the next level!!

Hey, going to be 26 in a couple of weeks, been lifting for about 11 years now on and off. i usually bulk right up with in a month or two then fall off the wagon. usually just over do it i guess and then get overcome by the partying life style, going out and boozing it up then sleeping 2-4 hours go to work then start all over again. Been pretty bad lately too. Well, I just had my first kid last month, a little baby girl. Now I know its time to make a change in my life. Besides looking and feeling better, before I know it I’m going to have to start kicking alot of ass (we all know how those boys can be), and I got to make sure I’m in shape for it. But hopefully with your program I’ll be so jacked and intimidating they’ll just run away when I answer the door. But I just really admire your work and hopefully its a program I can stick with and keep going with it. Thanks dude.

  • Lee and Mike,
I am trying to add muscle mass to my frame, but I am battling a “overactive metabolism” that hinders my progress. While I have made strides recenty, it is important to me personally and as a career enhancing goal to reach a greater level of muscle mass and a trimmer, cut look.
As a stage performer, that strength will help me in my performances and that lean, cut look will help me land parts in auditions. I look forward to what wisdom the two of you have to offer.

LEE: PLEASE READ THIS! First of all, THANK YOU for all the great advice you have provided to me through emails in the past. Sometimes, your email arrived and motivated me just when I needed it the most. I am in my late 40s. I have trained consistently for over seven years. I am committed. I have had trainers and nutrionists that have not provided me with what I needed. Your invention is curely the catalyst that I need to help me reach personal goals. I have lost two sons. I have a wife and sixd year-old with Type I diabetes. I need to be strong and motivated to stay in the best condition possible for them. I have endured workouts inspite of back injury, neck injury and currently a torn calf. I AM DETERMINED and I WILL NOT DISSAPPPOINT YOUR DECISION to select me as a winner; however, if you feel that I am not the winning entry, I appreciate your consideration. I will still seek out your advice and continue training to the best of my ability.

It’s all about personal power (power lifting) and the image you project (bodybuilding). There are many forms of power, but physical strength is probably the most ancient and primal, the one that appeals most to our ingrained instincts. People do all sorts of things to project a certain image, but most of these things are easy to do. Any one with a certain amount of money can buy certain clothes, jewelry, etc. Getting a tattoo or a piercing may require some tolerance to pain, but once it’s done, requires no or little effort to maintain. To build bodybuilder muscles requires a lot of planning and discipline. It’s an image that requires more from you, and says more about you, than pretty much any thing else you can do to project a certain image. That’s why these things are important to me and, at the most basic level, why they are important to anyone.

  • Heith

Hey Lee I have been lifting for a few years now. I have also been taking some of your tips and advices online for a while and i have made some awesome gains ever. I literally put on 17 pounds of solid muscle mass in the PAST YEAR and pretty pleased with it. the ONLY thing i find disappointed at is although i CONSTANTLY make great gains with SIZE, my STRENGTH gains would not catch up that much. I realize that’s my WEAK LINK that will hold me back in my training . Overall I would be appreciated to get SERIOUS help to speed up my strength gain and looking forward to try this program.

  • Heith

P.S Speaking of the bench press specifically, i frankly give you some my personal stats: I’m 18 years old, have a chest measurement of 46 inches ( taken last month), but quite surprisingly i have only been able to push out 5 reps with 177 pounds on bench press.
In term of SIZE, personally my chest and legs have always been my strongest body parts. ( as mentioned in earlier post putting on size for me is easier). My weigh is 181lbs at 10% body fat.
So to wrap it up, my main focus is always bodybuilding basically but looking forward to try this program to FIX my lagging strength gain as it will compensate my SIZE GAINS in order for me to compete in a local teen bodybuilding show in a 2,3 years time.

    Thanks
    Heith

  • Hey Lee I am just sitting here its 11:45 PM trying to get this in on time, I don’t
really know what to say that has not already been said. I would really like to
buy your stuff especially all your Blast programs but I don’t have the money
just like a lot of other guys, but I’m very serious about building muscle and
strength I’m 40 years old been working out for 2.5 years and I cant get past 190
i’m just looking for the truth, there is so much crap out there it is unreal the only
stuff that has ever help me was all your free tips you have given me over the
last 6 months thank you, If you choose to bless me with this system I would
really be in debt to you. Keep on telling the truth Lee your a good man
    God bless.

  • Robert Harbottle

I have always been very lightweight, especially at school. For years I was bullied and as aresult lost all confidence in myself. I started to run long distace because it was the best way to avoid physical confrontation but this only made the siuation worse as I shed more weight. I am now 52 years old and have been lifting for nearly a year but have only limited knowldge from the bits and pieces I pick up on the web. I read about you and your system and a spark has ignited in me. I dont have many funds so to win a program like this would mean I can finally achieve my dream of having a real body and a confident future.

  • Dan R

Hey, Lee: I’ve been training for many years and feel that I hit a size plateau a while ago. I’ve tried rotating training, occasional layoffs, high protein diets and various training tactics but think I just haven’t hit the right diet and training program. I’ll admit that my self-confidence is highest when I feel good about my physique and this positively affects all areas of my life. I feel that a strong physique with the strength to back it up is a powerful force and I strive to attain a competitve level physique. You’ve been a great motivator and the program I’ve gotten from you have helped me with bodypart specific training so I’d trust you to create a program geared for people like myself who aim for the big muscle physiques. I look forward to your help in taking my physique to the next and highest level possible.

  • james

i know i should get thsi programme because i deserve it ive been training all my lirfe and never reallysaw them big results im not going to beg for it but think it would be a great opportunity cheers

  • Joe

Lee, I am a 5’10” 240 lb offensive lineman at my college. Everyone outweighs me by at least 40lbs and have at least 3-6 inches on me, and have the size and strength to go with it. In highschool I was always the smallest lineman but it was more of an even playing field. I used tips and workouts you posted to help me even the playing field, but at this next level its a whole new ballgame.. Ive seem to hit plateaus in my gains and I believe that your program would be that edge that i need to build size and strength to close the gap between me and my team mates. The coaches see me with the other guys and they almost write me off because of my size. Football is my life and its not fair that i get written off just bc of my size when i have nothing but passion for the game. Even if I dont win i just want to say thank you Lee for all your help. =]

  • Joseph

    Hi Lee,
After a recent seperation, using what is known as the “Separation Stress diet” I managaed to lose 13 kg in just under two months. Now trying to bulk back up again and feel content with the way I look, believe me, I could do with the help!
Being 45 (Tomorrow actually) It is definately harder, but I do believe that I can give the younger ones a good run for their money. I am training two on, one off, two on, attempting to go as hard and heavy as I can. My goal is to bulk up to around the 85kg mark.

  • Engr. Atiqul Islam

    Nice wish. Good luck

  • Hi Lee, i have a very fast metabolism, diabetic and thus can’t use stuff like creatine due high sugar levels.

I have always been DOING SPORT, Volleyball, Athletics, Tennis and the list goes on BUT have always been skinny, I gym very hard but i cut and am defined and not gaining in mass.

This programme might just be my key to gain as i have always set my goal to look best shape possible but need to gain at least 15KGs and can thus only achieve this by this programme. Nothing nicer than to look good and be healthy. This is a change to change my lifestyle and i appreciate the opportunity should i win this.

  • Prophet

A program that delivers Mass & Strength is exactly what I’ve been looking for all these years of hitting the gym. Most of the trainers I’ve worked with tend to regard them as mutually exclusive or at best isolate and focus on one or the other in different training cycles. To have both components combined this way as you have done is a groundbreaking innovation that will have a profound impact on generations of athletes and fitness enthusiasts. That’s why i want to be in on this cutting-edge program right from the beginning.

  • Josh Lung

I have an increasing need to grow larger and stronger. In fact, last night I was being picked on because they were telling me “It doesn’t show” and hey Josh “Are you trying to lose weight?” i have gained some weight, but I need a program that will blow their minds with the strength as well as size. I wanna be a testimony to all the people I know including females and to encourage others to begin a workout program and get in peak physical shape. I know you are able to choose only 5 winners and I really do believe that it will make a lasting difference in my life. Lee or should I say Jacked Lee (instead of Jet Lee), I would really really appreciate. I think my life will be greatly impacted towards being more physically fit.

    With much appreciation,
    Your fan Josh Lung

  • Randy L

There are 2 main reasons…(1) as I approach 50, I would like to maintain muscularity, and strength! I found the Blast Your Bench program to be amazing, so I can only imagine what the combo program will be like. (2) Having offered advice to many young people over 30+ years of weight lifting and training, and having 2 boys of my own, I know that there is more knowledge to share in helping these young men gain mass and strength…the RIGHT WAY!

  • Brian Desormeaux

I would like this program for 3 reasons 1 to add as much power as I can in order to give me an edge to get to worlds this year in armwrestling. 2 formyself and i guess the wife, for the added confedence with looking and feeling better and stronger and 3 to show my kids that you can do it and do it naturally
    thanks
    Brian

  • Brendan

    hi Lee

  • Aaron

Lee, I was 298 lbs and have worked hard to become a toned 233 lbs using your muscle building course and diet advice over a period of tem months. I train six days per week and I am sure that with a proven mass and power building training I can reach my fitness goals which would benefit me in every aspect of my life. I believe that a strong, healthy, muscular body should be a must. Lee, I haven’t as yet reach my desired physique but I know that using your system NOW, I can.
    Thanks a lot!

    Aaron

  • CJ

    Lee,
I have been training for awhile with a few setbacks physically here and there with my shoulder. I have tried researching evrything I can get my hands on and look at what different programs have to offer. I just want to improve every year, bigger and stronger, physically and mentally. I have four boys who all enjoy getting fit and want to be an exampple for them. I’m ready to be told what to do follow it to the letter and see what can happen. Thanks.

  • Mike

Building both mass and strength is so important to almost every guy out there. No guy can honestly say “no, i dont want to get any bigger” or “no, i wouldn’t like to improve any of my lifts”. There is always that inate desire to want to improve youself whether it be in the pounds you can lift on the bench- or how you look in the mirror.

For me personally, i NEED a proven mass and power building training system to help me achieve my fitness goals. I am 100% a “hard gainer”, i get stronger and stronger but i never really put on size. My stats are pretty impressive for my size (245 bench, 405 deadlift, 350 squat at only 160 pounds body weight)- but i dont LOOK like i can do all of that. For me personally, if i put in the effort in the gym, and see my results go up in lifting- i would also like to see results when i look in the mirror. I have been following your blog for about a year now and i make sure i get plenty of sleep, dont overtrain, my diet is super clean, its just hard for me to gain mass. I am in good shape- dont get me wrong, im a ripped 160, but this “proven mass and power building system” would be exactly what i need to actually take my physique to the next level, and hopefully continue to better myself in my lifts as well.

Im a hard working dedicated lifter who doesnt get caught up in all the bs supplements (besides protein powder, BCAA’s, and dessicated liver tabs) and i will put in an honest, hard wroking effort if i receive this program. Thanks very much for your time while reading this, and i hope to hear from you soon.

Last year I decided to try Steroids for the first time and made some really good gains. While on my way back from buying more Steroids I was pulled over and arrrested for possesion. After that my drive and inspiration to train along with my muscle gains went down the toilet. I am now in search of a training program that will get my physique and more importantly my drive to train back to where it used to be. I really need to prove to myself that I can make great gains without having to use Steroids. Thank You !!!!

    Hello Lee,
First off, I want to thank you for keeping me motivated and pushing me to get into better shape each day. I am 46 years young and have been able to lower my blood pressure therefore, staying off blood pressure pills because of following your workouts. Just reading your daily words of encouragement have been challenging and rewarding. My workouts have grown and my body has been in the best shape ever in the last 20 years. It is imperative that I continue on this track for the rest of my life. Your free book will be added to all of the rest of my collection for inspiration. Since starting my workout program one year ago, my mindset to invest one hour daily to exercise has helped me become physically and mentally healthy. I need a copy of your book to go to the next level.

    Sincerely,
    Kenneth Bazemore

A strategical plan to start a way with your training especially muscle training is very much needed in order to attain a much more calibrated works with your program. It suffice the needs of the muscle in every steps of program you’re taking in. Just imagine, without these programs, the greater chance of flaunting or even killing your physique can be seen. Moreover, it can deteriorate your muscle capability to become bulky and have even more leaner mass. Thus, following these steps will be very crucial to enjoy and get satisfied in building muscle and self-esteem.
