    Lee,

When is your cut-off date for selection? Also will your program require a workout buddy or spotter?

    Thanks.

  • Liam Totten

    Hi Lee,
I am 17 years old, 5’8, and 140 pounds. I am most likely ectomorphic due to my very skinny bone structure, as well as low body fat (sub 10%). I have been lifting for about 6 months so far and have gained 15 pounds of mostly muscle mass as well as other factors since I am growing. I have been switching up my program every 4-6 weeks, and I am about to come to that time again. I would love to try out your program and compare to the other stuff I have been doing, as well as my diet. PICK ME!!!

    Hi Lee,

I’m 42 yrs old and would like to get into competition shape. Ive been struggling on my own for over 3years. I did two rounds of P90x, But felt I wanted more muscle so I went back to the gym. I have worked extremely hard to get to the level I’m at, but I want to take my physique to the next level so PLEASE, PLEASE PICK ME!!!

    Hi Lee,

I have been following some of your programs for a while now and have seen good results. However as that may be, I still haven’t put together a completely effective program for myself. I’m 5’8, 20 years old, and 145 lbs of lean muscle.
To give you an idea of where I am at here is some stats

    Before finding your website.
    5’8
    132 lbs.
(These are One Rep Max lifts)
    BP: 175
    SQ: 250
    DL: 275

After a few months of finding training tips on your website
    Currently 5’8
    145 lbs
    BP: 240
    SQ:325
DL:385 (I thought I was going to die from straining to pull that weight, but I still got it and was excited).

To cut this to the point
I am in the Military and between traveling, working, and duty days where I can’t workout at all, I have found that it was hard to really keep motivated and push myself through my barriers. I would like a copy of your program (Nutritional guide and all) so that I can use it where I am stationed. I am no where near you so it would be a waste of time for me to even ask if I could join your program. I really appreciate everything you have helped me with. This website is amazing with all the detail and tips. Hope that you will be able to find the time to email me back and at least give me an idea of what to do if I can’t get your exact program you are working on. Oh, to be more specific…I am going more for a powerlifting body style. I love pushing more weight than everyone my size, or even in some cases bigger than me. Would hurt to put some lean muscular poundage onto my frame though.

  • Daniel

Correction, “wouldn’t” hurt to put some lean muscular poundage onto my frame though.

I currently have another 3 weeks on your blast your bench program. If I need a few weeks to finish up another one of your programs may I still be eligable to participate or is your training session going to begin before then?

  • I have been following your 12 week basic bodybuilding program for four months. I am in the best shape I have ever been. I have gone from 143 pounds to 161 pounds. I am ready to start exploding my muscles with your new program! I know it’ll work great!

  • Hey folks, I’m currently at a an awesome little hide away resort in Mexico. This is literally a tropical paradise, but I have very little internet access. So when I get home later this week I’ll be announcing the plans for this new 21 Day Muscle program.

Just to let you know there have been over 500 applications so far. So I’m going to have to “upscale” my original plan. But I’ll keep you posted with what’s going on…

  • i cannot take creatine because i feel it gives me a veracious appetite. is there any truth to this?

To each their own, but I don’t really find creatine affects my appetite much.

  • Hey what if your say 250 and want to get bigger and more tone is this program?

Yes, this program can work for bigger guys as well. This is focused on building more lean mass. But after several cycles through you could change to more of a fat loss training plan to really cut up, thus the end result would be bigger AND leaner.

  • Hey lee i was just wondering with the extreme fat loss dvd lose fat and gain lots of muscle

This is a totally different training and nutritional cycle from my Extreme Fat Loss program.

    Hey boss,

I recieved a reply email about the program but i dont know if that means im picked to try it out. Can you please clarify just so I know.

  • I would LOVE to be your guinea pig. I’ve been gym obsessed for a few months now but realised no difference. Please give me some tips!

  • Lee-

Cool video. You are moving some pretty ridiculous weights there!

Regarding not having access to standard gym equipment, I am wondering what your thoughts are on foot-elevated weighted pushups on rings or a TRX suspension trainer as a substitute for the standard incline bench.

My thinking is that if the weighted bodyweight exercise can be loaded up such that the rep range is still 4-8 (for example) that it would be just as effective.

Plus, you add in the neuromuscular activation demanded by the rings/TRX’s unstable hand holds, and it would seem like this sort of exercise might work.

Likewise for weighted rows/pullups with this equipment.

Anyways, these are just the thoughts of a relative newbie. What do you think?

    Thanks again for your post,

    Ian
