  • me me! pick me Lee Hayward :p

  • I’ve been getting A LOT of questions about this program,
    so I just want to post up some of the more common ones here:

    =================================

    Q: Does this program work for overweight people?

    A: This is a Mass Building Program, it’s not meant as a weight loss program. Now if someone is “Skinny-Fat” meaning they want to get bigger, but still have a little bit of a belly, they can still use this program with good results.

    But if someone is looking to drop say 30 pounds this is NOT the program for that. Again this is a mass building program, not a weight loss program.

    =================================

    Q: Do you have to follow a strict diet plan and take supplements?

    A: YES, this is a serious muscle building program where nutrition and supplementation are needed.

    If you are on a tight budget and can’t afford supplements or can’t afford to follow a good eating plan, then this program is NOT for you.

    =================================

    Q: Is this program for vegetarians?

    A: NO, this is for people who are willing and able to eat a mixed diet that includes animal protein foods (i.e. meat, chicken, fish, etc.)

    Maybe in the final version of the program we will create a modified vegetarian version, but this initial test run is NOT for vegetarians.

    =================================

    Q: Do I have to workout at a gym to follow this program?

    A: YES, this is a hardcore bodybuilding program and you need access to all the basic gym equipment. You’ll need benches, barbells, dumbbells, power rack,
    cable machines, leg press, smith machine, etc.

    Now unless you have an absolute killer home gym, you’ll need to workout at a public gym for this program.

    =================================

    Q: Is this program for teenagers?
    or is this program for older individuals (i.e. 50+)?

    A: Age is not really a limiting factor as long as you can meet all the other requirements of working out at good gym, eating a good muscle building meal plan, etc. In fact I would like to test a broad age group to see how everyone reacts to the program.

    Now with that being said, generally people in their late teens and early 20’s are at their natural prime for growth and will usually make better gains, but that doesn’t mean that older (or younger) folks can’t make good gains as well.

    =================================

    Q: Is this program for women?

    A: YES, I’d love to have some serious female fitness enthusiasts take part in this program!

    Despite what myths you may have heard in the past, both men and women can follow the same training programs and make great gains. There is really no such a thing as a “mans” workout or a “womans” workout. We both have
    the same major muscle groups, and these muscles need to be worked with the same type of training programs.

    =================================

    Q: How long is this coaching program for?

    A: I want to take people under my wing and coach them for at least 2 months with this program. Now if you want to follow the program for longer then 2 months, that’s totally cool. But a minimum of 2 months commitment on your part is required.

    =================================

    Those are the major questions that came through so far. If you have any more questions about the program that you’d like me to answer, just post them up on my blog in the comments section.

  • me me! pick me Lee Hayward :p

    Of course… I’ll pick you as my number 1 “guinea pig” LOL 😉

  • Rajiv

    Hi Lee,

    I know you have already answered this question but I was planning to loose 10-15 lbs, so Am I eligible? Plus I eat just Chicken for my proteins, so again will I be eligible?

  • Georgi

    Lee, can you tell us about what supplements are we going to use in this program ?

    And when will the experement start ?

  • Hi Lee,I know you have already answered this question but I was planning to loose 10-15 lbs, so Am I eligible? Plus I eat just Chicken for my proteins, so again will I be eligible?

    Again, this is not a weight loss program. If your main goal is to lose fat, then do that first, then after you get your bodyfat down you could follow a mass building program like this to gain muscular size while staying lean.

  • Lee, can you tell us about what supplements are we going to use in this program ?And when will the experement start ?

    Just basic supplements that you’ll be able to pick up at any supplement store such as protein, creatine, amino acids, vitamins, etc.

  • clay

    iv entered hope i get picked 🙂

  • in the middle of moving, may be able to make the commitment….what does this program entail ?

  • Ian Friel

    I know I know i havent been picked yet but geeeez i just want to lift now!

  • Carter

    Lee, when is this program going to be availe to buy. It sound great and I would like to give it a try. I tried Blast your Bis and that worked well for me, so I am anxious to see this. Also, I am having ankle surgery in December and will be out for 2 months. Is there anything I can do to keep from losing strength and muscle mass during this recovery time. Thanks a lot.

  • Andy Kung

    Is there a date when the select few will be announced?

  • Jordan Ruba

    Already been committed years to the lifting lifestyle and am more that willing to prove a point using your principles. Would appreciate to be one of your chosen few Lee!

  • Joseph

    Hi Lee, been training for 4-5 months now with little change. I am very dedicated to the bodybuilding lifestyle and will follow the program to a tee. Would appreciate it if i would be chosen to take my physique to the next level.

  • uday

    How much that me pay for this? This is online program or what?

  • usman sultan

    Hi Lee,
    I have been following your workout suggestions from the day I started lifting weights, its been over an year now, I need a change, and I will follow all the routines strictly, I have access to a good gym, proteins, and everything, I just need to get it started. Lets Do It.

  • john

    If U choose me i will put my 200% in this program and you will not regret for choosing me after 21 days.

  • Hem

    Hi Lee… When do you plan on starting this test routine? My current routine will be over in 3 weeks, during which time I’ll take a week off to rest my body. I’ll also be coming off a 2 month creatine cycle so I won’t be taking creatine for 6 to 8 weeks. I’d like to help but not sure when you are looking to get started.

    – Hem

  • Asad Khan

    Hello Lee, good to see you!

    I had been following your routines since like more than 3 years, and have gathered alot of stuff on my muscles, currently I am having 75 Kgs in 26 years of age and approximately 18% of body fat, but my muscles are pretty much clear… and I am sure that I can continue the program strictly in every aspect. As I have been found as a regular member of gym in heavy body building and have participated in over 4 local and 2 national contests.
    I am sure that I am eligible for being your wing and right working hand as a student.
    Cheers…

  • Asad Khan

    Just basic supplements that you’ll be able to pick up at any supplement store such as protein, creatine, amino acids, vitamins, etc.

    yeah! I use these same ones…

  • Lucky Nkosi

    hey Lee,

    Lucky here,im in man…

  • Jim

    Does this program require me to use a password to open up the reference material EVERYTIME I want to use it?

    Jim

  • The people who get chosen will be coached by me personally via e-mail. Basically I’ll outline the exactly workouts you need to follow, the meal plans you need, supplements, etc. via e-mail and we’ll keep in touch and document your progress that way.

  • I am thinking of competing in April or May 2011 and I have time to bulk up. I would love to be a guinea pig for you.

    Lee – Thanks for your prompt answer.
    I’m not sure I can be relied on to follow the diet portion; also presently, I’m in the middle of a 4 phase workout so, I won’t waste your time. Best wishes and Good Luck, I’ll look forward to your published results.

  • Crazy Bear

    PICK ME! THE PISS AND VINEGAR IS OOZZING OUT AND I’M READY TO TEAR SHIT UP!!!!

  • I would like to improve my physique. I am a pure ecto and believe it or not it is hard to gain weight for me. When I was 13 years old I weighed 110-113lbs now I weigh 118lbs. I would also like to do this program because I have decided I want to do my first show before I turn 17 on May 2011.

  • fit_mommy

    What are you looking at for a time commitment – being a Mommy I like to keep things efficient and effective – although things have been lagging on the effective lately…..but I am intrigued to say the least! Lesley

    does this program cost money
    if not then I would like to be one of the chosen ones

  • What are you looking at for a time commitment – being a Mommy I like to keep things efficient and effective – although things have been lagging on the effective lately…..but I am intrigued to say the least! Lesley

    I would like people to follow this for three 21 Day cycles. So that’s a 63 day commitment. It’s going to require 4 workouts a week, plus following the meal plans. So yes it’s a “commitment”, but for folks who are already hitting the gym consistently it won’t be that difficult to stick with.

  • Hey Lee,

    First of all, thanks for all the great info in your videos and email.

    I’m big, but I’m pushing to get as big as I possibly can. I am 6’4″ and 238lbs. I’m not concerned with how much weight I put on. My main goal is to get as massive as possible and I think this would be a great way to do it. I already have a gym membership and have access to any equipment you could imagine. I have also been taking some good supplements (based on your recommendations) so I am ready to rock. Just let me know when.

    Oh and by the way, keep up the good work and enjoy Mexico.

  • slade rheaume

    Unfortunately, I do not think I am the best candidate to test out this program, I would not see improved results as I am already yolked, ripped and committed to the hardest of hardcore diets, all at the young age of 17. However, Mr. Hayward, I have come before you on this fine day to present to you what is perhaps the offer of a lifetime. Should you choose to accept, (And only god knows who wouldn’t), I will take you under my wing, and guide you on the most undeniably extreme and effective mass monster program available in the known galaxy. Please note that this will not be easy, but you will go fanatical when you see the results. You have 3 days to respond.

  • Nate

    Hey Lee, LET’S DO THIS!!!! 😀 I’m so pumped!! I can’t wait till we get on this! I already sent you my ‘essay’ so I hope you enjoyed it 🙂

    Hope to hear from you soon!

  • vinny

  • jackie

    I have been going to the gym 4 days a week. Mon, Tue, Thurs and friday per week

  • im ready willing and more than able. lets cause some chaos and extreme mayhem!

  • Hey Lee i was wondering what kind of supplements do you have to take and what you would recommend to take for the 21 extreme lean mass program?????

  • jackie

    I have been training consistently from 1145am to 115pm from mon, tues, thurs, and friday for almost two years during my office hours… I normally have my lunch after that. The reason i chose this lunch time, is that so that i could have more time with my parent right after work and also i will have additional one hour to train my friend which is 3 days a week. I am a consistent gym rats and never quit. Hope you choose me 🙂

  • brad lerno

  • mierboy

    im so ready for this you gotta pick me Lee also when will we know who gets picked?

  • vincenzo

    I am a teen and am REALLY serous and hyped about this. My school has a good enough gym(it won some big fitness grand and bought a lot of gym stuff)it has all the basics:a lot of dumbbells bench power rack and so on.it does not have a smith machine(i do not know why) sadly. Is the smith machine absolutely needed? it has all the other stuff T bar dip station so on..

  • Siddharth

    I am doing exercise for more than 1 and 1/2 years. But still , I dont find any significant improvement. My biceps never cross that 12 inches limit and my chest doesnt expand beyond 37-38inches. And I still did not get that V-shape with fats in my belly and waist.

  • Heith

    Hey Lee, i’m 18. Been training consistently for 2 year with good gains. i do take basic supplements, good diet and usually hitting the gym 4 times a week. i weigh approx 183-185 pounds with 11-12% bodyfat. VERY serious in building and stronger muscles. i live in Australia and currently hitting summer time. So MORE TIMES ON MY HAND to workout and get bigger. I usually caught up following my personal workout plan (which help me learn more about my body).This time really interested in trying new program.
    Thanks, Heith

  • bob G

    Lee – If this will work for a 59 year old grandfather then I am your man. Need to set the example for my grandchildren in the area a fitness, and this seems to be the best way I can do this!
