Holiday Muscle Building Combo Giveaway Contest

Win These FREE Muscle Building e-Books

I’ve got something really cool to share with you today. It’s a chance for you to get a “head start” on your New Year’s resolution bodybuilding and fitness goals!

You see I’ve teamed up with my friends Joey Vaillancourt and Dave Ruel to deliver an absolute killer Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway Contest where you can win a copy of each of these programs… For FREE!

Entering the contest is REALLY easy and it doesn’t take long, and I’ll explain exactly what you need to do to enter in just a moment, but first I want to introduce you to my friends and fellow muscle building coaches…

Dave Ruel
(author of Anabolic Cooking)

Dave Ruel I’ve known Dave for several years now and he’s one of my best friends. In fact back in 2007 I had the opportunity to kick his ass on the bodybuilding stage by winning the overall at the Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding Championships! 😉

He keeps challenging me to a rematch…
Who knows the Hayward vs. Ruel bodybuilding rematch may take place in 2011…
(we’ll have to wait and see)

Anyway, Dave is the author of the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook and I have to say this is probably the single best cookbook for the serious muscle building enthusiast.

It covers over 200 high protein, muscle building & fat burning recipes. And the best part is that it’s so simple to follow that even a 10 year old could make these mouth watering meals.

Even if you are clueless in the kitchen you’ll still be able to prepare top quality delicious and nutritious meals that your whole family will love. I personally use recipes from Dave’s cookbook all the time, it actually makes healthy eating enjoyable!

This is the first of 3 e-books that’s included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

You can Click Here for more information about the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook…

Anabolic Cooking

Joey Vaillancourt
(author of Bones To Buff)

Joey Vaillancourt I’ve met Joey about a year ago, and in fact this past summer I had him on my Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show as a special guest.

Joey is a former “skinny guy hardgainer” who conquered his scrawny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass. In fact he won the 2010 FAME Central Fitness Model Championships earlier this year.

Since then he has appeared in several magazine ads and he works as a muscle building coach helping other fellow skinny Hardgainer’s transform their body’s and pack on some solid muscular mass.

Joey is the author of Bones To Buff. Which is a muscle building system developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean muscular mass in 5 weeks.

So if you are a skinny hardgainer who struggles to gain weight, Joey’s program could be the solution you are looking for!

This is the second of the 3 killer e-books that are included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Bones To Buff

Lee Hayward
(author of Blast Your Biceps)

Lee Hayward And last, but certainly not least…
It is me… your muscle building coach,
Lee Hayward 😉

I’m sure you probably know who I am, but just in case you are new to my website I’ll give you an overview of who I am and what I’m all about…

I’ve been in the whole bodybuilding and fitness game for 20 years now! (Damn I must be getting old LOL)

I started working out back in 1990 and I’ve been competing in bodybuilding competitions since 1995. In 1998 I started my very first bodybuilding website. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to help literally thousands of people from all over the world build muscle, burn fat, and get in their best shape ever!

In fact I’ve even inspired the 2 guys featured above and look at the shape they’re in… The pictures speak louder than words.

One of my best muscle building programs to date is my Blast Your Biceps program. This is a complete arm specialization training system that will help you gain as much as 2 inches of solid mass to your upper arms in just 8 weeks.

The arms have always been a very stubborn muscle group for me, and that’s why I’m so passionate about over-delivering on this killer sleeve stretching mass building training system!

This is the third part of our killer 3 e-book special
Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

  • Thanks for all the comments and stories. I appreciate each and every one of them. Just a re-minder that this is the last day to enter. On Christmas Eve I’ll be picking 3 lucky winners!

The way it will work is I’ll go through all the comments and write down the names of those who I felt really put some time and effort into what they wrote. Then from those names I’ll draw 3 random winners.

Not only that, but everyone who took the time to post a comment will get a special “secret” bonus from me after Christmas… Now I don’t want to ruin the surprise, but it’s a killer report that will show how you can pack on up to 12 pounds of pure lean muscle mass without gaining fat in the process!

Again, everyone who posts a comment here will get a FREE copy of that killer report after Christmas! This way everyone’s a winner 😉

My goals for 2011 are to definitely lose weight and to switch up my weight training program. My current lifting is the same as its always been so a different program would really help. But my diet is where I need the most help. I’ve been wanting abanolic cooking for a long time. And blast your biceps would be awesome as well. I’m not familiar with bones to buff but I’m sure its a great program too. Thanx guys. Jeremie Johnson. Jjohnson34@vzw.blackberry.net

  • It’s 10:09 Pacific Time on the 22nd, I hope this entry is still counted! Please please please??

My name is Brian, I’m a 36-year-old husband and father who decided it was time to do something about my undeveloped body. My 2011 goals are: To get my bodyfat down to 15% maximum, to finally do a set of ten pull-ups for the first time in my life, to bench press 200 pounds for three sets of ten, and to reach a point with my body where I can visit the local pool and go shirtless without feeling any self-conscious embarrassment.

I have minimal background with working out. I “went to a gym” for years with no plan, no concrete goals, just a vague notion that lifting weights would improve my looks and my health. In 2010, the realities of getting older and having kids who like to run and play with a Dad who was getting wheezy and tired after just a few minutes was one of many motivating factors to get me going full-time on my health.

I think these three books will help because I need to lose bodyfat (“Anabolic Cooking”), though I’m not a “hard-gainer” I still need to develop my musculature (“Bones to Buff”), and who wouldn’t want a rockin’ set of biceps?? (“Blast Your Biceps”). Win or lose this particular contest, Thanks, Lee, for providing a site full of information and encouragement!

    Hey Lee,Happy Holidays!

My girlfriend and myself have been members of our Anytime Fitness Gym for 4 years now going into 2011. Both of us have made goals for each year we’ve been working out, making better fitness goals for ourselves since starting our gym memberships.

Our main goal for 2011 is,is to hit the gym even harder then we did in 2010.With these programs you have here,Lee,I feel we both could benefit from the knowledge that you’ve gained in the years you’ve been involved in bodybuilding. Afterall, they always say, knowledge is power!

    Thanks,
    Darin

Hey, Lee. Your contest motivated me to write something, so here it goes. I started a new job personal training at a big gym. Hope to see my clients reach their new year resolutions. I’ve never set one for myself, but decided to do so this year. Not only do I want to better my health, gain some size and strength, but I want to be like a role model or inspiration to my clients. I have a 13 year old client who is inspired by my level of fitness. However, I want to inspire all my clients. I want to get in the best shape I can over the next 6 months. I’m 27 years old, 6’3″ and 181 pounds with 7.6% body fat. I want a thicker chest, bigger legs, and better abs, but my main focus needs to be on arms and lats. They are lacking, I think because of my height. Being a 6’3″ bodybuilder is not easy lol. I want to gain an inch or two on my arms and get some major size on my lats. I know your programs will work, it is just a matter of getting them and keeping the motivation until I reach my goal. Thank you for everything you do, I love watching your videos.

  • John mckay

Didn’t u say to keep it under 200 words? And just say pretty

    Ok

My goal is to get down to 80kg (currently 86kg down from 90kg) about 4 weeks ago whilst increasing my lifts and rounding up my whole physique. Over the past 2 years I have seesawed both my muscle mass and my weight whilst I have tried to figure out the best combo of diet and exercise and hopefully I’m beginning to put it all together now. My goal is to be a lean mean ripped machine so I can walk in my local gym proud and loud rather than just getting in there head down and pushing myself to try to impress the massive guys all around me. Yes its a vain aim but someones gotta show everyone its possible so anyone wanting to get massive whose let their 30’s hit them knows it can be done.

  • Alper

    Hey Lee,

This contest looks great. Here’s my goals: I’m now 75 kilograms (approximately 165 pounds) this year I’m willing to be 80 kilograms (approx. 175 pounds). I’m advantageous with my body type about low fat, and I have a strong core for my weight. However my arms and legs are thinner for my body and I’m also suspecting that they hold back rest of my body so this year I’m going to focus more on these areas. My arms are 32cm (13″) my goal for them is to increase them about 5 cm (2 inches).
Also as a part of my goals this year I want to help one of my friends gain 5kg of muscle.

    Happy Holidays,
    Alper

  • keith evans

    Hey man,
I used to be pretty fit in my younger years and after being married for 13 years and a steady home life i’ve gained a lot of weight (40lbs). Its not so bad cause i like the size that i am but i need to loose fat and gain muscle. weight doesnt bother me as long as i look fit. Just woke up the other day and decided it was time to re capture the fitness that i once had, with the size and look that can be appreciated by almost anyone. I need your help.

    thanks!

  • Heith

Yo Lee, you have been a mentor for me in terms of taking my physique to the next level. A cool thinng is a few years back I found out i have the EXACT body structure/genetic makeups as YOU (exept i’m asian though LOL) which means simply put, i have stronger lower body bigger calves and weaker smaller arms SNAS. Through training i’ve been able to brought them up alot ( going from 12 inhces to approx 15.5 recently). Right now i’m 18 , 5”7 190 lbs lean with 11-12% bfat. SO with current personal achievement i figure my next year GOAL is to COMPETE for the first time in a teen comp. The more size i gain , the larger my Mid-section becomes ( i mean literally SAME body type as you). With just a few months out, i’m looking forward to switch gear for Fat loss and problem is i NEVER diet down before (been building my size up for several years now). So with that being said, i need an effective FAT LOSS PROGRAM and NEW DIET plan to take my physique to the next level ready for comp.
    Thanks in advance, Heith

  • D

    Hey Lee,

My name is D, well at least that’s what most call me. This contest is a great opportunity for me because my #1 goals for 2011 is to eat healthier, and to build up my arms. I have had an on and off relationship with fitness most of my life, and when I returned last year, I was able to build up everything but my arms. I don’t expect unrealistic results, but I would like to at least build my teeny 13 inch arms to about 16 inches. I basically have all of the equipment, but lifting wise, I am still a beginner, and I know very little about bicep exercises. I am basically a guy with a chest that is out of proportion with my arms, so it looks kind of funny!

Another goal I have is to trim off fat around my stomach area, but this is difficult because I do not exactly know how I should be eating. When I don’t eat, I don’t gain muscle, and when I do eat, I feel like I am not losing any fat. I also tend to get bored of foods rather quickly, so winning this bundle would help me greatly, because I am sure the cooking guide has great ideas. I am a struggling college student at the moment, so money is very limited. I can’t really afford any good fitness dvds and books, so winning these would help me out greatly, and I could also share them with some of my family and friends who are in dire need of fitness guidance. I appreciate this opportunity and wish you and everyone in the fitness community a happy holidays!

    Sincerely,
    D

  • Jason

I have been into weight lifting for a number of years. It started in the mid to late 90’s when I was on Active Duty Army. After I returned home from my 4 year stint, I kept up in the gym for a couple of years. I entered a few bench press competitions and placed well (2nd), with fairly good lifts. I got out of the weight lifting scene for a few years and then when I got deployed to Iraq in 05-06 I hit the gym hard for up to 6 days a week, for the whole year I was there. Low and behold, after getting back into shape and adding some size, the gym wasn’t the number one priority again when I returned stateside. I hadn’t been in the gym again for 5 years. Uncle Sam called again and round 2 of deployment to Iraq is here. That means time for the weights. When we left last year in March I weighed 195 lbs and had 12% body fat. I now weigh 218 and have 6% body fat. I have increased on all exercises for weight and reps. I have your Blast Your Bench workout plan and am implementing parts of it into my workouts. A lot of the younger “troops” come to me for advice on workouts and always say “when I grow up, I want to look like you.” Makes a mid 30’s guy feel good. These gifts can and could only increase my abilities in the gym. Thanks for all you tips and advice. GO ARMY.

At the age of 51 and after many years of abusing my body I lost my job due to being alcohol dependent with high blood pressure(even with medication) and asthma. I decided that I had enough of all that. I quit the drink and started to work out in the gym 6 days a week this was over a year ago. Now my blood pressure is in normal limits I have shed around 20lbs got a new job and feel a lot better with every aspect of life. I still have the astma but then again I didnt expect not to. Training is my life now and I feel cheated if for some reason I can get to the gym. I would love to receive these gifts as I beleive that the cookbook especially would be a great help in my aim to acheive single digit BF. The other gifts would compliment my current training program from Vince DelMonte.

Hi there, My Bodybuilding & Fitness Goals are for 2011 are simple but involve hard work. I want to increase decent weight in every muscle group and although I have visible abs I want to get my lower abs out of there till summer : ) this is where I think it would help me a lot reading the e-book of Mr.Ruel, Also I don’t want to have any injury caused in the weight room – I am going to be 200% focused on good form more than before. Although videos on youtube, website, and emails that I receive from Lee Hayward and Dave Ruel give me some boosts and very good tips I would appreciate these three e-books as I would print them and carry them to use them anytime I need and especially I’m curious about bones to buff as I was really skinny some time ago and still need to learn about this. Thanks for the opportunity to participate, have a happy Xmas and a fantastic new year

  • Justin Longenberger

My 2011 resolution is to add muscle mass. I started 2010 at 242 pounds and a size 40″ waist. After looking at my wedding pictures, I was embarrassed of how I looked and decided to do something about it. After months of hard training, I slimmed down to 165 pounds and a 33″ waist. Now that I’ve lost all the fat, I want to pack on lean muscle mass so that I can play rugby in the spring. I feel that by being chosen as a winner of the prize package, I would be able to take the next step in my bodybuilding goal with confidence, knowing that I have the tools to succeed in getting the body I want. Your website has been a tremendous help to me, and the prize pack will further aid in reaching my goals.

  • Tomek

I’m 32 years old, 5’8″, 175lbs. I’ve been an avid lifter for over 10 years and tried everything (aside from steroids) to gain muscle. I used to be the “fat kid” back in my teens, tipping the scale at 275lbs. I lost 105lbs in 7 months and, as always , have had alot issues tightening up since. Plus the muscle I want to put on just hasn’t been there. And when I tried opack on mass, it was always fat. The other problem is my 38in waist: it’s become difficult to lost the belly fat. I believe this package can and would be most effective. Why? Because you endorse it and you haven’t streered me wrong yet. It’s refreshing that , in the bodybuilding industry, there’s at least one honest person who is isn’t just in it to make a quick buck and ACTUALLY cares.

  • Amar

This is Amar from Bombay, in India. Like most boys, I dreamt of having a great muscular physique throughout my childhood and teenage days. Unfortunately, I never took any action towards this aspect, and the “great physique” remained a kind of fantasy. Then in 2005, I was diagnosed with a digestive disorder called Ulcerative colitis. The disease causes inflammation and ulceration in the colon, thereby causing pain, cramps, blood loss (through the stools) and several related side effects. In less than 3 months from the time I was diagnosed, I lost around 30 pounds of weight. Suddenly I was looking like a sick guy : weak, thin and beaten. I spend the next two years under medication and trying to survive. There were times I thought I was going to die. I could not eat well, I suffered from pain and I lost my peace of mind. The blood loss meant that I kept losing weight and not being able to eat, compounded the problem.

Then in 2008, I decided to be proactive and do something to improve myself and assist the medicines in healing my body. I spoke about it to my wife and my brother. A few days after this, my wife bought me Arnold Schwarzenegger’s encyclopedia of body building. I spent that weekend engrossed in the book. I suddenly remembered my childhood fantasies about having a great body. I was too weak and had too great an inferiority complex to join a gym. So, I did the next best thing. I bought free weights, dumbbells and a barbell at home. I made a schedule for myself and started working out.

Around the beginning of 2009, I stumbled across your website. I was skeptical about any information on the internet, but I subscribed to your free emails. I must say that I have been really benefitted by your writing, your tips and your suggestions on weight training. You come across as a genuinely nice guy, wanting to share your knowledge on weight training. Your style of writing is both appealing & motivating.

By 2010, I had made good progress with weight training and had recovered my health significantly. I joined a gym in February 2010 and have been training intensely since then. I have realized the many benefits of weight training first hand. I truly believe it is my second medicine and has helped me heal from inside. If weight training can do this for a sick person, I suppose it can do wonders for someone who is disease free.

I normally categorize goals as effort goals (which are fully under my control) and result goals (which are not entirely under my control).

My effort goals for 2011 are as under,

    1. To complete 275 training sessions during the calendar year (this translates to about 23 sessions per month)
    2. To be 100% consistent in following my diet (Diet consists of a pre-decided eating plan, with 6 meals every day). I also allow myself to binge once every two weeks, with any food of my choice for that day. This binging is not a variance of the diet, but is a part of it.
    3. To include stair climbing as a regular part of my training every day (I intend to climb up and down, to and from my office every day – that is 247 steps one way)

My result goals are as under,

My result goals are to achieve the following body measurements. (The measurements in the brackets are my current readings)

    Chest 41 inches (38), upper arms 16 inches (14), forearms 12 inches (11 inches), waist 32 inches (37 inches), thighs 25 inches (23 inches)

    Cheers and good luck!!!

  • Wallace Greer

Lets start with I’m about to turn 50… and ready to blast into the second half with all that I have. I am 5’10” and 188 lbs – just but on my 10 lb winter coat. With a demanding job and three kids time is limited so I typically start at 4:30am. I takes a lot of motivation to pull that off – so it would help knowing I have the best program possible and I am not wasting my morning. I’m ready to bulk and shred – 6 months till I hit the beach with the wife and kids. I want them to know the old man is not history – yet.

    Hey Lee,

About 6 months ago I just started to seriously get into working out. I was about 6’1″ 210lbs and needed alot of work. I started following your advice and website lightly but did not commit to anything. After a few months I bought Blast your Bench and put on 30lbs to my bench. I now am about 197lbs and just cant seem to follow the right nutrition program to get to where I want to be. So for 2011 my goal is to gain about 5-10lbs of muscle mass and then get my body fat below 10%. What you have in your holiday gift giveaway would ultimately help me achieve my goal.

I’ll start by just saying that I stumbled onto your site about 1 1/2 years ago while looking for info on ‘lifting weights’. It took me about a week to realize that of all the sites I visited yours was one of the most informative, least bullshit, straight to the point, and simple to follow sites on the web. I look forward to your emails, replay your Thursday web shows every week, and learn something from every contact you make. I won’t win crap for my submission because I never win anything, but I just wanted you to know that at 57 you changed my life for the better and gave me inspiration and guidance to move forward with my goals.

While I know at my age I’ll never make huge muscular gains due to the aging process itself, I do know that I’m stronger (I can deadlift 280lbs after 1 year!)), have lost 30lbs of fat, can see in the mirror definition, and have made some modest muscle mass gains. I’ve purchased and used your Blast Your Bench program and will probably go at that again in January, but I’m at a point now where I could really use some overall guidance and I believe these 3 books would be a tremendous help. Who doesn’t want bigger ‘guns’? I do want to get even stronger, leaner, and have more mass and I have already outlined my personal goals for 2011. I currently work out 4 days a week and try to eat right, but it’s not easy to do without good guidance.

In addition to this, I’m really trying to involve my wife in this new life I’ve discovered and this cookbook would really help both of us. She can see the changes I’ve made and how it’s affected my outlook and she’s as hungry as I am to change her body. Using the cookbook would make it easier for both of us.

Again Lee, thanks for all you do and all you’ve done for me this past year. If I do win something know that it will be put to good use and you’ll be helping 2 people change their lives. You and Trish have a great Christmas and here’s to your success in the new year.

  • Lee,
You have been my coach for a long time and I put a high value on the information you share with me and others. I turned 60 this month and I have decided I need to put in some consistent work on getting back in shape. Last January I had to get a toe amputated on my right foot. This had me flat on my back for 13 weeks.During that time I ballooned up to 294 pounds from 238 pounds as a result of the bed rest and medications. My goal this year is to get down to 222 pounds from my current 274 pounds. I plan on doing this by being consistent with my weight training and cardio exercises combined with a healthy diet. I think these books will help a great deal by using them to come up with an exercise plan and a diet designed to achieve my goals. Consistency is the key. Thanks for considering me. You are a great coach.

    Hi Lee,

After reading a lot of the comments on this page I started to question myself if I really need your books the most. I see that a lot of people will have maybe better use of them than me , nevertheless I do not underestimate my own goals which are as follows:
    1) To get a leaner and more muscular physique , for which the advice from the book “Bones to Buff” will be very and I mean very helpful.
    2) To get a pair of bigger and more shirt-ripping arms. I did manage to get some pretty good gains with the tips from your “Blast your Biceps” free report . However I would much rather have the whole book , because if a few pointers can get me 1 inch gains then I wouldn’t even dare to think how helpful the book will be.
    3) I’m finishing school this year and I’m going to study abroad for the next few years. Since I can’t take my grandma with me to do the cooking , the book “Anabolic Cooking” by your friend Dave Ruel would do me a world of good. Not to mention that I’m pretty handy with the kitchen knife , if you know what I mean (no I don’t kill people if that’s what you’re gonna ask :D).

In all bodybuilding has done wonders for my body and mind for the past 3 years. I even made a project for school that involves bodybuilding(I can send you the portfolio for it , if you don’t believe me :P). All of these things show how important bodybuilding is for me and how I would appreciate if you choose me as one of the 3 winners in your competition.

Best wishes and Happy Holidays from me!

Well, Im 19 years old, and I started bodybuilding 2 years ago. The reason I started is because I was diagnosed with fatty liver and at the time I was 16 years old. I was really over weight, around 225 pounds and 5,9′ in height. Just imagine, I was walking meatball! Well berly walking, lol! So, I was scared, I instantly decided to do something. I started riding my dusty, but new bike. I cut to 215 by the end of the summer. I headed back to school. I had p.e. , and decided to take advantage of it. But soon did I discover something I never herd of before, wieghts

Dear Lee: I have started to train only this year. With the help of Isabel de los Rios I lost 10 kg (22 lbs) And now want to pursue a muscls building/health enhancement lifestyle to be able to recruit and help many other people here in Mexico who require this urgently (it has been considered a nation wide priority). You see I am 69 years old and my intended target group are senior citizens who I hope to influnce with my own experience. I feelthat the 3 programs can be a significant help in this endeavor. Merry Christmas and the best of everything for 2011. Sicerely. Rene.

    Sorry, I pressed the submit.
    Continuing….
So I discovered weights, I never seen a room filled with so much iron, and lifting this iron plates were some ripped, in shape guys. I knew what I wanted to do. I got into lifting, I had a some time, n got a little stronger. But soon I was I started to stay constant with my gains. I was later diagnosed with hormone deficiency, low testosterone. I was given artificial gel testosterone, but the doc. Said my gains would come slower. So I was patient, n little at a time did I make gains. I later hit a platue n decided to buy the blast your bench. It worked out great. I got 30 pounds plus. I currently still bodybuilding, sculpting for my dream body , and am very patient with my hormones, n take my nutrition seriously. I’m now weighing at 165 and , still 5.9, but a new look. Just hoping I could win to get a better physique.

Lee: My goals this year are to get my self back in shape. I am a freshman in college and am recovering from a shoulder surgery. I have not been able to workout most of my upper body for a good while and can tell the strength I have lost. I was just cleared to start lifting again and believe that with your help I can return to even better shape than before I had injured my shoulder.

  • I am an experienced muscle builder with over 30 years spent in the trade. Having scorned away from the synthetic bodies of the superstars I have devoted all my efforts from day one into natural muscle building. I feel you get to a particular size then it is very hard to make further progress. I started with 12.5 inch arms and now they measure just short of 18 inches. I am now looking for a new edge to further those gains and possibly the Blast Your Biceps routine combined with the anabolic cooking cookbook could give me that edge. I am like a majority of muscle builders not cut as much as they would like so 2011 is going to be the year when I suceed in ripping up.
