Dave Ruel
(author of Anabolic Cooking)

Dave Ruel I’ve known Dave for several years now and he’s one of my best friends. In fact back in 2007 I had the opportunity to kick his ass on the bodybuilding stage by winning the overall at the Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding Championships! πŸ˜‰

He keeps challenging me to a rematch…
Who knows the Hayward vs. Ruel bodybuilding rematch may take place in 2011…
(we’ll have to wait and see)

Anyway, Dave is the author of the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook and I have to say this is probably the single best cookbook for the serious muscle building enthusiast.

Joey Vaillancourt
(author of Bones To Buff)

Joey Vaillancourt I’ve met Joey about a year ago, and in fact this past summer I had him on my Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show as a special guest.

Joey is a former “skinny guy hardgainer” who conquered his scrawny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass. In fact he won the 2010 FAME Central Fitness Model Championships earlier this year.

Since then he has appeared in several magazine ads and he works as a muscle building coach helping other fellow skinny Hardgainer’s transform their body’s and pack on some solid muscular mass.

Joey is the author of Bones To Buff. Which is a muscle building system developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean muscular mass in 5 weeks.

So if you are a skinny hardgainer who struggles to gain weight, Joey’s program could be the solution you are looking for!

2011’s objective for me is to focus on the objective to follow thru & become addicted to weigh training. i get interested for a fews days, maybe a week…then lose interested because i dont see any improvement. this year i want to put aside my distractions & learn the information that makes me get addicted.
i”ve joined gyms in the past but my stay is usually short & unproductive. my guess is that i dont have the correct information to work the right areas to make a noticable difference.
im 38 yrs, 5’10” 185 medium build but i want to get ripped. 2011 is the year to get serious for me. i always have said i want to be healthier at 40 than i was at 30……..hey Lee, send me a Xmas miracle!!!!!

  • Kevin Rojas

    Dear lee,
I think I am the perfect candidate for these progarams, I am from New Jersey about 4″5 and I weight 119 lbs. Throught 2010 I’ve been trying to lean up on muscle without spending the hundreds of dollars that everyone else does. That has really affected me because I am constatly tanted at work because of how my body is, I have a gym membership but I never really learned how to properly work out and with these books I hope to not be known as that scrawny guy, impress that some one at work, boost my confidence have that beach body for 2011 reading all the changes you’ve don e to help people as fast as you say you do is my last option to be up and ready for next year against laughter and humiliation, like this one and the year before that and 3 of your books can help me BIG TIME!!

  • pablo

    Hi Lee,

I used to work out regularly two years back but due to a wrist injury I had to stop weight training. I havn’t gained or lost weight but I have lost the physique I had. Nonetheless, the zeal and passion is still burning inside and I want to give myself one more chance…that one chance to not only get back to where I was but lot more better than that…so that I can say to myself that that was not your best…this is your best.
I am following each and every mail of you quite religiously and have incorporated your techniques and schedules (I like the leg training you had in the basketball court the most) and I think with your biceps program I will attain my higher goal….Thanks…Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

  • In 2011, my goal is to launch my campaign as “the singing muscleman” in the opera world. Along this line, I want to gain about 10 pounds of muscle, add an inch or two to chest, arms, and thighs, and make the abs pop. I’ve been training pretty hard the last two years getting in quite good condition, but really want to “ramp it up” this year and make a splash in my circle of the world.
I believe these three programs would help me, as a person who is more apt to be ‘skinny’ (with a gut if I don’t workout, of course) put on the muscle, which can be so difficult fo my body type. I hope you will choose me and I look forward to incorporating them into my trainng program.

  • Lee,
my name is Ricky Johnson and I’m a 27 year old Police Officer from Columbia, SC. I weigh approximately 5’9″ and 156 pounds. Prior to becoming a cop, I ran collegiate track so it has always been difficult for me to gain weight. Now that im not running, it’s still almost impossible for me to gain any weight. I’ve tried everything from Creatine, Weight Gainers, eating until my stomach is about to explode and nothing seems to work. I really would like to gain about 15-20 more pounds as it would help me in my profession. It’s already difficult being a cop but try being a skinny cop that everyone knows they can “handle”. I’ve been following your workouts online and really think you can get me over the hump. Thanks and have a safe Christmas.

  • Michael Kruger

Lee, I think I’d benefit from the gift as I’m 48, had a terrible fall yrs. ago working as a custodian at a college [ fell approx. 15ft. on to cement surface ] and just getting back to some type of exercising.
I currently don’t have a job, leave alone and getting fitter and stronger and healthy along the way makes life a lot better as far as feeling good about yourself.

  • doug

  • Bob

Hi Lee, I am 48 recently divorced trying to get it back together, I started to work out alone without any knowledge on what I was doing and ended up blowing out my shoulder. So.. then I ran across your website and take from it what I can and have found it truly helpful. I used to work out regularly but due to my injury I had to stop for a year. I have lost my small gains and hope to get them back and try to get better than I was before I got hurt. I come from a very genetically gifted blood line. In high school I was 16 and I squatted 450 and I weighed only 165 lbs so I know it can get do it. I am 6 ft 2in 235lbs with a small gut a little overweight. Hope to get it together in the new year. My motto for the new year is I am bettin on 11 to be the year for me. Thanks for your help, and hope to get some tools this year to make it happen.
Merry Christmas & Happy a new year!!
    Bob

  • Mr Hayward,
These 3 books could easily help me out. I have been working out off and on the last few years, and for some reason I have skinny arms that just don’t seem to grow. The Blast your Bicep sound like this would be perfect! The Bones to Buff will most likely have some good info on arms as well. Since my stomach is a little big the Anabolic Cook Book would be great as well to not have as much fat in my diet and eating to grow. I am happy so far from the waist down, it’s the waist up that I need help in. Thank you!

  • Joey Aucoin

Hey Lee, i was told about blast your bench for a guy on my football team after he knocked me on my ass in practice this past year. i had great results from it and wondered what else your workouts could do for me. im a pretty tall, “lankey” guys who really wants to put on some serious muscle to be able to play post high school football. i feel that all three of these books would help me achieve that goal, merry christmas and god bless

  • Nick

As a skinny guy my current goal is to add another 15lbs of lbm to my body in the new year. Dave’s product will help me to eat enough to increase my weight while Joey will give me a program designed for those of us that are naturally thin and have difficulty gaining weight. Finally my biceps are lagging and this is compounded by my genetics(high insertion points), hopefully Lee’s program will help me bring up my biceps after I put on the extra muscle.

  • Charlie Case

My goals are to get my six meals in a day and to makes sure the foods im eatting will help me. If i had guide lines, then it would be simple. I have been training hard with your free tips and other emails and i have seen improvment. My main focus is to grow. My muscles are defined, but just not as big as i want.
I plan on steping it up and to use bigger weights each week. I have just been slowly adding more weight and i think thats my problem.

  • Rm

I was once that 130lb guy but after some long college years I almost doubled my weight at over 250lb.! I worked to lose most of that and had found a respectable me somewhere between 168-185lbs.
But,this was a year of health issues, stress, medication, rest and gaining around 20lbs of fat I’ve started turning that all around. Lost most of the fat, gaining small amounts of lean mass. I’m getting noticed for the size but need something to get past that plateau, the mental blocks, and kick start a new era. I’m beating some unfortunate genetics, at my worst I was 75-80lbs heavier than I am today. Now my shoulders are larger, my legs and back are returning and growing, but I have a waistline that is 6-7 inches smaller than a few years ago(I have the waist I had at 132lbs but I weigh 185 today!). I’m leaning more towards making fitness a greater part of my career but need the kick to help find definition and size that I desire to maintain in the near future. So, receiving any help is like one more challenge—when you’re ready to ship those my way, I’m ready to make it real.

  • My goal for 2011 is to drop 3 pounds and 10% bodyfat. Sleak, lean, tight and toned. I have scheduled an hour a day for training, cleaned up my fridge and have my diet planned and portioned. Now it is just get through christmas and start pumping on Monday.

  • Rafe Butler

  • Rat

    Lee,
Im 5’7 and only 145lbs. Ive been called Alien skinny before and no matter how hard I try I cannot pack on the weight. I need some guidance and direction because my 2011 resolution is to get Healthier and more fit. Im traning for mma but I cannot pack on the weight. I need your help which is why I signed up to the mailing list in the first place. I hate being so damn skinny. People do not take me seriously because of my size. Im tired of buying baggy clothes to hide how skinny I am. receiving this will not only help me in all ways I need but will motivate me to work harder because I will know you picked me for a reason and I guarantee to give you results. If I make it to be a professional fighter it will be because you helped me get to where I need to be

  • Jeff

My fitness goal for 2011 is to start consistant acceleration.

Currently I’ve learned to eat more cleanly and really like it. I have started bodyweight and home gym workouts, still not even close to maximizing that potential and have seen wonderful progress and improvements.

In the coming year, I want to push my limits on home workouts and then evolve to finding a good gym where I can then take full advantage of the new workout programs I’ve purchased (Critical Bench, Blast Your Bench/Squat, Mad Scientist Muscle) and the one’s I have yet to aquire.

Here’s to you Lee, your loved ones and everyone out there who celebrates this time of year with friends and family. Happy Holidays!

  • Malky

my 2011 goals are to put weight on even if it is fat lol i am 5ft 10″ tall and weigh 9 and a half stone which is about 133 pounds of raw skinnyness lol i wish i could eat more i have just recently bought a weight bench and some weights so i hope i can get the motivation from these books if i win good luck to everyone else aswell

  • Hi Lee,
When you are Bodybuilding at 53 years your goals have moved on from the and comparison with others.

Your goals are real simple another few pounds on the end of the bar each and every session, simple is good, progression is everything. Your goal is being your personal best every night.

    But…

Your mates will be in the bar while you are banging more weight on the end of a bar.

If you aren’t eating food you will be off buying food or preparing food.

You fancy a cold beer, chocolate and a big fat pie and battle to put such thoughts from your head.

Feeling so sore the day after that you can hardly walk.

Your chest is going burst and fill like you will puke when you over do it,

Feeling guilty if you do have that cold beer and big fat pie.

Getting fed up counting calories, counting grams of protein, counting reps.

    SO…

If you think about your bodybuilding goals and think about and all that pain and effort for a while, you have just got to ask yourself is it all worth it?

“YEH OF COURSE IT’S ####ING WORTH IT!”

    Stay Well Stay Happy

    John

  • Andy

    Hello Sir Lee,
Name’s Andy and a natural ectomorph body type. I have been working out for about 8 years now and l can say that there are substantial improvements. but right now because of my job l don’t do workouts as much. from a 140 to a180 pounder and now l am maintaining 160 pounds at the moment. It is very obvious that l really do need these 3 books, from bones to buff because if my body type, anabolic cooking to enhance my progress and last your blast my biceps for my stubborn biceps. Hope you consider me. Happy Holidays.

  • Justin Christian

    Hello Lee

I plan on taking this next entire year off and seriously devoting it to entirely just to weight lifting and rest, and strength training, with hopeful gains to top it off. I have read some of Mike Mentzers books, Lou F “The Hulk”, Weider, etc, and studys continue to this day, I also hope to train with my brother if he has the time this year. I will have no work distractions or anything to stop me. I hope to see what potential I can possibly reach in this year, and hopefully expand it forward into the following years to come. I am quite excited about it actually. I have set out some goals, and weight loss goals to commence here very shortly. I plan on taking measurements this time around, and photos, to show progress as the year develops. I also was given some equipment after years of working out alone, and have a few things to fix up, but then I can jump into the deep end of weight lifting utilizing machines for safety reasons. I think the photos will help a lot, I plan on posting them on my walls from month to month, and creating a yearly spot on the wall to show year to year progression.

So Lee if you have a workout that can help, I would love to put it into practice for a period of time, and see what results from it.

In the past I have always been very strong, probably ask about anyone who has ever known me, that I was always able to lift crazy odd weighted items, things like 25-35, 2×4 boards at once, carrying them with a rope nested around them, Litho Stones the larger ones that my dad wants moved around the home, and also four wheelers used to practice lifting the rear racks, and holding it for as long as possible as high as possible… I never really stuck to any routines for very long as I had little interest into the weight lifting sports back then, of course I had some injuries back then as well. However was unaware of them, like when I had cracked my spine, which today makes me a little stiffer to get moving, but survived the ordeal and can’t complain much.

I used to have those concrete weights when I was younger, but I never had enough of them to push to any type of a goal. I did try though once, loading the steel pipe I used as a bar, and had bent the bar in half I had attempted to load it with steel and concrete weights after that incident I got a little more involved and purchased Olympic bars, as I said before, I live quite remotely, and never had any spotting partners to develop into larger heavy weight lifting myself. However that is not an issue now, as I have certain nautilus equipment now.

When I was in my teens, I had attempted heavy weight lifting by myself and was not aware of certain parameters like body weight ratios to lifting ratios etc. I got myself into a bind working out alone one day benching . I had loaded the bar very heavy after completing a huge set of weight lifting, back then I was not aware that your maximum weight should become a single event only followed by a partner to spot yourself. It seems I had lost presence of mind about what I was attempting to do. I felt fairly indestructible back then, I had it in me to do this very heavy lift however gravity decided against entire event, and after a struggle that lasted for several minutes I had become trapped under my bar, with not help and no one around, with no catches on the bench to catch the bar. I had the sense not to put on the collar rings on my bar that day, thank god. Tipping bars to dump weights off of my chest was the only solution, and I knew it was going to hurt, was one of those stupid events, that you just don’t forget. The slamming of the weights rocking the bar across the chest as they fell I could only then believe what I had done. That I think teaches a person respect and to teach that we are not superhumans, but since those days I gained respect for the sport itself, and the power it takes to do all heavy lifting.

Well Lee, I hope I didn’t bore you to tears, but I do look forward to seeing what I can achieve in this year to come, and if your books can help, I appreciate anything you can toss at me. Thanks again for your tips and emails.

  • Reinz Lui

    Hi Lee,
I’m Reinz Lui here in the Philippines, i believe that you should pick me for that prize of three, i really need those books so i can perfectly work-out in right ways with the right diet. Hey Lee!!
I got interested in working out during football offseason in the 7th grade when i was only a mere 100 pounds if even that much! Im now 5’5″, 16 year old sophmore and a good 123 pounds. Ive always been the smallest on the team and i just cant seem to get bigger. Im now the quarterback of my JV football team and my goal for 2011 is to be the new varsity runningback and gain a good 15-20 pounds. I know i can achieve this if I still eat right and get bigger over this Spring offseason.
To achieve this goal (and from the help of your website), you have encouraged me into joining my schools Powerlifting team. I am n the 123 weight class and have already broken several records!! πŸ˜€ During our first practice meet i was able to lift 125 on bench, 235 on deadlift, and 195 on squat. I was amazed at how much your bench and squat techniques helped me! My goal for this Powerlifintg season is to make it to the State Championship and come back with a gold!
Not only would these gifts benefit me, but my 56 year old father who is overweight and is trying his best to lose it all again. He was originally 240 at the begginging of 2010 and i told him about you back in January and he is now 210. His goal is to be at a healthy weight of 170 by his birthday in March.

I know you can help Lee and thanks so much for what you have done for me and my family!!
    Merry Christmas,
    John-Bradley

hey lee, im 15 and dedicated to fitness and weight training. i weigh a mere 66kg and am presently bench pressing 75kg. my new years resolution is to get that up to 85kg by mid febuary and to have block abs by a similiar time. i will achieve this goal by continuing to read your blogs and pick up useful tips and by looking at several other sources and putting information together which i have done for the last year. i would love to meet you in person some time to have a chat and so you can give me some more really good tips. thankss lee.

  • ben

Hi lee im 15 and have been lifting for about a year and just started blast your bench im really hoping to get Tht 50 lbs

  • Matthew Tanner

I am 18 years old, have been training on and off for about 2 years but with my dreadful genetics of having small shoulders, basically have a naturally small frame, I struggle to pack on that much size. Also, being at university makes it difficult for me to train and eat right so this prize would do me the world of good πŸ™‚ i plan on entering a competition in the new year, run my my local health shop http://www.onehundredpercenthealth.com, who are holding a 12 week challenge to bulk up or slim down, that sort of thing. My aim is to put size on and following this, continue to get bigger as the year goes by.

Thanks Lee, love your stuff πŸ™‚

    Happy Holidays Lee,

I am 6’2” and weigh 235#. Being over 60, I am finding it quite a challenge to get my muscle weight up and my spare tire down. I believe the Anabolic Cooking book may provide the insight toward that goal.

Although I am not a hard gainer, I see many at the gym and their efforts provide them with an amazing amount of strength for their size. This ultimately turns to muscle growth for those that stick with it. I certainly could use the strength training toward my goal.

When I began weight training about one year ago, my biceps responded quickly. Since then the triceps have increased and my biceps have stalled. Blast your Biceps may be the answer toward this goal.

  • Felix

what’s up lee umm.. i’m not to good with words but i’ll try. My goal for 2011 is to get big muscle wise. I haven’t lifted until my jounior year and that was a wast because i didn’t know much but when my senior year came around I lost about 60 pounds on nothing but weightliftening.I never really thougth about searching work outs on the web until second semester, iwas looking and looking until i stumbled upon your site then there it was oganized had food/nutrion, work outs, specifice body parts, variation, and a whole lot more that i was looking for all on your site…..any way i think the book could help me because in ourn house we don’t really have alot of healthy or good food ( there where the cook book comes in) and i realy realy realy want massive bicepes and get buff.

  • Dallin

Hi Lee. My name is Dallin Evanson. The reason I would like those books is to help me know what I should eat and how I should excersize so that I can get a really nice looking body and the physique that I would like. Going to the gym is one of the greatest stress relievers I have. I have three young sons and one of them has severe physical and mental challenges. He was born 3 and 1/2 months premature and as such is completely blind and has autistic tendancy. It is a very stressful and challenging thing for my wife and I to deal with. Both of us used to deal with the stress my over eating. We both had huge food and eating issues. Thankfully both of us have stopped doing that and have found healthier ways to deal with stress. My wife has taken up going for walks for 45min – 60min and I have been going to the gym. I would like those books so that I can optimize my experience at the gym so that I can get the most out of those 45mins. Thank you so much for your posts and your help with my working out.

I must admit that the suggestions i have previously read have all given me good results and allowed me to gain about 10 to 15 pounds in muscle. However now that this new muscle in present in my body, id like to bring down my body fat percentage. For this coming new year i will set my goal to be to lose about 30 pounds of fat and would also like to gain another 15 more of muscle. Hard however not impossible and i feel like the videos i have seen so far and the information i’ve read it will make it much easier for me to achieve my goals.

I am a 38 year old mother of 5 children (ages ranging from 1-12). Needless to say I have a very busy lifestyle taking care of my family, but through the years the extra pounds were creeping up on me with each baby I had. So last January 4th, 2010 I decided to start getting fit and lose weight. I am 5’7 & was 181 pounds and am happy to say today I am 127 (Not sure what my body fat % is). I go to the gym 6 days a week and do various cardio & weight training. Weight lifting was a whole new world for me & I came across your website & absolutely love it! It is so helpful to look at the video clips of you actually demonstrating the exercise so I can do them correctly.
Another big thing I have learned on your site is about nutrition for muscle building. Which was a whole new thing for me because I was always trying to eat loose weight. Ive started taking supplements and increased my protein intake, and overall just stated eating healthier.
As far as my goals for 2011 I am sooo happy not to have “loose weight” on the list! My main goal at this point is to build more muscle, continue to eat healthy, & stay committed to working out. I also want to run a 10K in the spring & do the sprint distance Chicago Triathalon at the end of the summer. All of the books you have offered would be very helpful to me because I am a “newbie” & have put the information on your site into practice & could only benefit from more guidance.
Thanks Lee for all of the information you have on your website it has really helped me!

    Hi Lee,

I am a mountain biker however my upper body is in a very bad shape. My height is 6 feet however my weight is 155 lb. Therefore I need to gain at least 20 lb of muscle to get in to the normal shape. Your kit definitely will help me to build my upper body.My arms are so thin and they do not mach my muscular legs. My cardio is fine I can do 65 miles of biking in a single day. I am going to devote an hour of body building 5 days a week for the next year.

    Hey Lee,

I’ve been doing taekwondo for a while now (10 years/3rd degree black belt), but I only recently started to lift weights. This year is my first full year of lifting weights and eating right. I’ve been able to stick to a great eating plan since August, and I can see results. The most challenging thing is to give 110% at the gym, you have to really be into it, and that is something I’ve been working on lately. These books will definitely give me new ideas for my routines and help to make me an even better martial artist.

Thanks, and have a Merry Christmas Lee!

    Hey lee,

Thanks for all your emails, they have helped me extend my workouts and shock my muscles, but i think i will be in need of this free offer because i have recently hit a plateau. I have been struggling with my biceps for over a year and i havent got them to peak or get as strong as i want them to be. Another factor limiting my growth is my caloric intake and my diet and i am not sure of what types of food to eat that are high in calories and low in fat and have a good source of protein and I know the anabolic cooking program will help me start the new year as well. Since i am the skinny type guy who has a hard time gaining muscle, i will be more than happy to start new with this free offer for the new year.

Thank you lee and have a Merry Christmas!!

I used to weigh 9st 5lb and had been going to gym for a year but wasn’t making any progress. I then decided that it was time to focus at the start of this year. I decided that it was time to get a grip on my aim and give this goal all my focus. I went on the Internet and did a lot of research and I asked loads of people for advise. The key advice that was given food is more important then gym initially to build size which was my key aim. I therefore had to change from eating twice a day to six without fail with high protein. I worked very hard at this (so did my wallet!) and had help from certain friends who kept me going. This took a lot of hard work but I have succeeded. This wasn’t easy though because initially I didn’t put any weight on for the first six weeks but then it slowly started to come and then it was much easier. The key issue for me was that although I finally gained weight I had a bit of a stomach. Well when I say a bit….You know what I mean!
My metabolism changed from me not putting any weight on to putting on fat easily. This meant I had to ensure that my food intake was stricter. Obviously I still had to focus on gym and I had a lot of trial and error to find out what works for me which also included supplements as well as gym techniques. I am know 11 stones and progressing well. My aim for next Christmas is to be 12.5 stones but more lean then I am know. I have to say thanks to Lee for all his videos and blogs which have helped me and the repeat of his tv show which here in the UK is difficult to watch on time!
I hope with the free gifts that I can get, I can achieve my aim for next Christmas but regardless mate, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

    Hey Lee
My goals for 2011 are to add 3 inches to my arms and 5 inches to my chest, I am in very good shape as I just finished my 4 year enlistment in the Marine Corps, however, I am not very big, and I plan to get into professional wrestling, I have the endurance for it but I don’t have the size for it, and I think the books will be a great help in achieving my goal for 2010.

  • Hafa Adai,
I put bodybuilding on hold for so many years now to raise my children, secured a stable job and get my priorty’s straight. I just started my pain (gym) game for a month without any supplements (all natural) and just learning about this game by magzines, word by mouth and from your site. So, to make it simple: I want to be fit, ripp and shredded =) for 2011 and look good at the beach as I attend to my children swimming. Hey, leaving in the island and can’t take your shirt off (dammnn), ain’t that a B***h (lol). with your help, I know I can achieved it, learn more, etc. If I don’t win, then ” TO ALL YOU OUT THERE, HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY YEAR “

  • Michael

I’m 6′ and I competed last year at 155 lbs. I obviously need to gain some muscle before my next contest in 2011. I’m particularly interested in the cookbook because I find it a challenge to create high protein meals

  • Marc

I’m 5’8″, 160lb and about 12% bodyfat. I’d like to increase to about 175 and 8% body fat over the next year. I’m up from about 147 with mostly lean gains over this past year and would like to increase at that rate or better this year and I feel these books could help me do it. I’ve already gained a wealth of info from the sites, from recipes to exercises, to training tips. These books would provide me with much more of that info. I’ve also learned to keep my workouts much shorter than I previously did, which is good when you have very little time! πŸ™‚

    Thanks.

    Lee,
I haven’t worked out in many years and I just started working out this May. I am a tongue cancer survivor and when they removed my tongue, they took one of my pec muscles to replace the floor of my mouth. For the longest time I was afraid of working out and messing up the new arrangement. I started out slowly in May and gained the original weight I lost from the surgery back. I am 5′ 6″ and weigh 148 pds. My goal this year is to weigh 160 and have that be all muscle. I’m a hard gainer, especially now since I’m on a liquid diet, but I really think the Bones to Buff and Blast my Biceps would be great for me.
My friends are amazed that at 46, I’m bigger than I was in my twenties. (way bigger than my 102 pounds when I was sick). I have great triceps and would love to balance that out with big biceps. It would be great to find a program to continue the work I started.
I hope you have a great Holiday!!!!
    Happy New Year!!!

  • I’m a skinny guy at 6’4″ and only about 170 pounds. I used to weigh about 190 lbs but i got an disease called Ulcerative Colitis which caused me to lose a lot of weight (I got down to around 138 lbs!). I’ve been working out pretty hard and gained a good bit of the weight back I lost but my goal for 2011 is to get a bigger more muscular and stronger body and not only get back up to 190 lbs but pass that and get up to around 220 lbs. I think the programs would help me a lot with my goals because my biceps are lacking and the cook book would give some better ways to get more protein in my diet than just protein shakes and eggs and since im skinny now the “Bones to Buff” would probably be a good book to use to help me with my goals. Thanks for considering me for this free gift!
Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
