I’ve got something really cool to share with you today. It’s a chance for you to get a “head start” on your New Year’s resolution bodybuilding and fitness goals!
You see I’ve teamed up with my friends Joey Vaillancourt and Dave Ruel to deliver an absolute killer Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway Contest where you can win a copy of each of these programs… For FREE!
Entering the contest is REALLY easy and it doesn’t take long, and I’ll explain exactly what you need to do to enter in just a moment, but first I want to introduce you to my friends and fellow muscle building coaches…
Dave Ruel
(author of Anabolic Cooking)
I’ve known Dave for several years now and he’s one of my best friends. In fact back in 2007 I had the opportunity to kick his ass on the bodybuilding stage by winning the overall at the Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding Championships! 😉
He keeps challenging me to a rematch… Anyway, Dave is the author of the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook and I have to say this is probably the single best cookbook for the serious muscle building enthusiast. It covers over 200 high protein, muscle building & fat burning recipes. And the best part is that it’s so simple to follow that even a 10 year old could make these mouth watering meals. |
Even if you are clueless in the kitchen you’ll still be able to prepare top quality delicious and nutritious meals that your whole family will love. I personally use recipes from Dave’s cookbook all the time, it actually makes healthy eating enjoyable!
This is the first of 3 e-books that’s included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Joey Vaillancourt
(author of Bones To Buff)
I’ve met Joey about a year ago, and in fact this past summer I had him on my Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show as a special guest.
Joey is a former “skinny guy hardgainer” who conquered his scrawny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass. In fact he won the 2010 FAME Central Fitness Model Championships earlier this year. Since then he has appeared in several magazine ads and he works as a muscle building coach helping other fellow skinny Hardgainer’s transform their body’s and pack on some solid muscular mass. Joey is the author of Bones To Buff. Which is a muscle building system developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean muscular mass in 5 weeks. |
So if you are a skinny hardgainer who struggles to gain weight, Joey’s program could be the solution you are looking for!
This is the second of the 3 killer e-books that are included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Lee Hayward
(author of Blast Your Biceps)
One of my best muscle building programs to date is my Blast Your Biceps program. This is a complete arm specialization training system that will help you gain as much as 2 inches of solid mass to your upper arms in just 8 weeks.
The arms have always been a very stubborn muscle group for me, and that’s why I’m so passionate about over-delivering on this killer sleeve stretching mass building training system!

Lee, I am a fitness enthusiast and I’m always looking to improve. I enjoy getting e-mails from you and hope to get bigger and stronger. You have cracked the code to building muscle and I want to thank you for your help.
Shaun
Hi there Lee! I spent my childhood and teen years overweight, unhealthy, unhappy and generally not respecting my body. I didn’t really make the life changing decision to look after myself till I hit my early 20’s. Since then I have never looked back. Training and nutrition have proven to be a real lifesaver! I would definately fall into the category of hardgainer. Sure I look “fit”, but I wan’t to look “muscular!”. Whenever I try to gain muscle mass it also comes with the addition of unwanted bodyfat, and when I strip that unsightly flab away to reveal all my hard work, I only have mininal results to show for it, year in and year out. However, I am totally addicted to the fitness lifestyle and have recently started studying to become a personal trainer. I hope to help others feel and look better about themselves as well. The only problem is I need to be able to walk the walk 🙂 I have tried three other programs over the past 10 years, only to be rewarded with less than satisfying results. In that respect, I am in no way short of disipline, willpower and drive. Hard training is no stranger to me! My diet has always been very strict (with occasional free days of course!), but having the same foods day in day out can be incredibly tiresome! The Anabolic Cookbook would prove invaluable to me, injecting some much needed freshness into my repetoire. My biggest genetic weaknesses by far are my arms, upper chest and traps. I generally need to get bigger all over. The Blast Your Biceps sounds like the Holy Grail to me! I hope to someday achieve the muscularity similar to that of Joey Villaincourt! In 2011 I will strive to pack on 20 lbs of lean mass, and finally have the physique that I have always dreamed of! If anybody can give me the know how to get there, it has gotta be you guys hands down! I will be happy to post you quarterly pics and accept any feedback. Feel free to use them as testimonials. I wan’t this more than anything, and won’t have any problems following all programs to the letter. I am prepared to “bleed” to finally “make it” 🙂

My goals for 2011? That’s simple i want to be like Arnold 🙂

I am a 54 year old tennis-teaching professional, so it certainly helps if I am still somewhat in shape. I had rotator cuff surgery in May, which put me out of work for many months. Not happy with my progress and thinking there was still something wrong, I finally convinced my Dr. to let me have another MRI. He, like everybody else, kept saying to give it time… MRI showed it was completely retorn again! So now I sit here one week after my 2nd rotator cuff surgery, typing one handed as my arm is still in a sling and attached to a polar-care unit. I was already getting flabby and weak from the forced inactivity from the first time around, this time I just hope I don’t go so far downhill I never get back in shape!
I’ve always been pretty skinny, and the few times in life I have tried to work out, I never seemed to get any noticeable results…but now I am a skinny weakling with a growing pot-belly!
Help!!!

i would like to get stronger and get bigger. I have been stop smoking for 3 Years now that was my first goal . So going to the gym help me a lot . this year bigger and stronger.

I discovered your workout blogs a few years back and they have helped tremendously! It’s been great watching you progress … great encouragement …
I am a freelance web developer so money is a challenge. I started my road back into working out about 3 years ago (Used to be very athletic since high school) … I couldn’t afford a $10 gym membership 3 years ago, so I begin working out at home and running, then I progressed to bartering (basically food for working out) my services (IT Support) to take classes at Velocity Sports Performance. They closed unexpectedly so I had to regroup, but finally was able to join a gym a few months later. My goal was eventually be able to afford a ‘LA Fitness’ type gym since they have more cardio options. I reached that goal 2 mos ago!
What I find most challenging is loosing the body fat, I don’t like stationary cardio, so would avoid it as much as possible. My diet is always very clean and I am a stickler to it. I haven’t seen the progress in my biceps and back … in the past 3 years they look, the same, just a little firmer. I always go HARD each and every time, I have encouraged 3 of my friends to join the gym and they had made MASSIVE improvements surpassing myself — I helped coach them! But my gains are SLOW … This year I want to loose 20 lbs and gain at least 10 lbs in muscle … finally break this plateau get those cut biceps, cobra back, ripped legs and boulder shoulders!

Hey Lee,
I would like to win this because I am currently tying to reach 300 pounds on my bench press. I am very close and will attempt it shortly after the new year. I have gotten here by watching your videos and following your tips. I just want to thank you and I hope that I win this so I can use these to create new goals for 2011.
Some of these will include:
Bench max – 315
I really want to hit shoulders hard. maybe mil. press – 205 x 2
want to start getting into weighted pullups
Love your stuff even if I don’t win. Thanks a lot Lee

My goal is to get stronger, bigger and a bit leaner by summer 2011. I am 41 years old, weigh 215 lbs., am about 5′ 10″ and have been seriously working out for about 4 1/2 years straight. My strategy is to be consistent and to stay injury free by knowing how far to take my workouts. It’s not a good thing to shoot for unrealistic gains, but for me it is of a greater essence to understand that with realistic goals a significant amount of gains can be accomplished. Thanks Lee for all you killer advice! May you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

This is real inspiration. Going to the gym and reading all sorts of success stories, I am actually going to the gym on a regular basis. I am more disciplined now than ever. If i know I cant workout later in the day, I would sleep early and wake up at 5:00am to go to the gym and I havent missed my gym days since the last time i can remember. I’ve been looking at Steve reeves and with all his measurements, I am 4 in. short on biceps, calves and a few adjustments here and there and i want to gain atleast 4 inches on my biceps since my arms look smaller than my chest. my chest has been the weak part of my body and i hated bench press and squats. After reading about steeve reeves, reg park and Youself, lee, I’ve decided I want to have a body like you all and you and everyone commenting here from 16 year olds and moms with 5 children, who have accomplished their goals, have inspired me to be more disciplined and work hard in the gym. Since I am a newbie, I want some guidance as to how I can improve myself and I cant afford to get a personal trainer. Your books will help me achieve my goals and just like, yourself, I can be an inspiration to the future generations.
A merry christmas and a happy new years to all. Thanks for listening 🙂
