    I would like to get a copy of your book. However, I don’t have any of your ‘programs. I read your blogs, grab your free downloads (even have a binder of the articles), watch your videos and listen to your Thursday call in show (replay version). I do employ some of your tips – like squeezing the shoulder blades when doing the bench press, alternatives to rear delt and rotator cuff exercises.

    I have done the DEFL 2.0 twice, FPFL 2.0, some TACTFIT Commando (until I messed up my shoulder doing the tripod table in the Beginners portion). I recently got the Shapeshifter program – haven’t started as I will be going on vacation in a week.

    I can hints of a 4-pack, but the lower ab sticks out a bit. I’m 62, 150 lbs, 39″ chest and 32″ waist. My goal is to firm up and get a little leaner. I really don’t want to get too deep with nutrition as I do raw and organic eating, with the occasional eat out.

    I subscribe to Critical Bench and Hybrid Muscle Tribe (to see what I can do with only Powerblock DBs. I correspond with nick Nilsson, but haven’t tried many of his exercises until I get my shoulder in better condition. There is so much to choose from. I also have a binder with short protocols for bodyweight, med balls and kettlebells that I can rotate through in between programs as a break.

    So that’s my pitch. Thanks for providing this opportunity to everyone. you are a generous person.

    I have followed your whole chest routine and biceps routine ….
    my biceps were 9.5 inch when I started not its almost closer to 15 inch….
    my chest was 34 when I started right now its 39 ( all gained in 6 months approx )N mass hain is 13 kg in 7 months ( 54 to 67 )
    I just wana tell you to put your 100 push up thing in any of your book cos believe me even if m from small village n small gym but the 100 push up thing works like a snake killin rat ……
    And yes the e exercise you;ve shown us like months ago …. its like you hold the lat pull down rod opposite for the bicep brachi ( m not sure if its the right name ) worked awesome not even for me for some of my friends as well …… it really does increase the size of the biceps N right now m doing hammer (DB ) for the smae muscle growth as we need to change our routine abit …….as far as good ur routine has been working awesomely for now šŸ™‚ cheers for the GOG ( guru of greatness)…

    My name is joe from michigan city indiana and i actively watch and put to use your videos from youtube and i subscribed to your emails. thats how i found out about posting a comment on here however i wasnt looking for a free copy of your e-book i just wanted to thank you for your videos and tips on your emails. i am not a bodybuilder just someone who enjoys stayin fit and making healthy choices. back in 07 i fell off a roof and crushed my skull. after that had happened it took all i had to do 10 pushups. i gained alot of weight due to my inactivity. i was up to 230 at 23 years old. i was surfing the “net” on workout tips and your website came up and i subscribed to the email list. since then i dropped down to 185 lbs and 8% body fat. so needless to say ive been busting my ass but i just thought you would like to know that your videos are doing some good somewhere and people do appreciate your efforts. thanks

    Have put on a few kg from 87 kg and move between 88-91 kg,( not looking for weight gain) have bulked up and become more ripped, especiallyin the guns area. I read all emails and adapt training with helpful ideas and hints ie hammer curls. Im not going for a bodybuilders look but enjoy being noticed with a solid look.     I have followed some of your workout ideas for a while now and you have really helped me eliminate the flaws in my workouts.
    From some of the free videos you have left there for us I have improved my posture and bench form. And because of that the “plateau” Was overcome.

    I’ve lost 15 pounds recently after starting my workouts again and have seen slight but significant gains.

    Now, one year after, I’m almost reaching my goals in training:
    1. loosing 20 pounds. From 190 pounds to 172 pounds..!!
    2. from 20% of stubborn fat….to 9.73% šŸ™‚
    3. my Body Mass index was 37.3….now is 26.99 (more Muscle than Fat)
    4. my waist was 92 cm…..now 85 cms
    5. my hips were 104 cm….now 99 cms
    6. my waist-hip index is 0.83

    This is totally off topic but I guess this is the best place to post this coz you probably dont read the older entries

    I have a question regarding the Protein Brownie recipe.Two actually

    1)I add one piece of 72%/80% dark chocolate by breaking it into a number of small pieces.This really accentuates the flavor.I just want to know whether this practice changes the digestibility or insulin response or anything that may affect the benefit of your original recipe

    2)Today itself I tried adding 1/2 scoop of Casein protein and 1/2 scoop of Whey instead of the regular 1 scoop of whey.It turned out to be better in taste and consistency.Same question applies here.Is this causing any negative effect on the original idea i.e build muscle without gaining fat.I plan to try once using only casein.

    PS: this recipe is MY favorite.I have actually included this as a meal in my daily diet! I particularly like the fact that it serves as an awesome source of good fats and high amount of protein in such a small package and the convenience in making it is mind blowing!

    Yo waddup ‘Da savage beast’ lol. My name is Heath Nguyen. i’m from Australia. i’ve found out about your site a few years before through ‘Google search for muscle building tips’ when first started out lol. It was ’round 2007.
    Up until now, ive been following various weight training programs. Some of my personal highlights are: 1/A general 4 day split made by ME šŸ˜€ (the split basically consists of 2 upper/2 lower with 1 day rest in bw).2/ After awhile ( a few months), i took a big risk in actually PURCHASING you ‘BLAST YOUR BICEPS’ lol. Boy was i wrong. I made some greats gain upon finishing all the phases. At that point i already had a 2 solid years of training under my belt, but i still considered myself a beginner. That brought my curiosity to go back to a 3-a-week ‘OLD SCHOOL TRAING: the notorious 20 rep DEADLIFT’. I actually used the trapbar. I followed that program for like 6 weeks traing SUPER HARDCORE to the point i caught the flu which forced me to end a great program lol. I had a Personal Best of all time of 197.5 KG TRAP BAR DEADLIFT for 20 REPS! 3 years passed. 2011 is the fourth year and at the moment, im following a Mad Cow Bill Starr 5×5 Powerbuilding program and gains ALOT from it.
    To recap my current stat is : 5”7 at 199 lbs 11-12% bf. My lifts are : Bench:270lbs
    Squat: 430 lbs
    Deadlift: 460 lbs
    i am right now enjoy training using both Bodybuilding and Powerlifting method
    (Olympic lifting sucks to me btw LOL).
    I actually have 2 pics of me posted on your FB and you actually “Like” them šŸ˜€
    so that’s my story. I’ve always been your loyal follower lol and i’m REALLy looking to try this program to help take my physique to the next level

    my name is Alen Timmy and i’m from belgium
    i came accros your youtube channel searching for good bb videos
    the program i’m following now is a lean bulk with 2-3days on 1day off
    only thing having trouble with is finding wich macro’s to use
    i used to be 85kg at over 20% on my best i was 91kg 4% and even competed now i’m at 77kg 12% cause i was on a defecit for over a year and burned away valuable muscle, for some reason got afraid of carbs and getting fat again.
    miss my best shape so want to get back around 83kg and 10%

    I have recently done your 21 Day Fast Mass program using the Muscle Model Workout. I put on 7 pound increasing to 172 from 165. I increased my body fat percentage by 1. Not ideal but I’m still quite pleased with the muscle increase & I will follow your guidance to make the necessary improvements to make the gains but lower my fat percent also. My strength increased in all exercises each week. I’m into my second cycle now first week & my strength & weights have still increased despite the lower calories. This time I’m taking photos to show you my gains.Wish me luck.

    I’m Andy from Singapore. I first found out about your site when browsing on youtube and started following your videos. I bought blast your biceps 2 weeks ago and started it. I already can see the difference in my physique. My abs are popping out, my chest is more defined. I do not know how much muscle and bodyfat i lose/gain. But you can see it from the pictures. I got stronger, my squat, chin ups and dips numbers increased. I feel stronger not just in my upper body as well as my legs. My arms increased by an inch. This is only 2 weeks, I’m going to be lean and ripped after this program.

    The names matt. I found out about your program while searching how to increase my bench. I used the blast your bench and 21 day fast mass program. After the blast your bench I gained 50 pounds on my bench and 10 pounds of bodyweight and I gained 12 pounds on the 21 day fast mass program

    Hi Lee,
    I found your site thru your buddy Vince.
    I have used his 7 and 14 day muscle. I have used your 21 day course and am now on the 21 day hard core for 2nd time. BTW the Bodyweight 500 Course was not as EZ as it would seem. Good results, 5 pounds gained so far, I’m 195 at 6′. I have noticed an increase in strength, actually quite noticable, probably 10% or more. Bodyfat…I’m passing mirror test, according to wife, but still have to take of some in waist area, 34″.
    Short story: I got carded at Old Chicago in Lexington the other day. Yes, I drink an occasional beer. Anyway the server said they ck any one that looks under 40…I’m 61! I was with wife and 38yo step son. I was wearing baseball hat and t-shirt, not a tight t-shirt either. Point is…your courses must be working.

    I’m Jesse and I’m from The Netherlands.
    About half a year ago, I was looking for some tips, advice, etc. about increasing my hand strength, for instance which grippers to use, which strength, which programme, etc. In my search with Google I found your video on Youtube.

    Through this video I got to your website and learnt that you worked out a perfect programme for training with hand grippers. So then I got myself a HG 200 gripper. By then, I couldn’t close it, since I had only been training with wooden grippers one can buy in almost any health or fitness related shop.

    After I contacted you, you sent me your training programme by e-mail, which I’ve been following since. I can now easily close the HG200. I went on using the COC grippers since I learnt they were harder to train with (in fact, I found the 1.5 COC harder to close than the HG200).

    About two months ago, however, I found myself lacking in discipline. That was because I was close to adopting a Chinese boy. Now that he’s in our midst, I intend to resuming your training programme again, of course.

    By the way, I love your video tutorials. For instance, you taught me the proper way to bench. It helped me to improve my bench press greatly. So, thanx for that, too!
