    Hi Lee I’m Todd from South Mississippi. Love the blog loads of good, sound, practical advise. Found your site via the 21 Day Fast Mass program. In addition to the 21 Day Fast Mass, I’ve used I, Bodybuilder, and several programs I’ve put together myself.

    21 Day Fast Mass was the first program to really put any size on my frame. about 15 lbs of lean muscle. About 20 lbs total. Was a bit difficult to follow the diet, so I put on a bit of fat.

    Got really strong using I, Bodybuilder. Plan to try it again after I recoupe from a MESSED UP rotator cuff. No Fun.

    Hello I`m from Turkey. I found your site when I was searching the internet about body building.
    I read your muscle specialization guide and one of your older books.
    I used most of the things I learned from your book going along with my PT.
    Well I have been going to gym for a year i lost 20 pounds gained like a lot of muscle. Basically i was a guy who couldn`t bench for 40 pounds at the beginning now I can bench like 200-220 pounds at the end of the year 🙂 I was fat, I have 4 packs now. I hate my old self thats why I never took a photo but I guess the results are great. Thanks a lot for your contribution to the body building community and great photos on facebook about your trip.

  • I’m Casey Butt, originally from Harbour Grace, Newfoundland and I found out about Lee almost 20 years ago through the local “scene”. In fact, he and I started our websites at roughly the same time.

    I’ve trained on about every program known to man and taken 99% of the supplements (at least I did before I wised up). They all contributed something, but nothing is the magic bullet.

    Hi Lee,
    My name is Dave, I first heard about your website through another fitness promoter. Vince Delmonte. I have actually found products from both of you very helpful. I have found your Blast your Biceps program the most helpful in my quest for fitness. I have actually taken several of your ideas and applied them to other workouts and had great results. Another program I found interesting and helpful is the Prgressive Pullup program. As a former member of the military I know the importance of pullups to a conditioning program. However like a lot of individuals hitting plateaus happens. This program has given me some insight for busting through these plateaus and now I do more pullups and chinups than I have ever previously performed during my time on active duty. By the way the tsunami aid you promoted earlier using your own products was a great way to demonstrate your dedication and willingness to help people in need as well as your generosity to work with others. I was the one who asked for the pullup program as an alternative to the Blast your Bicep program. Also your advice on you blog has been very helpful in maintaining focus during my commitment to complete fitness.

When i started working out back in November, I basically did the usual leg, chest, and arm exercises each of three days a week, and I am currently doing the Vince Del Monte No Nonsense muscle building workout. I have not purchased any programs from you yet, but once I finish this 29 week program I am going to look into either your bicep, bench, or pullup programs. Basically, I am 6’5″, and when I started 8 months ago I was 160 pounds (extremely skrawny) @ 5% body fat, and not I am 200 lb at 8.5%. A lot of that was from following the program I am on, but I learn a lot from your blogs, youtube videos, and weekly videos. I play college baseball (pitcher), and pretty much every aspect of my game has improved from this.

  • Hi ! This is Hakan CELIK form Turkey.

    I have been found out your website in Youtube via searching increase your bench press video.

    After I have watched your videos and have read your blog then I decided to buy “21 FMB programme” and ” Done for you meal plans” .

    I did it successfully for 21 x 4 phase and got from 79 kg to 85 kg .

    My BF was 20% and after 84 days it is reduced to 17 %.

    My bench press 4 reps was 245 lbs but only after 42 days I have obtained 4 reps of 295 lbs in 5 sets. My age is 45..

    I became more musculer and leaner and I have bought new shirts as XL instead of large.

    I have also learned many important information form your free of share daily emails such as rotator cuff saver exercise, bench press “arc your back” technic, warm up …etc..

    Now I was planning to join your definition&competition group but I got pain in my right shoulder 1 week ago..It does not let me do push ups or bench press or cable cross etc.. 🙁 Thus I”m very sad on these days..

    Well I haven’t bought any of your programs but have read a lot of the free stuff on your site and have watched almost all of your YouTube videos. I found out about you from youtube. I am 17 years old and I am living in Toronto ontario canada. I had the weight room course at my school where we learned a lot about weight lifti.ng but it was rwally hard for me to keep up my diet and thats when I saw ur videos the home made bars which was just what I needed to start putting on some weight. I went from 126 to 140 pounds following your nutrition tips and have increased the amounts of weights i lift. I learned a lot of technique fron your website regarding the bench press, lay pulldowns etc. Ur site helped me in designing my perfect workouts for maximum gains in little time thank you and happy belated Canada day. And last thing my gains took me about 3 weeks which was great

After using that for 9 months and purchased your blast your bench program, but unfortunatley suffered a partially torn rotator cuff and could not complete the program.     Hey lee, I’m Gary from Australia and have followed your site for past 2 years. I found you doing a search on you tube and came across some of your videos. I get all my programs form your site with the latest being a 5×5 program in wich I was getting some good results until I twisted my psoa muscle in my stomach. I am just getting back in to it And think this e book would help. Current PB’s are 210kgx2 dead lift, 135kgx1 bench and 140×3 squat. Have had some solid gains over past 2 years from 87kg to 96kg.

    My name is Roshen. I am from the greater toronto area (mississauga). I’ve always been a skinny kid all my life, but have been working hard the past two years trying to turn that around. I started at 140lbs (5’11 in height, approx 9-10% body fat). I first heard came across you on youtube, while looking up workout videos. I believe I first started out suscribing to the fitnessVIP channel on youtube, and now I am subscribed to your channel as well as many of your fitness buddies (ie. Vince, Elliot, Mike). I’ve followed the joint program you had with Mike called critical bench and successfully upped my bench from 145lbs to 180lbs. definitely was happy about that! My upper body has seen some solid improvements, but I am still looking to put on another 15 lbs of muscle. I was thinking of starting the blast your squat program (that came with the purchase) since I posses chicken legs but have decided to wait until the fall and focus on getting lean and the “show” muscles for summer. So at the moment I am just about finishing up the lean hybrid muscle program by elliot and mike with great results. I am currently at 156 lbs (approx the same body fat %, 8-9%). So overall in a little over two years I’ve packed on 16 lbs of solid lean muscle. So definitely happy with my progress and thanks for always being a good coach and helping me sorting through all the BS fitness/supplement info out there.

    The first time I heard about you was when I was over seas in Kosovo severing the army national guard I was reaching the internet on how to gain musule. I was one of those guys that went to the gym and look at what the guys were doing and do the same. The exercise I started with was the 12 week pro gram be for I started I was 135lb at 15% fat my high is 67″ after the 12 weeks l was 145lb at 12% fat after two years off and on mostly on I have almost done eveu exercise you have posted now I’m 145lb and 5% fat 15″ arms 40″ chest and a 28″ wast I can’t thank you enough

By doing this I came across several trainers online that offer their programs, suggestions and free workout tips on YouTube. Yours seem to make the most sense to me and I followed many of your workout tips before I decided to purchase your “Blast Your Biceps” program.     My name is matt, I’m 24 and I live in France.

    I discovered you and your websites thanks to youtube. I was looking for videos and advices and I found your channel.

    I have followed Blast your Bench, 21 fast mass and blast your biceps.
    I found all these programmes very great. Each time I discovered a new technique, so that it was fun to do and not repetitive and effective.

    I have made gains more in strength than in mass. But I have to mention that I couldn’t follow strictly all your programs because of my studies, different jobs, working during the night, etc… and because I’m working out alone so I have to be cautious on the weight I put. I don’t have a training partner, my friends aren’t really interested by working out.

    I found your website through an email from Vince delmonte suggesting one of your programs!
    I don’t have a credit card so I can’t buy any of your programs 🙁 but I am definitely thinking about blast your biceps!
    I wanted to join the rugby team last year and so since last summer I was working out pretty hard. I started out at 132, with yours and vinces advice I was able to boost my weight and muscle mass up to 153 just before rugby season started and that is one of the reasons I made the team!
