Hi, my name is Q and I’m originally from the USA, but currently from the UK.
Um. . . how I found out about your site. Not quite sure about the time; it was over a year ago, I think two actually. I think I was trying to look up how to properly do a bench press or quickly increase a bench press and found a free mini program by you that at least gave out basics, which was enough for me.
I added 35lbs to each side of my bench (average one of 8 reps, not a max for two, that I believe I added 45lbs to each side) because of your help, so thanks.

My name is Mike, & I live in Ohio, USA. I don’t remember how I first heard about Lee Hayward, but the first program I bought was “Blast Your Biceps.” I gained 1 inch on my upper arms using this program. It was in this program that I first learned about “POF” training, & have since developed a full body workout using “POF.” I now have just about all of the current programs that are offered by Lee. I have lost 45 Lbs. of body fat. I don’t know how much lean muscle mass I have gained, because I have no way of measuring that. I do know that I look & feel better. In the future I would like to compete in a bodybuilding competition.

My name is Joe and I’m from Chicago. I first found out about your website when a friend in the gym told me that he followed you as well. The first program that I followed by you was the Anabolic Amplifier Effect (21 Day Fast Mass). My problem was that I was always concerned with gaining fat since I was overweight when I was younger. With anabolic amplifier effect I was able to pack on some muscle without having to worry about gaining long-term fat. Its hard to pack on muscle when every other day you worry you’re gaining fat, so the 21 day fast mass was a great solution.

I found out about your website from Youtube, some of the videos I first watched were some of your cooking ones (the protein pancakes recipe if I remember correctly).
I’ve invested in several programs (Lean Hybrid Muscle, Athlean-x, 1000 rep challenge), and whilst I haven’t yet followed them through 100% I’ve applied a lot of what I’ve learnt from those programs (coupled with your videos and others on youtube) to help me.
I’ve managed to drop around ~35lbs (and counting – down to about 215lbs), whilst building up some muscle. These training techniques have helped me, especially playing squash at university. Applying some of the principles I’ve learnt have helped me train stronger and greatly improve my fitness over the past 3 years.
Even though I’m 215lbs now, I can still outlast and out-train several guys who I played squash with, who weighed a lot less than me.
Now I’ve finished university I’m hoping to ramp up my training and get in the best shape of my life.

I purchased you Biogenetic Weight Gain program and for the first time I started getting excellent results in the gym. I went from 130lbs to 167lbs following the info in the ebook. I started working out three years ago when i was obese at 5’6″ 265 i started doing the 5×5 and lots of cardio lost about 80 pounds in a year. since then ive been doing a mix of a popular infomercial workout routine(not trying to advertise for other people on your site) and free weights . I first found your sight looking for tips to increase my bench i was stuck at 225 i like to include your tips into to my routines. now im 160 and bench 5×5 with 265 and have a one rep max of 300 i appreciate all of the advice and recipes
