This is a video clip of my body building posing routine from the Atlantic Canadian
Bodybuilding. Which took place on April 17, 2010 in Moncton New Brunswick. I know
I’m a bit late with getting around to posting this one, but better late than never.
The video doesn’t really do justice for showing detail and conditioning.
But if you’d like to see more, I have professional quality pictures posted
up on my FaceBook Page – Click Here To See The Photos –
I won the best poser award at the show with this routine.
When they were presenting my trophy they dropped it and it broke,
so they got me a new one and engraved my name on it 🙂

Nice routine Lee. I really like the part where you turn (1:18 into the video) and keep that same pose, nice touch. 😉

Hi Lee, i’m just wondering what’s your opinion on testosterone supplements? I can’t find anything on your site about them. I am thinking of trialing them for a month. By the way nice routine 🙂

hahaha Lee I’ve changed my bodybuilding goals already, I don’t want a physique like yours or Vince’s or Dave’s, I want a physique like that in your trophy!
AG7
oh and Lee what was your diet like for this competition? all the way low carbs or did you cycle your carbs once or twice a week?
Alex
Very good routine Lee 😉
Kinda reminds me of Arnold in the old days.. allways smiling and confident, slow and smooth moves, allways keeping straight lines, perfect !!
Keep it up mate..

Lee, After watching your routine again, I am wondering ? at 180-198 pounds you look awessome what was your body fat. You must be rock solid. Good choice of music, good poseing, great results… Herc.

The whole topic of testosterone boosting supplements is a “gray” area.
For teens I definitely don’t recommend them at all.
For guys in their late 20’s, 30’s & 40’s they can be beneficial to some degree. Various tribulus based products do seem to help.
For guys in their late 40’s and older I’d recommend they check with their doctor or a hormone replacement specialist for more advanced alternatives.
I hope that helps!

Thanks, I really like that one as well.

It was a low carb diet with high carb re-feed meals added in. I cover all the details of my exact fat loss diet plan in my Extreme Fat Loss DVD program at:

I lost weight all over. That’s the whole point of dieting down for a bodybuilding competition so that you are super lean and can show the muscle definition without any excess bodyfat.

Honestly I don’t know what my bodyfat percentage was because my skin was too thin to read a measurement from the bodyfat calipers. But my guess it was less then 5%.
Leo
You look great Lee well done.

Thanks for the tips on the testosterone supplements. I am 26 and have been training for 2 years, and have no deficiency as far as i know. But have heard that they can help with gains and increase your testosterone levels by up to 30%. I assume you have never taken them then?
P.S. thanks for all the tips in the e-mails i get i use them in my training etc regularly.
