5 Hour Energy… Yay or Nay?

These days we are bombarded with “energy boosters”.

Just a quick visit to your local gas station and on the front counter you’ll see everything from caffeine pills, red bull, 5 hour energy shots, to God knows what else…

Check out the local supplement store and the shelf will be lined off with “Pre-Workout” drinks and stimulants all claiming to get your Jacked, make you Explode, go Crazy, Scream, Expand, Rage, and blow your freakin mind!

It’s almost to the point where you are expected to be buzzed out of your head on stimulants just to get through your day. I mean who goes to the gym sober anymore LOL ?
