3 Keys To Success…

As we begin a new year a lot of people are setting goals for themselves and being very optimistic about what the future will bring.

Some people want to transform their physiques, others want to succeed in sports and athletics, some want to become more financially successful, start a new career, build a business, and the list goes on…

But the truth of the matter is that the vast majority of people who set goals are NOT going to achieve them. Only a select few individuals, about 2-3% of the population, WILL make their goals a reality.

How do you make sure that you are among that top 3% who succeed and make things happen?

Well, I just posted up an awesome little video clip below that a friend shared with me today and I wanted to pass it on to you. It covers 3 of the “real” secrets to achieving success.

Check it out and then leave me a comment below to let me know what you think about it…

what a true message – I must agree there are things I need to give up that aren’t doing anything to my success but, as he put it, “giving me bills” – tv, texting, surfing..

  • THE BIG CHEESE

YOU GOT TO WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL!

  • Rob

Never Sacrifice Health for Wealth as you wont be around long enough to enjoy it. Other than than I agreed with everything he said.

  • nishiket

xcel in wotever u do n success will follow…….but its true untill n unless u succeed u dont take rest……..

  • Old Pete

True!! As you have heard before, some people are lucky. Strange though the harder they train and work the luckier they become. So many folks are always looking for an easy quick fix. It does not happen folks.

  • Doc

The message of dedication, persistence and effort in realizing any goal is well founded. It is perhaps more important to consider your goals wisely before you commit to them. Be sure that at the end of the war, you are not left with a hollow victory. What things are really worthwhile? Any flippant, off the cuff answer is not adequate. I recommend that you take a month to consider and reconsider the goals. Once you have done your due diligence, and have commited, let nothing stand in your way.

True success in life comes from pleasing God. “Obey God and leave the consequences to Him”. It’s that simple.

  • Chris

Awesome Stuff! He says it like it is and doesn’t sugarcoat it one bit! Very inspiring!!!

  • Steve

Words to live by…. Never stop learning and never stop earning. Set goals and attain them often. There are those that do and those that don’t, the difference. One word. Determination!!!!! Thanks for the great posting Lee.

  • true straight to the point, and its just the simple things that most of us don’t understand

  • BEN

When you train for anything, you are training your mind, as you strengthen your mind your body will follow. There is no such thing as FAILURE only QUITTING. Train the mind not to quit and you will succeed.

  • Jay Arms

what was the point of this? he just rambled about 50cents lack of sleep and Emitt Smith benching 325 after winning the superbowl. And wanting money(superficial)as bad as O2(oxygen)?. Even if its an analogy, its terrible. Maybe part two will have some advice about being a better person and believing things will get better if you work for it. Not making more money but truly being happy and successful. You can be all that without money, its all how you make it. Sometimes you just have to learn when to take a loss and get back up and do it better then next time. Learn from your mistakes and take in decent advice and you’ll get where you want. Just Believe.

  • renaerts

I loved it, and would have to disagree with Jay….the point is well taken. The focus is not on money , it’s on achieving the goals that are important to you in your life that seem unattainable.

The first part he speaks on is if in our mind we don’t want it with every fibre of our being, we most likely will never see it happen…that’s the desperation part, and the most important aspect before you can really move forward.

  • ABDUL

A MANS CONCUNSENCE IS A SLAVE OF HIS OWN DESIRES.SO IF YOUR LAZZY DONT WANT TO PUT THE EFFORT AND DETERMINATION INTO WHAT YOU WANT YOU WILL BE NOTHING.BE A SLAVE FOR THE BETTER AND NOT THE WORST.

  • Excellent…
    Await 2nd part…

  • Being successful financially is a critical element of success. If someone goes out starts a business and makes money that’s great. Besides providing a valuable product / service they create jobs, they create business for others businesses, they pay taxes on all the money they earn, etc. it’s just one big upward spiral that helps bring everything else around them up as well.

somethings are true but better advise would be : don’t live to work but work to live

  • Steve

Success is not measured in dollar signs. it is measured in the people you help, effect, and gain respect from along the way. Work hard and always help others and the money will come. I don’t believe that money is what this whole posting is about. it is about inner strength and the ability to change or transform one’s self. Thanks again lee for the great posting

  • Jeremie

lee I am not able to view any of the videos you send me. Any ideas why? When you send me a you tube video I can watch it. But that’s it. Help please. I want to be able to watch the vids

  • THE BIG CHEESE

i think this guy would be successful as a rapper than a preacher.

  • Steve

If you “believe” that you will only be successful when you work 24 hours a day, seven days a week without food or sleep then that is what will work for you. Change your beliefs will change your world. Beliefs are just thoughts that we keep thinking. There are many roads to success.

  • Sean

Thoughts become things. If you are a negative person, then you will attract negativity and drama, so a good attitude of gratitude is good foundation to start, then follow what you love to do and the money will come. Sometimes it isn’t even money, it is just the “doing” that brings you to an ultimate point of satisfaction that you are doing what you were meant to do and it usually centers around helping others in some way. It is strange but that is what really makes us all happy and full-filled in the end, helping others. 😉

  • Steve

If you want a better body, see it in your mind, feel it with your thoughts. Then work out. If you feel it first then you will see results faster. Your perspective has changed and there is a better chance of continuation. It works the same with anything that is wanted. Positive thinking lends itself to a great perspective. And have fun.
