Delicious High Protein / Low Carb Late Night Snack!

Right before bed is one of the best times to consume a slow digesting high protein / low carb meal. This will help keep your body in an anabolic state with a steady release of protein over the course of several hours while you sleep. And keeping your carbs low will help prevent that meal from getting stored as excess bodyfat.

And a tasty way that you can get this slow digesting high protein / low carb meal is with my Delicious High Protein Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Recipe.
This one is really easy to make, it tastes awesome, and it fits the bill for a low carb high protein meal.
