This is how I get ripped for a contest…

Last night we had a kick butt Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show and during the show I covered some advanced fat loss tips and tricks that I’ve been using over the past couple months as I’ve been getting ready for my next bodybuilding show.

And you know what…
Even I’m surprised at how fast this is working. I’m literally getting leaner and more ripped by the day!

But the best part is that I’m NOT even hungry, it almost doesn’t feel like I’m “dieting”…

In fact I very often leave the table feeling stuffed from the volume of food that I’m eating, but yet the bodyfat is still melting away just like butter in a red hot frying pan!

So be sure to go download the MP3 download or watch the video replay of last nights show and try these kick-ass fat loss tips for yourself at:

Lee Hayward - Pic taken Feb. 19, 2010 - 205 pounds

This is a pic that was taken this morning (Feb. 19, 2010) after my workout.

Imagine how cool it would be to hit the beach or the pool this summer and be in this kind of shape? In fact I’m going to go on a beach vacation down south with a bunch of friends right after the bodybuilding show this spring.

Heck, I think I’m looking forward to being ripped at the beach more so then being ripped on the bodybuilding contest stage… I know I’ll have more fun at the beach 😉

all the best,
Lee

P.S.
Yesterday I sent out an e-mail saying that the last day
1/2 price promo for the “Final Phase Fat Loss Program”
was Thursday at mid-night.

But unfortunately we screwed up…
You see the shopping cart system that we use to process the
orders locked up (probably due to the high volume of traffic)
and a lot of people were getting that “Page Not Found” error.

So to make up for the mistake and to ensure that you
can take advantage of this special offer, we are
extending the 1/2 price promo for one more day.

Just go on over to –>> http://www.LeanToRipped.com

And if you order today I’m still going to toss in my own
extra bonus and GIVE YOU my exact bodybuilding pre-contest
extreme fat loss diet, supplement program, weight training,
and cardio routine… absolutely FREE !

All you have to do is order the program and then e-mail me
your receipt number and I’ll personally send you my entire
pre-contest program.

It’s as simple as that, so make sure to head on over to
the site now before it’s too late!

I watched the show and I appreciate what you’re trying to do with it Lee, but I’m so annoyed with newbies taking up half the show’s time with questions about protein shakes. Every damn episode is filled with questions like: “What’s the best post-workout shake?” It’s a testament to the supplement industry that most newbies to bodybuilding spend their time worrying about which powder and pills they should buy instead of how to train and how to devise a healthy, nutritious, balanced diet. How sad.

Just to let you know I’m going to be changing up the format of these shows very soon. Because all the repetitive questions about “what’s the best chest exercise?” and “does creatine work?” are annoying me as well.

Now, I’m not saying that these are stupid questions. Heck, we were all in that boat at one time or another. But I’d like to be able to move on to more advanced level stuff rather then keep repeating the same ones over and over again.

Great, Lee! I’m excited. It seems like the majority of this industry is geared towards complete newbies. For folks like myself who are already in good shape and want to get into phenomenal shape, there’s virtually no information out there. I want to commend you and thank you for starting to take your site towards a more advanced direction. This is what myself and many others have been missing!
