Have you ever asked yourself “How often should you workout to gain muscle?”
The topic of what’s the ideal training frequency for each muscle group to stimulate maximum growth and hypertrophy is a commonly asked question.
If you listen to the online “Experts” and “Gurus” they’ll give you all kinds of answers…
Such as:
“Bodybuilder X says you should workout each muscle group once per week…”
“The trainer at my gym says we should be working each muscle group twice per week…”
“On PubMed there’s a university study that says 3 workouts per week is optimal…”
etc…
If you ask 10 different people, you’ll get 10 different answers.
Bottom line, it all works – as long as you’re consistent enough to actually let the program work for you.
But how you personally structure YOUR WORKOUTS really depends on you, your fitness level, your goals, your schedule, etc.
It’s not as simple as having everyone follow a one size fits all “Cookie Cutter” approach, like some gurus preach.
