My girlfriend Trish and I shot a video of our workout the other night and by the comments posted to the video thus far, Trish is getting a lot more attention than me 🙁
But I guess that’s ok, I can’t blame people for liking her more…
Even though this is supposed to be a “chest workout” most people just couldn’t help but notice Trish’s round deriere, especially when we were doing the push ups at the end.
Now while some people may consider a comment about having a “nice ass” rude, I think most girls would actually find it flattering, and wish they had the “assets” so that more people would give them such a complement.
Who knows maybe we’ll make a video in the future showing the ladies some killer training tips for building up a nice round bubble butt.
However, for now you’ll have to settle for a plain old chest workout LOL

O.K Lee, i just got back from the gym..I wrote all this down and took it with me..results??..HOLY SHIT! I gotta tell ya brother this chest w/o kicked ass!! I am in very good shape and w/o 5 days a week (often for way to long than is good for me really) and this was such a refreshing change from my “normal” routine I was entertained to try something new and by the time i got to the push ups at the end It was all i could do to get up and get the whole 100 in..I had to do them in different #’s each time! crawling up off the floor..I did do extra crap in the mean time while waiting for equipment like wide pull ups just cuz I was bored waiting for the equipment..the cable crossovers high and low were a teeth gritting blast after dumbell exercises..I worked my way down from 80 lbs 10 a piece to the point of 30 lbs for 10..high and low..THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST F*$#@%&N CHEST WORKOUTS IVE DONE IN A LONG DAMN TIME..the head pullovers were a bit awkward to get used to but I did it all..pushups at the end were done off the bench with 12 lb dumbells to support the wrists..again thanks Lee!! no doubt in my mind this is a KILLER w/o for chest!! very impressed..you know wtf your talkin bout willis!

Hey Lee, I just couldn’t help but notice that after watching the whole video you never did a decline press/flye/bar hold. I was just wondering if you didn’t believe in decline chest routines or if it just wasn’t for that specific day?
