I confess! At one time, I used to be one of those who started, stopped, and talked about “getting back to it.”
I also was one of the ones who trained hard and ate pizza. But you are absolutely correct in the statement that the food and nutrition makes all the difference in the world.
As I have begun being more disciplined and following an actual nutrition plan, I have began to see significant progress in a matter of weeks. Progress that I didn’t see in years was realized in a few weeks of following a good nutrition plan.
By the way, I miss pizza 🙁 Haven’t had it in a long time, so I’ll probably have some in a few weeks when I take my “cheat day.”

Yeah, a lot of people follow the “On and Off Again” routine when they start. But it takes consistency over the long term in order to make any real progress.
