Posing practice 11 and 1/2 weeks out…

This is a quick post workout posing session in the locker room at the gym. Gotta love it posing in front of the toilet, just gives such a nice ambience and really sets the mood LOL

    Morning Lee, after two years away from active compition, you are getting back in form. I can just imagine in 11 more weeks how you will look. Yes the rust shows but you have maintained the foundation and the will to succed. Good Luck and Stay Strong. No Pain, No Gain… Herc.

    Making great progress there Lee. I can tell come competition day you are gonna be one freaky lookin monster! Very nice vascularity and still 11 weeks out! BTW, great camera work a while back with your girlfreind doing deadlifts 😉

    Lee, nice progress. I really like your chest and abs definition. But i think you need to work a little bit more on your arms 🙂 BY the way, do you do interval training e.g. sprint 1min and slow or moderate cardio for 1 min/30 sec for recovery for a total of 15 to 20 mins. I am just wondering whether interval training is suitable for post workout.

    Really nice chest/Lats! The vascularity on your upper chest and shoulders are sweet! Coming along nicely Lee! Your triceps make up for the slightly lagging biceps so it all works out. 😉

    Good work lee … but wanna point out 2-3 things. Triceps are looking good from front but in triceps posees definition is not visible as it should be. Apart from that in double bicep pose triceps are more dominent. please work on your bicep peak. I do hope that 11 week’s time is more than sufficient for you. I think you need to work on definition in triceps and back. Back is huge but lacks competition definition.

    The only thing I would say is that you need a little more mass on your traps and biceps. Otherwise you’re a beast.

    I gotta say, the Mohawk really adds a lot to your look.

    You’re gonna win it all, man. I’m sure of it.

    I personally take the ephedrine and caffeine stack. I find that this works well for aiding with fat loss.

    And about your stack, I know that here in canada ephidrine is strictlly distributed because of health problems cases, do you really feel your heart beating that fast ?

    IMO, fat burners are just a waste of $$$… Ephedrine+Caffeine stack works great

    I use the same stack… 16mg Ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine 15 minites before my morning cardio…
    And the cool thing about it…it is dirt cheap…

    and yes… it’s gonna increase your heart BPM temporarily… therefore if you have a history of heart problem or related problems, I wouldn’t recommend usinf E+C…

    Then again, proper nutrition and training program is the best fat burner 😉

    And Lee, Your In pretty good shape but I have to say that your shape would me more impressive if your traps and biceps were more develloped. Sometimes it’s the genetics, but if it’s not your case, then you need to pop them out a little more so they can join your neck muscles…
