you were once a skinny hard gainer and yet everything about you now sais you weren’t, your naturally vascular and your calves are naturally big ( not found and any hard gainers )

…i dunno what to say there except really well fucking done lee.

Hey Lee. Great progress. I am just..impressed :] . I have a question for you – how did you come up with such massive veins all over your body ? I have some visible on my arms and I have around 10 % body fat . Do you think the body fat matters or it’s just genes?

  • Fahed

That’s a nice Hairstyle and goatee.

  • Jay Arms

Looking good Lee. Why don’t you stay this cut and insane looking(not your face or facial expressions) all the time? I know it’s hard work, lol. Keep it up man.

  • John

Nice to see you reaching your goal….maybe we can pass the hat around and buy you a mirror away from the toilet

  • mark

looking good mate keep it up

Looks ok, you’ve looked a lot better in previous photo shots that I’ve seen. Your muscle fibers aren’t coming out and it looks like you’ve lost a bit of size. I’m not sure if the problem is the lack of muscle hypertrophy or because of the fact that your veins are hiding the fibers. BUT saying that, if your goal was to shred the fat, you’ve definitely accomplished that… and it’s not easy so well done in that department.

  • Good Morning Lee, I saw your still photos on facebook and this morning I got your e-mail, Wow what a differenc sound makes. My young son who plays football said it must take alot of energy to pose because he heard you breathing hard. We both agreed you are coming along great and you look ready as ever to give a fine proformance. Awesome video Lee and good luck… Herc.

Lee – What is with the haircut??
Looking good (except when you strike several poses you seem to have a ‘spare tire’!!).

  • Jim

Not too shabby! My question is where is the tan coming from. It looks good but I know you aren’t living in a tropical environment. What’s the tanning secret?

  • Ray D.

Lee, i have been watching your progress since you decided to compete again, and i just wanted to say your lats are looking good but your traps are kinda light, and it looks like you may have lost some in your chest, is it possible your cutting to much. The best of luck in the upcomming show.

Lee great work! You always know when your doing well at something because it shows in other people who try and put you down. A think you look great from what you achieved in that period of time. Your as good as it gets if your not on the juice, keep up it mate and ignore jealously from amateurs.

  • the haircut is great lee! makes you look slightly taller too – keep it for the show i say for sure. it stands out but not too much. definitely looking mean and shredded. a style suggestion – rock the shorts a little lower so they don’t bunch up around your hips and so you can show off some of the definition and symmetry you’ve got where most guys have “love handles”. if you’re focusing on working on anything over the next three weeks i’d say hit back of the shoulders a bit.

Damn, crazy ass delt & chest veins. lookin good Lee

I naturally have a good vascularity, even when I was a teenager I had a lot of veins in the chest / shoulder area. But the leaner you get the more your veins will show.

Posing is crazy hard because you have to tense every muscle to the max. It’s harder then working out.

    Tanning bed.

Down-the-road you need to thicken your mid-back. Check out Nick N. here: http://www.fitstep.com/muscle-explosion/explosive-muscle-building.htm where he shows his back development.

Lee how tall are you? Your vascularity is really amazing man, obviously your diet is working. Good symetry and muscular balance. You look like you could wrestle Baustista on RAW…and win! Keep it up and thanks for keeping us posted on your techniques.

Your really chipping away coach the relationship has been appreciated as any, I’m wondering about the nutricion now, the time will come, to when these 5 minute flex sessions matter, I was wondering if you could instruct some correct flare poses or if you had a guide to form does and don’ts?

  • ricky

man you look insane. keep up the good work

  • byron

man u look just amazing…you should do fine…i have one question for you though…where are you located? i noticed a “manufactured right here”symbol with the newfoundland flag in the background of one of your pics at the gym…..thats where im from, just curious.

  • Jack

excellent job you look terrific. i cant stop noticing that it seems like your right lat have more size than your left one. would you have points deducted in a competition because they aren’t symmetrical?

  • your traps are weak bro work on it lil more and you will be just awesome.

  • Maddox

    Great results, Lee!!

At some point can you do a review/overview of what you’ve done to get into this shape? How many days of cardio, how many days of resistance training, diet, etc. It would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

  • salmi

you are looking great but i just don’t like these veins
