Hey it’s your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here and I just posted up a new workout training video for you to check out.
In the video I’m working out with my friend Brent, he was one of the 21-Day Fast Mass Building test subjects. We go over a big basic chest building power move that most people in the gym just seem to ignore.
But by incorporating this exercise in your chest workouts you can help spur on some new muscle growth. So just check out the video clip below…
If you’d like to get more tips for increasing your bench press and building a big muscular chest.
Be sure to check out my “Blast Your Bench” program.

Hey Lee is it counter productive to get a spotter to lift the bar and let you do the negative portion like what happened with Brent in the video? Will this lead to overtraining if done too much

Hey lee is it advisable to train in the 5 rep range without a cage or spotter? What should i do if i get into trouble while benching

Done on occasion it’s ok, but I wouldn’t over use it because it will burn you out over time.

No, I would always use a power rack or spotter for safety reasons.

That’s also why I often have more fun when I work outside my fields of knowledge or expertise. Thanks for reminding me… things have been a bit dreary lately and maybe a nice veer into the unknown is what I’m craving.
