I predict new speakers or maybe even a new computer in your future… 😉

  • Basically I’m cooking spaghetti squash by steaming it in the microwave. When it’s cooked it just flakes apart like pasta noodles. This has only 10 grams of carbs per cup compared to 35 grams of carbs per cup for regular pasta.

I have had Speghetti squash Speghetti and it was possibly the best pasta ever, the squash is just like angle hair pasta!!

You can take those squash noodles and saute them with some garlic, onion, and a chopped tomato. Add some seasonings like salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, etc… and bon appetite!
