Some guy screaming some bs at me is not going to make me want to buy the product(coked out bill mayes) or some guy that looks like he hasn’t eaten for a year. The spoof infomerical was a change from the workout videos but it still had to do with nutrition which is just as important as lifting. For all the douches that dis on Lee, don’t be jealous.

Well, this was done “live” and not edited down to cut out the pauses in speech. I actually did this whole skit in a public speaking humorous speech contest…
Granted I got the most laughs from the audience, but I was disqualified because they said it wasn’t original… 🙁

Lee is more of a people person and easier to follow. When you find a trainer that has an unegotistical personality it much easier to adapt to his techniques.
I do agree vince has let the muscle go to his head a bit and that is what turns me off his routine.
As for Lee he is just straight out helpful with the crap!!

Vince is inconsistent in his statements. I find he uses sex and woman as a selling tool. Saying stuff like “You won’t get a date if you have an ugly stomach”, or “woman like big arms, i don’t care what they say”. Methods like that are idiotic and make people feel unattractive if they don’t look like Vince and if they have no six pack, which can trigger body dysmorphia in some people. Using sex as a marketing tool is the weakest link. He is inconsistent with his diet advice and makes ridiculous claims like “If you eat these foods, you’ll get a six pack fast”. However. However he does teach some good fundamentals of muscle building and is successful himself. Id pick Lee over Vince anyday. More laid back, get’s to the point and he’s Canadian lol

Yet people are posting comments about “Vince DelMonte”… WTF???

Vince is a joke. He doesnt even look that good other than a probably cutting a ton of weight for a photo shoot. Give me someone who can look good 24/7 365 days and i will be impressed. Maybe he needs to buy an online book to help bring up his arms and shoulders a bit.
