i’m cautious about this kind of stuff and was slightly skeptical when i bought BYB last january. i didn’t put 50 pounds on my bench, but i went from 225 where i had been stuck, to 255. i think anyone would be happy with even a 20 pound bench gain in 3 weeks. the program is a great tool to have in your training toolbox and i will use it again. if your like me and himmed and hawed over buying the thing, just friggin go for it. or forget about it and go find a real scam – there are enough out there.

Thanks for sharing, the actual gains will vary from person to person. But I’ve never met anyone who has actually followed the program and NOT get stronger from it. And that was with the original program.

I follow most of your online post and apply what you teach in the gym and I got to say it has been really helpful. I still haven’t try BYB and I will tell you honestly why: I have never seen you bench . I mean I have seen you bench with light weight to demonstrate techniques but I don’t remember watching you bench your maximum. We saw your new partner in that video you posted bench almost 600 pounds and such things I think are helpful to get people to get the program. I am not trying to be a smart A.. I am just giving my honest opinion. It would help me to know how much you can bench, see you do it and that will definitely show how the BYB program help you get there. Thanks.
