Hey Lee, quick question about forearms. I tore my right forearm about 2 weeks ago and decided not to get surgery to repair it since it is just a partial tear. once it is healed would it be a good idea to hit them maybe 2-3 times a week to strengthen them up?

I really like your outlook on training (I hope it’s not just a good sales pitch), I have bought many other programs before and am looking at something that is going to work and was planning on buying your system but one thing I need to know from you is that I have a rotator cuff injury that I acquired the beginning of December and am recuperating from that, however my question is which muscle groups can I train without aggravating the injury and which of your programs do you recommend I take to get maximum results from while waiting for my injury to heal? (I expect it will take another two months). I train at home and have a power rack, my goal is to gain lean muscle mass and also need to focus on my lagging parts e.g. Forearms and Calves and I don’t have a calve machine…
