Lee, may I ask, what are the measurements of one cup? roughly how many millilitres? or grams?

These bars are awesome lee….. i’ve been making them for a couple months now and they taste great! They actually taste like your eating real food not like the ones you can buy at the store that taste like a hunk of cardboard ha!
