Entering the contest is REALLY easy and it doesn’t take long, and I’ll explain exactly what you need to do to enter in just a moment, but first I want to introduce you to my friends and fellow muscle building coaches…

Dave Ruel
(author of Anabolic Cooking)

Dave Ruel I’ve known Dave for several years now and he’s one of my best friends. In fact back in 2007 I had the opportunity to kick his ass on the bodybuilding stage by winning the overall at the Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding Championships! 😉

He keeps challenging me to a rematch…
Who knows the Hayward vs. Ruel bodybuilding rematch may take place in 2011…
(we’ll have to wait and see)

Anyway, Dave is the author of the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook and I have to say this is probably the single best cookbook for the serious muscle building enthusiast.

It covers over 200 high protein, muscle building & fat burning recipes. And the best part is that it’s so simple to follow that even a 10 year old could make these mouth watering meals.

Even if you are clueless in the kitchen you’ll still be able to prepare top quality delicious and nutritious meals that your whole family will love. I personally use recipes from Dave’s cookbook all the time, it actually makes healthy eating enjoyable!

Joey Vaillancourt
(author of Bones To Buff)

Joey Vaillancourt I’ve met Joey about a year ago, and in fact this past summer I had him on my Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show as a special guest.

Joey is a former “skinny guy hardgainer” who conquered his scrawny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass. In fact he won the 2010 FAME Central Fitness Model Championships earlier this year.

Since then he has appeared in several magazine ads and he works as a muscle building coach helping other fellow skinny Hardgainer’s transform their body’s and pack on some solid muscular mass.

Joey is the author of Bones To Buff. Which is a muscle building system developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean muscular mass in 5 weeks.

So if you are a skinny hardgainer who struggles to gain weight, Joey’s program could be the solution you are looking for!

This is the second of the 3 killer e-books that are included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

I’ve been in the whole bodybuilding and fitness game for 20 years now! (Damn I must be getting old LOL)

Since then I’ve had the opportunity to help literally thousands of people from all over the world build muscle, burn fat, and get in their best shape ever!

In fact I’ve even inspired the 2 guys featured above and look at the shape they’re in… The pictures speak louder than words.

One of my best muscle building programs to date is my Blast Your Biceps program. This is a complete arm specialization training system that will help you gain as much as 2 inches of solid mass to your upper arms in just 8 weeks.

Having dabbled with lifting weights in my late teens without much education on muscle building or nutrition, I have once again began to hit the gym now that I’m in my early 20s. Now I have a much better understanding of how I need to be going about my gym sessions as well as my food consumption outside of the gym.

With this knowledge I’ve already started to notice some positive changes but I really want to take it to the next level by following a proven workout plan as well as having the knowledge of how to spice up my nutrition to make it more interesting.
Winning the ebooks would be awesome as I’m mostly on the ectomorph side of the scale and having a program to really bring some meat to my arms would help a lot, as well as having the increased nutritional knowlege of how to feed my muscles to allow them to get bigger.

Anyways keep up the awesome work you do with the website, podcasts and videos!

Complete transformation Lee! My health numbers from my check up like blood pressure, sugar, etc. were horrible and I had to go on meds. I’m an overweight, corporate creampuff. Time for a reboot. In my youth I did bodybuiling, powerlifting, boxing, martial arts, triathlons, etc. I’m going back to that lifestyle and taking massive action. What courses would you recommend and are their bundles to save? Help!

hey lee, my goal is to be able to bench 350 by this summer. the reasoning behind this is because i was in a car accident september 19, 2009, and because of all the trauma to my left shoulder, i was told that id never lift heavy again. when they told me this, i decided to become a competitive bench presser. i currently weight in at 141 with significant water weight, and i hold the current nj state record of 286 raw bench with minimal back arch, easily, in my weightclass. the end of my weightclass is 148, and id like to get as close to that as possible, while benching in the high 300. i know i can challenge the national record of 345, but i need to kick my nutrition and training to the next level. my national meet is in september, laborday weekend. everything ive said is verifiable with the nj powerlifting chapter of the usa powerlifting federation. id really apreciate this and any other support u can give me. thanks.

    hey Lee!

My name is Andy im from the Uk and have been following your website for many years where I have picked up some great tips. I have spent the last 18 months travlling to which I lost a lot of size and mass ( about 10kg!) – which is not cool! Thus being a hard gainer I am finding it hard to pack the weight back on and know that this would be an awsome present to kick my training up a good few notches and to hit my goals and the new ones in the future! I have high hopes and aspirations and aim to be competing in the next year or two and with yours joey and daves help I know this is possible. Thanks for the chance to win this great offer and love the site Lee have a great christams and new year !

  • Robert

I have been lifting weights for a few years now and made some decent gains. Recently I have found myself at a plateau and haven’t really been able to make additional gains. My goal for 2011 is to overcome this plateau and continue to make progress in my bodybuilding goals. I believe that these books can help me get over this problem and help me reach my goals.

  • Guys, these testimonials and comments have been amazing. Ive been enjoying reading through your goals and the ‘why’ behind wanting the programs. It’s given me even more inspiration and passion for my own training.

You guys are in good hands here, and good luck to all of you in the contest!

    Hey Lee

My goals for 2011 are gaining to gain more muscle.I have been very dedicated for the past 6 months with my workouts. I drink protein powder daily. I eat at least 6 times per day. I have seen little to no increase in size and strength. This is my goal to bulk up in size and strength. Maybe your system is the ticket to success.

I’m a skinny dude whos wants to get buff. I’ve seen results, but sometimes i wonder if i’m doing everything right. Nutrition is sort of a problem for me. It’s not that I don’t eat right, it’s just that I’m never sure if what I’m eating is going to make me stronger. So recieving Dave’s Anabolic cookbook would be awesome(I also enjoy cooking.). I bet Joey’s Bones to Buff book would also help alot and of course your Blast Your Biceps book will make me a very happy person. Even if i dont win, il find a way to big this 2011.

  • Ray Navarrete

My goal for this following year is to have a visible six pack to show off (currently at 17% body fat, so I must go down to 10%) and arms big enough to look like a body builder (I do have some muscle but my arms look disproportionally small in comparison to the size of my torso, I would like at least a 3 inch increase in the circumference of my arms). I’ve been working out for a couple of years now but I haven’t been doing too consistently, specially the eating part. Therefore, the anabolic eating book will be super beneficial in helping me eat what I need to lose fat and gain the muscle I need. I usually feel that I have few options when it comes to eating healthy, so I’m excited about reading that book. Of course, the blast your biceps book will be super useful in helping me get the bigger arms that I want, no question about that.

My goal is to return to peak physical condition. I’ve finally gotten my body to a point where I can train again after sustaining a rotator cuff injury. Your guidance and advice are always helpful. I’ve been training going on 8 years give or take time off in between due to rest or injury. This gift would enable me to get back to form. I look in the mirror and I’m disgusted at the weight I’ve gained due to the long layoff from injury. This diet book along with the bicep training and other materials will help me achieve these goals please consider me for this gift Lee your advice is always helpful. You keep blogging and I’ll continue training. Thanks again. Merry X-mas

As I turn 45 in 2011, my goals are to use a variety of moves in six to eight week cycles building from the ground up. I firmly believe in changing routines to stimulate new muscle growth. Having a strong lifting program has made the difference over the past twenty-five years in keeping muscle on and fat off.

I have shift gears in making cardio a big part of the routine as having a strong heart and a larger lung capacity has kept the aging process in check.

I started using the Lee Hayward variety of lifting techiques for all body parts and have developed a “new” “good” soreness especially the day after the workout. I made it a point to involve the tips provided each time I change routines.

The best part about the tips is that the instruction is detailed so I understand each step and can stay injury free. My advice is and always will be to maintain a notebook, chart your progress, and you will see the best results. These are the goals I will continue in 2011.

hey Lee, im planning on joining the marines, but i need a lot of help losing weight and building my muscle strength so this is my 2011 goal, thanks

  • John LoPresti

Lee, I am 54 years old and for the most part of my life I have been over weight. Two years ago for health reason (High blood pressure and High Cholesterol) i decided it was time for me to get into the gym and loose weight. I lost 80 pounds the first year and decided it was time to take control of my body and start hitting the weights. That is when I came across your web site and it has motivated me to stick to a weight training program that has completely turned my life around. I no longer am ashamed to take my shirt off on the beach and just plain feel great about myself. The opportunity to win these three programs could greatly increase my goal of staying fit and healthy for life and ensure that I can maintain a quality of life that will never again include that of an over weight person again. Even if I do not win I want to take this opportunity to thank you and wish you a very Merry Christmas!!!

    hi lee

  • Ben

I have just finished BYB and I added 75 pounds to my deadlift but only gained 6 pounds of muscle. I believe with improved nutrition I could gain another 50 pounds on my deadlift and 10 pounds of muscle.

  • Chris Dabiere

I am 32, 6’02, 185lbs. I started working out back in high school during my lacrosse days, weighing in at 170lbs. I have always had a problem with gaining weight. During my college days a few of my boys were among the biggest guys in the gym at UB, I was weighing in at 180-185lbs. Thus they nicknamed me the “skinny guinea”. They all said they could put weight on me and keep it on me. We’ll my max weight ever was 190lbs and I constantly eat 5 meals a day. I have never been able to put any real size on. I have always wondered what I would look like if I could get up to 210lbs or so.
My 2011 goal is to purchase a good software program to track my daily intake of food(calories, protein, fat, etc..). Through trail and error attempt to find out what I should be taking in on a day to day basis to increase my size. I believe these 3 books you guys are offering could be the missing key to helping me achieve what I have been trying to achieve for the past 16 years.
    Thanks for all the help!

  • Brian

    Dear Lee,

Thanks so much for the opportunity to win some great information that will help with my transformation goals for 2011. I am 50 years old and i am a Maximize Your Muscle member of Vince Delmonte. I love the program and have made significant gains. I have seen you as his guest along with Dave Ruell and I appreciate your helpful tips in helping us reach our goals. I currently weigh 160 pounds and am at 12% body fat. I really want to reach the next level and add 10 pounds of more lean muscle and get down to single digit body fat. I work out in my garage as I have converted it into a complete warehouse gym. I work out with my wife, Karen, but it is difficult for me to push for that extra rep as she can’t quite spot me on all of my lifts. It is difficult to find someone my age who is dedicated to pushing themselves to the limit. Most guys around here are to busy sitting on the couch. That is why I am asking you for help. I could use every little bit of help for me to get to that next level.
I hope you have a blessed Christmas and I look forward to hearing more from you in the coming year.

    Yours in training,
    Brian

Hey Lee, I’m 27 years old and weighed 138 lbs as a college junior. That was about five years ago. I only weigh 148 lbs now and have been going to the gym for the last few years with some months in between of not working out. Now I go five times a week before work. I walk an hour and take two trains just to get to the gym, and most days it’s through the snow or rain. I have finally started dedicating myself to getting bigger and taking it seriously. The blast your biceps would really help out a lot as my arms have always been skinny but have gotten bigger recently after taking advice from your website. I mostly struggle with gaining weight. I have gained some pounds recently after I stopped smoking cigarrettes which really increased my appetite. My goal for 2011 is to get up to 165-170 lbs. Thanks Lee, Happy holidays

  • My goal for 2011 is to get ripped abs.I am tracking how many grams of protein, carbs etc. Also, I have been doing many crunches but still not seeing results yet.I will continue this and keep doing cardio.I’m not working on the arms so much because I recently broke my arm. Therefore it gives me a chance to bring my legs alive.By the way Merry Christmas.

  • Ali Pryce

Hi Lee, my names is Ali Pryce and I come from Nottingham, England. I’m 22 years old, 5 foot 8, and 165lbs. My bodyfat percentage is currently at about 14%. I’ve been lifting weights for about 3 years, and while I’ve managed to improve my strength and lose weight (I used to be 190lbs and well over 20% bodyfat), I’m looking to raise it to the next level. My long term goal is to improve my fitness and strength t be able to get into the Royl Marines when I graduate from university in the summer of 2012.

My goals for 2011 are to gain muscle mass and burn fat so that I am a lean 175lbs, with bodyfat below 10%. I believe the dieting covered in Anabolic Cooking will help, and the other 2 programs will help me to bust out of the current plateau I’m in.

Keep up the great work Lee!

    Lee,
I’m 16 and looking to gain muscle but at the same time I need to get a lot leaner. I’m currently at about 12% body fat and my aim is to get to 7% by this time next year. I want my arms to be at 14 inch biceps by the time im 17 and with the use of your Blast your biceps program I feel this will be made possible. Also with the help of Daves’ Anabolic Cookbook I will be able to keep my diet in check and loose that extra fat around my stomach. This is not just a temporary change for me Lee, but a lifestyle change. I am determined to change my whole persona and with yours and your generous friends help I hope to accomplish these goals.
Cheers and have a Merry Chistmas!

Lee, I went from wheelchair to walking walking without assistance following your leg workout routines. My legs are 90% in strength, and for 2011 I seek to increase my leg strength to 110% . Others have been successful. I for one feel you have the best advice and I’ve watched your youtube posts and adhered to your tips for the past three years with success. I’ll continue to do so.

    Lee,

My target for this 2011 is to gain large amount of muscles and lose fats. I’m 20 and weighs 155lbs. I’m skinny and my body type is ectomorph so it’s hard for me to gain weight and muscles mainly because of nutrition. So the 3 gifts you will be giving for free would help me greatly in gaining mass and muscles. The anabolic cooking cookbook will help me with my nutrition problem and the blast your biceps and bones to buffs will help me with my mass and muscle gaining problem. Thanks….. 🙂

And by the way thanks for the videos an emails. It was really a great help for me….. 🙂

Sorry for posting 2 times. I just remembered one of the reasons why i want to gain muscles and lose fats and a knowledge on proper nutrition. The reason is i want to help others who are like me who also wants to transform their skinny body to lean muscles. Because from where i am working out i see a lot of new comers who are skinny like me and are being thought by someone who they believe knows the way in gaining lean muscles but then teaches them the wrong way (poor technique and not teaching the proper nutrition) but they don’t actually now it because they are new. So i am determined to really gain lean muscles and learn the proper nutrition for gaining such in order to help others who also want to have lean muscles through proper workouts and nutrition. I’m just disappointed by those who thinks they know how to gain lean muscles because they can lift heavy weights ( but doesn’t have proper form) and teaches others what they do. It’s just making me sad seeing others working out without proper form and knowledge on nutrition….. 🙁

  • Francisco

my new year goal is to simply look and be better then the previous years.

  • Bob Teel

Having just finished a popular 90 day program I am interested in taking it to the next level. I started following your videos about a month ago and realize that being lean and fit is one thing but adding mass is going to take something extra. Also, at 52 yrs. old my body is being stubborn. Just working out has given me Ok results but I want killer abs and to add some serious mass to the shoulders, chest and biceps by June 2011. I went from 153lbs. down to 138lbs in 60 days then added about 6lbs of mass and seem to be at a plateau. I would like to keep the fat off and be at about 155lbs. I know can do this with better nutrition, (anabolic cooking), and proper workouts, (blast your biceps and bones to buff). I have already incorporated many of your tips into my routine and like the results Lee. With the Muscle Building Combo I know I can reach my 2011 goals.

  • Steve

Well being in my mid 30s and lost 65lbs in the last 2 years I decided not to stop at just loosing weight. During the two years I started to work out at home and made great progress both in fitness and strength. For 2011 my goals are
1- maintain my weight but continue to lose fat
2- Get a 2 pack ab (well this is really continuation of point 1 😉
3- Be happy with my results as long as they are progressing.
4- Continue to put the efforts into the workouts to continue to get stronger and bigger(in a lean fashion) than the previous years.

  • Hi!

Previously I did bodybuilding, but due to injury and having to perform social service year of my medical career, I had to leave for about a year and 8 months, now I want to start with all the energy possible in January and get the best shape of my life and I really think that with the training ebooks I’m gonna give a complete and different shock technique to every muscle in my body and especially with the cookbook, I gonna get easier my nutrition goals by removing the boring and monotonous of the common bodybuilding diet.

In addition I’m gonna promote them here in Mexico!

I hope to be one of the winners of this excellent combo, I will be enormously grateful with you guys.

I take this medium to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

  • Gigi

My new years resolution started in September 2010 and it is to be super fine by the summer — that‘s June 2011! I am Gigi and that is my mantra. I have lost a total of 31.2 pounds since last year. And since 3 months ago, 18.3 pounds. I currently weigh 213.8 lbs. I walk every day and go to the gym at least 1X a week. I know you and a lot of people will whimper, clutch your pearls and complain about that, but I work hard when I go…well at least I think I do. And I am losing fat and gaining muscle. I will admit that I do feel a little lost in the weight room despite the fact that vanity keeps me going. Vanity: everyone has been telling me that I look like I am slimmer. My doctor was so happy, she gave me a hug, which was better than her usual bantering and fussing about me loosing weight. Even one of my male friends told me the other day that he could see my thigh muscles. Yaaaay! He is brutally honest and I was fully cloth, so I know it must be true. I digress. I have been around fitness for over 15 years. My love for hard bodies started when I was in college. I had a female friend who was a body builder. I worked out with her and other guy friends. I had to abruptly leave college and come home because my grandmother died. For motivation, I would still look at body building magazines and admire the strength and beauty of the people. I even got a job as a trainer at local gym which made me work out daily. Ahhh, 1980‘s…Arnold Schwarzenegger. And the women: Carla Dunlap, Cory Everson and Rachel McLish. Those women looked strong and sexy, even though they had muscle mass. And today, looking at their sites…they are still OMG HOT! I lost my zeal and love for exercise due to a compilation of various circumstances. Some were: first my brother died in 1997. We were very close. My father died in early 2005, and my sister died late 2005. My sister left 5 boys which I attempted to raise alone. That did not work out. Did I mention that I lost my job during this time too. So I started several at home businesses. Anyway, during all this drama I gained 90lbs, 8 dress sizes, knee problems, hip problems, heart problems, asthma, high blood pressure, other health problems (what else is left–right?) but thankfully no diabetes. This deterioration of my body all happened in 5 years. So quick! Five years to near death. My doctor sent me to physical therapy for my knees and voila’- Intense Concentrated Exercise. The pain. The agony. The miracle cure. No more knee pain. I had forgotten. All this was unbelievable. Duh! How could I forget because I had always exercised? My reality became the fact that this was not the deeper Gigi. An unhealthy girl…okaaay, I will say woman. The ME today….new attitude. I am ready for a change. I am going to change. My nickname is Gigorgus (1st and 3rd g has j-sound). Not that I am or considered myself all that gorgeous, but others do. My attitude. True back in the day…my rear would stop traffic. All those squats! Hey, I want my old body back….the old me back. Attitude motivated by Vanity, Vanity. What finally slapped me into reality and made me get moving? I saw an old boyfriend at Wal-Mart…of all places. Who dresses up to go to Wally world? I digress again…Anyway, his first words were..…“Wow! you have gained weight, but you still look good“…I’m thinking….“Yeah right! Idiot…no wonder we broke up!” No, I didn’t smack him. Yep, that got me moving. Rage…a good energy booster! The next day, I walked very slowly in the park for three hours. I was so tired. Not angry anymore. That was the beginning of the best sleep. No more sleepless nights! I have come to the sad realization that I will never look like Carla Dunlap or Cory Everson in a 2 piece bathing suit by the summer. Well, if I can get the nerve to put on a one piece bathing suit and walk around without a towel plus a robe and/or other cover up..…I will have arrived. Lee, I happened upon your website from Vince Delmont’s. I come to just read the comments and your replies. Cant really watch the videos. We have dialup. Vince is a nice fellow and has a pretty wife. She is a hot chik too. I admire her for the hard work that she puts into her fitness. Today, I have a change of attitude resulting from your comments and exercise tips. I am feeling stronger and happier. I can now easily carry our 50 pound bag of dog food. And I want to start running.
I know that it takes dedication, sacrifice, commitment, a plan and most importantly know how (or the application of knowledge). I am ready. I am committed to living better with no diabetes, no high blood pressure, no asthma, no hip pain and ok maybe occasional knee pain. I am willing to sacrifice junk food, time, sweat, tears and some sleep for better health and a longer life. I hate, no despise, bananas – but I try to eat them. I am dedicated because my blood pressure medicine was decreased this month, at my 3 month checkup…..I want to be medicine free again. My doctor seems to think it can happen. My health is primarily my responsibility, my doctor is to here to only assist me. A successful plan…..comes with know how. And Know how- that is why I am applying to win the Muscle Building Combo. These 3 programs will give me the tools that I need to help me to create an organized strategy, so that I may have the best chance to succeed and achieve my fitness goals, not only for 2011 but for the rest of my life. Gigi, A hot chick for life…a new reality. Lee, I want to thank you for your courage….you say what needs to be said. Your honesty…you just say it -which gives me inspiration that moves me to do better and to be better! Oh yeah, did I mention that I am on my way to being a Hot chik again and that I am going to be super fine by the summer. I know, I know…I digress again. Lol.

Hi Lee, Thanks for all your tips, suggestions & advices during the whole year. I learned a lot from you. I’m in the gym for the last 2 years. I made amazing progress. Everybody in the gym got shocked. Lots of the gym rats asked me if I take steriods. I’m very glad I never touch any drugs. My plan for 2011 is to get ripped & to put on some more lean muscle extra pounds. But my biggest problem is I’m going home for good ( got some family problem).
I’m from Mauritius living in Ireland for the last couple of years. Bodybuilding in Mauritius is very expensive & supplements are very very expensive as well. It will be a big challenge. There’s a lot of money involved in bodybuilding.

Hey Lee – John here. I’m a 4th grade teacher in San Diego – I’m 56 years old and have just (over the last year or so) started to really see the benefits of regular, structured training. I’ve been going to the gym for years, but just kind of maintaining what I’ve got and not really hoping for more. With some training sessions I bought I have been very surprised to see the results I’m seeing. At my doctor’s checkup this last week my cholesterol was down 30 points, blood pressure was awesome and weight was down too. I feel the flexibility coming back that I feared was gone forever with age. I’m on fire now. I need direction, but I’m motivated and confident. Hopefully your programs will be my next step!

Hey Lee I was hoping to get this great christmas gift for many reasons. I’m a high school football player and I have been getting a lot bigger and getting stronger than a lot of people with the workouts you have shown in the past, such as your blast your bench and other key workouts as well. I really think these gifts would really help me in my off-season program as well as my during the season program. I really want to be the best out there on the gridiron and want to get a scholarship for college. I would certainly appreciate this great gift you are giving out and will make the most of it. Thanks for your help. God bless…

Lee, I am 58 years old and have been working out on and off for 20 years. I was an over- the-road truck driver for 37 years and recently retired. I competed in 2 local shows in South Florida in 1989/1990, placing 3rd in the open division . I was 37 and the winner was 18, the runner-up 21. Since my retirement, I have gotten serious about lifting. I am 5’7″ and weigh 210 lbs. I have 17inch arms and can bench 250 lbs. I work out at home, alone and have found many of your videos very helpful. If I can continue to gain and stay injury-free, I would like to compete again in 2011 in the Masters division. I am sure your programs would help greatly. Take care and God bless.

    Hey Lee,
My personal fitness goals for 2011 are to gain mass and improve my core strength while maintaining a healthy lifestyle including my diet. I’ve always been a SUPER hardgainer and have always had a very small frame. You’re videos always inspire me to work extra hard in the gym to make some gains. I would personally purchase all of your items but it has been very hard on my wallet lately. I think that if I were to revieve these items, I would benefit from it greatly because I give 110% into everything I do. I wouldn’t be one of those people that win a contest and don’t take advantage of all of the helpful tips and let them go to waste. I would incorporate them into my daily life with my diet and exercise. I always love helping others out when they ask me questions about exercise, so these items can help me gain more knowledge as well as to help spread the word about you and your bodybuilding tips.

Win or lose, I’m a big fan of your tips and have been following you for a few years now. Thank you for all of your other free tips that you already give that helps out people who can’t afford some of these things. Great work Lee.

    Sincerely,
    Koncheng

My main goal for 2011, is simple – hit 200 pounds at around 10% bf. My short term strength goals to help me achieve that are to bench 180 pounds and to squat 315 pounds. I’m 19 years old and 15 months ago I was a skinny Vinny 6″1, 147 pound ectomorph. Now I weigh 184 pounds still with ab definition. Its only been possible with extreme dedication and your no BS advice, which eats the magazines for breakfast! My biceps are one of my weakest body parts and I know your program should be awesome if its close to Blast Your Bench. Dave Ruel cracks me up on your youtube vids, and he definitely knows his stuff, I would like to eat something other than chicken and rice once in a while! Joey seems to share my genetics and I would love to follow in his footsteps and a become a fitness model (you have to dream sometimes!).

Thanks for everything and have a great 2011

  • hi

    Hey Lee,
Thank you very much for all your advice and this generous offer. My goals for 2011 start with gaining a bit of weight and then trim the fat. My height is 5′ 10″ and currently I am at 170 lbs. I plan to get to 185 and then trim to around 180. Along with this I am also looking into starting an mma regime.
Again thanks a lot for all your help.

    Your’s in health,
    H.k.

  • Ray Pak

Well, I’m a 16 yo boy and I weigh around 140 pounds and am around 5’8″. This is obviously very skinny and I want to pack on muscle. I did workout over the summer of 2010 and noticed a little growth but my meal plan sucked and I didn’t gain as much as I think I could’ve. I’m really bones and I want to be buff. All my friends work out and are big, but they also take creatine and all these other supplements that I can’t afford and don’t want to take. I always made excuses of why I stopped working out and I really did not get enough protein in my diet even with shakes. I need a good cookbook with a lot of high protein meals to really get big and I also need some help to get big via the bones to buff and the bicep book. I would really appreciate if I won this and I think it would definitely be a great help. I recommended you to a lot of my friends and I also watch all your videos on Youtube because I subscribed. Thanks
