You see I’ve teamed up with my friends Joey Vaillancourt and Dave Ruel to deliver an absolute killer Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway Contest where you can win a copy of each of these programs… For FREE!

Entering the contest is REALLY easy and it doesn’t take long, and I’ll explain exactly what you need to do to enter in just a moment, but first I want to introduce you to my friends and fellow muscle building coaches…

Dave Ruel
(author of Anabolic Cooking)

Dave Ruel I’ve known Dave for several years now and he’s one of my best friends. In fact back in 2007 I had the opportunity to kick his ass on the bodybuilding stage by winning the overall at the Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding Championships! 😉

He keeps challenging me to a rematch…
Who knows the Hayward vs. Ruel bodybuilding rematch may take place in 2011…
(we’ll have to wait and see)

Anyway, Dave is the author of the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook and I have to say this is probably the single best cookbook for the serious muscle building enthusiast.

It covers over 200 high protein, muscle building & fat burning recipes. And the best part is that it’s so simple to follow that even a 10 year old could make these mouth watering meals.

Even if you are clueless in the kitchen you’ll still be able to prepare top quality delicious and nutritious meals that your whole family will love. I personally use recipes from Dave’s cookbook all the time, it actually makes healthy eating enjoyable!

This is the first of 3 e-books that’s included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Joey Vaillancourt
(author of Bones To Buff)

Joey Vaillancourt I’ve met Joey about a year ago, and in fact this past summer I had him on my Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show as a special guest.

Joey is a former “skinny guy hardgainer” who conquered his scrawny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass. In fact he won the 2010 FAME Central Fitness Model Championships earlier this year.

Since then he has appeared in several magazine ads and he works as a muscle building coach helping other fellow skinny Hardgainer’s transform their body’s and pack on some solid muscular mass.

Joey is the author of Bones To Buff. Which is a muscle building system developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean muscular mass in 5 weeks.

So if you are a skinny hardgainer who struggles to gain weight, Joey’s program could be the solution you are looking for!

This is the second of the 3 killer e-books that are included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Lee Hayward
(author of Blast Your Biceps)

Lee Hayward And last, but certainly not least…

Lee Hayward 😉

I’m sure you probably know who I am, but just in case you are new to my website I’ll give you an overview of who I am and what I’m all about…

I’ve been in the whole bodybuilding and fitness game for 20 years now! (Damn I must be getting old LOL)

I started working out back in 1990 and I’ve been competing in bodybuilding competitions since 1995. In 1998 I started my very first bodybuilding website. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to help literally thousands of people from all over the world build muscle, burn fat, and get in their best shape ever!

In fact I’ve even inspired the 2 guys featured above and look at the shape they’re in… The pictures speak louder than words.

One of my best muscle building programs to date is my Blast Your Biceps program. This is a complete arm specialization training system that will help you gain as much as 2 inches of solid mass to your upper arms in just 8 weeks.

The arms have always been a very stubborn muscle group for me, and that’s why I’m so passionate about over-delivering on this killer sleeve stretching mass building training system!

    Hi Lee
I’m 39 and turning 40 in a couple of months. After looking at myself in the mirror and few months back and not liking what i was seeing, it was time to do something about it. i have not worked out for a few years due to moving areas and got a bit lazy. I,m a 170lb and have lost 7lb but this very confessed about what i need to do about losing the fat and gaining lean muscle. I started following some of the advice in men’s fitness but after finding out from yourself and Vince Delmonte who owns them mags i stopped and looked the local gym .I have followed your and Vince advice and seen some improvement and liking the results, having the boost from this has made me want more and more. I hit the gym 3 times a week and sometimes adding a cardio on one of my rest days (not sure if i should). My goals for 2011 is to get ripped and add a couple of inch of lean muscle all over, I want to add lots muscle to my biceps because i don’t want skinny arms any more, plus i want to see my abs next year instead of this belly. So these books will put me in the total zone to get the results i need to make me start liking my body again. Hopefully i can come back to you next year on your chat show (if i can stay awake long enough, the time difference here in the uk makes it a little hard and get the 8 hours sleep i need when i have a 3 year old waking me at 7 in the morning lol)
i need yours and others help and information.
Merry christmas and enjoy the festives.

Hi lee – I’m 15 years old and have been training since august 2009. As i got into bodybuilding i felt the pounds of muscle kept coming on, and they did. But when we reached christmass time, i started to feel lazier, and i quited the gym for a while, but my dedication was still there, so i began working out at home. Therefor i hope your program contains both gym/home versions, as i’m currently during both.
The reason i need this program is because my lack of gains in a year! I guess i have added like 2-3 kilos on my lifts only since last christmass. I need a program in order to continue my gains. My parrents are a little sceptical about buying stuff online, when the author isn’t famous in their world. I’m also very serious about this sport, and my dedication is high – Especially in my training, but i still feel like lacking abit of diet, but as i get a meal plan this will go through the sky and hopefully my gains willst the same.
This is hard to tell you, but i have a chest issue, and a little upper ab issue. Because my ripcage is broken in one side, my whole body is almost uneven, and therefore i need to get stronger, both for the look to get smaller, and the eye can catch unto the huge muscles instead of seeing the inbalance in my body, but beside of all that i can’t carry around my upperbody very well with an unstable core. I really felt like i got something out of the first months, but i need to take it a step further

    Best regards – Alex

    Hi lee,

I have been following your advice for long but problem is i aint had time to work out as often as i would want to due to intensive studies at campus. So i have gained weight and my belly has started showing. I wanna get ripped abs and larger quads this time.
I wanna incorporate some cross training too and your Blast your Biceps programme too as well as improve on my diet.

    Rodney.

    Hi Lee

I’m 21 weighing 18 stone and 5ft 9 I would like to get back into shape and start playing rugby again I still want to remain big but also be fit and strong I’ve been going to the gym for 4 years but taking it seriously for 2 I do alot of weight training so would just like to improve my dieting and try to loose fat and increase lean muscle mass

    Thanks

  • hi lee,

im trying to get some rip and size for next year, but finding it really hard to eat correctly need help

    quinton

  • Rob

Hee Lee, Rob here and this is my first comment on your blog since following your advice at the start of this year. I’ve been a really skinny and lanky kid all my life. The fact that I’m kinda tall doesn’t help much either, making me look more like a pencil or lamppost. DISGUSTING! With the help of a few friends, I picked up bodybuilding at the start of 2009 at the mere age of 15 (I’m 16 this year). I would go around the public gym near my school, following my friends around and copying their workouts since I had no clue whatsoever about building muscle. I was hooked!

And at first I made some pretty decent gains. I gained a little mass, and my whole upper body seemed more defined. Two of the biggest mistakes I made as a beginner (which I now sorely regret) was not paying enough attention to my leg training, and not having proper nutrition. I would do the stupidest things, such as training my upper day (arms especially) everyday and eating a double cheeseburger after my workout :/

Of course, with all the help and advice you’ve given us so far I now have a better understanding of bodybuilding nutrition, though I still struggle trying to eat 6 healthy meals a day. I am now 132 pounds, an increase from 123 pounds from when I started bodybuilding. Ever since I focused more on squatting heavy (like you advised) I noticed even better gains than ever! Thanks for all your help so far Lee!

I really hope to win this Holiday Giveaway of yours, as I am certain that with Dave’s Anabolic Cooking I will have no more problems with the nutrition aspect of bodybuilding. And with your Blast Your Biceps and Joey’s Bones to Buff, I am confident that I will be much closer to reaching my bodybuilding goals for next year, such as gaining another 20 pounds of muscle and benching at least 225 for 5 reps. Another goal of mine is to lose my belly fat to get better definition on my abs. Right now I seem to be in the early stages of the Skinny-Fat guy syndrome YIKES

    Here’s to a great 2011 Lee! (:

  • Graham

A good year of hard earned gains with measurables including 200kg deadlift and 100kg bench, the gains are levelling off which means I need to raise my game. 2011 will be a year of training hard and training smart to overcome the stagnation with even more achievments this time next year. I’m 42 years old, 5’8″ and weigh in at 82kg
I hope that you all have a great Christmas with a successfull 2011 ahead.

  • Luciano Piras

    Hi Lee

mMy name is luciano i have been training now for the past year and half and i have come to a stumbling point i just can’t seemed to get rid off the lasy inch and half of belly fat and it at time does get me down and i am alo doing my personal trainers course at college which i got into because i loved working uot at the gym and got interested in how the human body can change and adapt so i your books would really help achieve my final goal but would also become a bench mark for when i help others train when i get my pt qualification

  • Adi

Hi Lee… your tips are awsome! I’ve followed “blast your bench” and it’s a really good programm. At the moment I’m trying to gain 10lbs, because I’d like to get in a higher weight class (MMA). That for I could use anabolic cooking very well. And I’d like to some bigger arms, so I’d be very happy about the “blast your bizeps” programm as well.

    All the best

    Adi

  • George

I am 57 years old and strongly believe that I can still better my physique by following your 3 programs. My goal is to gain arm and chest inches before i am 60.

  • Otherguy

Hey lee… My goals for the future of weight lifting and bodybuilding is slightly different compared to the average gym goers goals. A normal gym goer may have the goal to reach a certain weight on a certain exercise e.g. squat 600lb. However my goals are slightly different and my aspect of bodybuilding is different also.

My goals arnt to acheive a certain weight but to acheive a certain exercise, and to get to a certain size that matches my strength much like a gymnast.

My goals are to be able to do handstand pushups, weighted chinups, sternum pull ups, flying dips, pistol squats etc…

My goals are to become advanced in calisthenic bodybuilding, and gain muscle and mostly strength from calisthenics 🙂

I am a 40 yr old mother of 2 teens and I just went into early menaupause. My hormone levels are so low and that is wrecking havoc on my body, physically and emotionally. I need to get back into athletic shape and I aspire to compete in bodybuilding masters class before I reach my fifties. My body is not reponding like it used using the tools I used before to get into shape. I used to be such a motivation to women in my gym when I went thru a transformation from obese to a novice figure competitor in less than 6 months on my own in my thirties. I refuse to look like the stereotypical menopausal woman. Please help me be an inspiration again to all women out there that there is hope. But most of all please help me believe for I am in such despair that my fitness efforts are not getting me anywhere.

  • Kane

    Hello Lee,
I’m Kane and I’ve been working out for a couple of years, it’s always been a dream of mine to be in the best physical shape that can be. At the moment I am 2 weeks into your blast your bench program and am hoping that it will boost my overall muscle mass, I think the anabolic cooking would be an awesome tool to get my diet correct whilst following these programmes. I’d say I’m an endomorph so my arms have always been a little flabby so the blast your biceps programme would be a dream! As for bones to buff… I’ve never really been a skinny guy but it could be a good alternative workout to follow if I’m experiencing plateus.
Next year my goal is to just improve my overall physical fitness and these gift would be pretty damn awesome for that… But hey Lee you’ve already been a great mentor so far, so I can’t really expect much more from you 😉
    Thanks
    Kane

  • Jason

Who wouldn’t want to get the 3 free gifts?!!! For 2011, I’m dedicated to make my mind and body the best they have been. Being 41 yrs old and having a soon to be Junior in high school football star we work out together. Using the tips found on youtube from Lee we have created a great workout plan. 3 days of week of heavy hitting full body workouts have made him a big 15 year old and myself bigger than I have ever been. We both have goal weights of 170lbs of lean, mean muscle that for him will be used to win games, for me, used to not only feel great, but look even better. The wife likes it too. So Lee, thank you. My goals are approaching and your website, videos and blogs are making the goals get closer every week.

  • Josh Bonner

I competed for the first time last year and came in second in the novice middleweight… Since then, Ive dedicated my training to bringing up parts that were lacking… My goals for 2011 are to compete in 2 more competitions and place in the top 3 in the middle weight juniors division… I think the biceps book would be useful as my biceps are one of the lagging parts mentioned… But the anabolic cook book is where I see the greatest benefit for me… As you know, the diet is the key to a great physique… thanks

  • Davin

    Hi Lee,
The moment I found your website I knew at once that it was heaven-sent. I’m in a great problem right now. I’ve been working out since I was 14. I was really inspired and I got totally psyched up about fitness. I’ve been having an ever-lasting dream to build a good physique since then. I was really naive and I hardly knew anything about the concept of muscle building. So I just threw my weight about in the gym rashly. I didn’t know what I’m doing at all, and i still don’t now. I just did anything there without having a plan. Being new to stimulations, my muscles still grow. But that only happens for the first 4 weeks. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a plateau. However, this early beginners success has driven me determined. I’ve been researching about this till now. But still, I remain the same……..6 feet with a weight of 184lbs. I just can’t budge from that point…..no matter what I do. I’m 16 now, and I’ve wasted over a year stuck in this plateau. If I have one wish, all I ever wanted is to clear off the fog and understand fully how to get back on track to muscle-building. I may not have any muscle-friendly genes, but I’m really determined about this. Despite being stuck in a long-term plateau, I’ll always try my best and i’ll never give up. I’m getting a little worried. If I go on like this, my teenage years will just flow away with this dream of mine without much good. And i’m really worried about that. I’m deeply in love with this now, and I really need help.
    Looking forward to your reply,
    Davin
    And Merry Christmas!

  • Mike

Hey Lee, My name is Mike and I am 28 years old. I am currently around 265 pounds and for 2011 I would really like to get into the best shape of my life and get down to the 225-235 lb range. My wife and I are currently expecting our first child in March and I really would like to set a good example for him when it comes to a healthy life style. I have always been active into weight lifting but I have never had any purpose. For the past few years I have really been stuck in a rut and have not been able to get out of the 260-270lb range. One of the most challenging things that I deal with on a day to day basis is time and knowledge and with a baby on the way it’s going to be even more of a challenge. Also for the last few years I have coached high school football and wrestling, so my work out schedules are always changing as well as my eating habits. I could really use your help with getting the most out of every workout and especially with my diet. With time being an issue for me, I need to make sure my diet and lifting are solid. Food has always been a love for me, but my planning and quality of food has not. Thank you for giving us this opportunity. This would be just the start I need to set an example for my soon to be son and student athletes and a wonderful Christmas gift.

    Happy Lifting
    Mike

Have some weight need more help with what to eat and the only pert on me that is under developed is my arms

    Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas Lee! I’ve been working out now very hard the past 10 years. Around 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and was very skinny as most type 1 diabetics are. After I began using an insulin pump 5 years later, I noticed I could eat more normally rather than following a very restricted diet. This allowed me to gain a little weight so I began lifting weights 5 days a week. I have now added over 30 lbs of muscle and feel really good. My goal for this year is to actually drop my body fat down pretty low and enter a competition on the novice level. The 3 books noted in the giveway would be perfect in preparing me for this goal. My biceps are one of my weakest body parts, which tips from your website have already helped me, my diet no doubt needs to be enhanced as I don’t follow a good diet now, and I would still like to add a few lbs the healthy way. Anyway, thanks for all of the help and motivation you provided me so far. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

  • Derek Jordan

hey lee, im really interested in gaining more muscle
while complementing it with a high quality nutrition
plan. this gift would be a great gift!

  • lee

    hi lee its…lee here
i started working out about 6 months ago but found it really difficult to keep up a steady routine as other gym goer’s constantly suggested different thing’s and i didn’t know if any of them were working. after reading some of your stuff it turns out most of what they were telling me was contradictory to itself and in return didn’t make a difference, also keeping to a strict diet was always very troublesome.another thing is my right shoulder has dropped and fallen forward making it difficult to work out for prolonged times or at heavy reps..if i were to receive this prize it would help me huge amounts and complete my goals to get a good body for my first holiday with my girlfriend next summer! thanks

  • Jack Smith

I recently turned 50. I have been getting lazy about working out of late and have put on some weight. I have some equipment to work with and need some guidance. My new years resolution is going to be to get backin shape and put on some muscle and shed the fat. Your combo gift would be perfect in helping me achieve this goal.

  • chris

Im 18 and i love powerlifting. Im pretty skinny and would love to pack on some muscle to get stronger and to have good body defintion. i been powerlifting for the last 4 and a half years and i havent made any major gains exspecially in my bench. Im only 70 kg and only benching that and i need to be lifting way more to stand a chance in competition. my squat and deadlift arent 2 bad but could do with small gains aswell. I take protein shakes and eat well and train hard but dont seem to make any progress..
I think with these books they could definatly help me to become bigger and stronger and help me start winning competitions again. thanks

  • Nirmal

    Hello Lee,
First of all let me thank you for the videos which you have shared through Youtube. I started my workout 1year back, I have been doing good till now. My 2011 goals are as follows,
    a) To get 6packabs.

    b)To get more lean muscle.

  • Chris

I need to learn to gain muscle mass and loose body fat to keep my MS in check.I all so think that it would make me feel better and have a more active and fun life. Thanks for your time and have a great Christmas…Chris

  • Mattia

Well, first of all, manage to develop proper central pectorals (got better this year, but still far from what a consider “proper”). then, demonstrate to my personal trainer that I will be able to improve my mass without getting too fat. Better, that for this summer I will manage to get ripped. In fact, in late september, he asked me if I preferred to big not that big but ripped or big but not well defined. He said that for this year it would be impossible to get both. I went for the second choice but keeping in my mind that I want to try to prove him wrong.

  • Rik Bailey

Well I had a injury to my knees at work and lost a lot of my mass from it and the depression that followed. Hoping to blast back to where I was and beyond now my physio has finished and I can actually support by self with my legs again.

  • Rocky

    Hi Lee,
There is some serious issue and Goal I had for yera 2011.
Firstly let me tell you something about myself and habits:
I am 5’10 height, My body weight is near about 167 pounds. I am pure vegeterian and i also did not eat eggs, I take 30-45 gms of Whey protein from SANS after excercises. I used to do excercises 5 days a week from Monday to Friday for 2-3 hrs/day . My problem is even after doing excercises and protein intake I am unable to give shape to my body and still there is fat on tummy especially on lower abs. I do cardio and abs excercise for 1hr/day in my workout. In jan 2011 there is a competition of state level in our state and i like to win this competition. Will you please give me some tips of doing excercises and diet(by taking in mind that I am vegeterian)? and if i won then i will really thankfull to you.

  • Conch

My 2011 goals are to become faster, stronger, more enduring and essentially have more power on the football(soccer) pitch. I have a trial with a well established club soon and I really need to do all that I can secure a place in the academy and realise my dreams of becoming a professional footballer. I have never been a confident person and since gaining some muscle I have found my feet in life. Although I’d love a six pack, its not really what I want, what I want is to be a professional footballer and since flair has never been my forte, simple and effective actions have.
I would love to win your massive give-away because I am a young man trying to realise his dreams.

    Merry Christmas.

  • Michael Iontton

My 2011 Fitness goals are very simple and straightforwards..

Firstly, i am going to bulk up from 200lb to 250lbs, once i have reached this mean weight i plan on going on a cut to reduce my body fat % into the single digits and obtaining a six pack, once this has been done, i estimate that i will be approx 210-220lbs.

From their my strength goals include; being able to bench 300lbs, at the moment my Bench is 200lb, so my goal of a 300lb bench is both realistic and achievable; Being able to squat 350lb, which at the moment is at 240lb.

You cant out work a bad diet and my diet is the biggest challenge I face. I have been going to the gym for about 20 years and have tried everything from yoga to cross fit, but always went back to my strength training routine. Recently I found and have done really well with a burn fat build muscle routine yet the love handles and lower belly still wont leave me. The books you are offering would add to my health and fitness knowledge…… especially the cookbook.

I am considering a career change in becoming a personal trainer of sorts and all the knowledge I can gain would greatly help along my path.

    Cheers

I have been very dedicated for the past 6 months with my workouts. I drink protein powder/weight gainers daily. I eat at least 6 times per day. I have seen little to no increase in size and strength. This is my goal to bulk up in size and strength. Maybe your system is the ticket to success. Let’s see.

In 2009 i started hitting the weights and showed great improvement on losing weight and gaining muscle growth in my arms and chest. During 2010 I was hard at it and found your website and have been tweaking my workouts with advice from you. You have truly helped. In mid 2010 I got injured and slowly quit working out as time passed by and the injury started to recover. I want 2011 to be the year I get back to the gym and regain my form. Im 34 about to be 35. I am an active sports nut and i continue to play soccer. I want to get leaner and get rid of the belly fat that has accumulated due to not working out, I want to get bigger arms(they are stubborn) and would like to increase my bench and bigger chest. All of these products would help me regain focus for 2011. Thanks

lee, this giveaway would help me with my goals for 2011 because, in 2011 i want to make it into the 1,000lb club at my school, keep my weight under control for next years wrestling season and also i would just like to put some nice mass onto my body. these gifts would help me because the cookbook will help me build muscle while keeping releatively low body fat, the bones to buff and blast your biceps will help me put on mass and strength in general so i can make it into the 1,000lb club by the end of this school year.

Lee.., HOW WOULDN’T receiving this giveaway package help me achieve my goals for 2011? Throughtout my high school days I was a “skinny-fat” guy. However since the summer, I have worked my butt off to add 20 lbs of muscle unto my frame, and being a former skinny guy, IT WASN’T EASY. Thus Currently I weight at 140 lbs 5’5 tall with sub 10% bf.

I’m 20 years old, and my goals for 2011 are simple, packing on 20 lbs of muscle while maintaining a single digit body fat in the process. I want to accomplish this before the fall, as that is when I will be starting school again. Unlike my highschool experience, i want my college one to be TOTALLY different. Easier said than done I know, however if anything in life is true, is that all the good things must be earned, and I learned that this summer.

Lee I am a huge fan of your work and I KNOW the training tips and nutrition bible you are giving away for free will be a tremendous aid towards achieving my goals this year, am a VERY self motivated individual and KNOW i can attain my dream physique with the right tools in my arsenal.
