Dave Ruel
(author of Anabolic Cooking)

Dave Ruel I’ve known Dave for several years now and he’s one of my best friends. In fact back in 2007 I had the opportunity to kick his ass on the bodybuilding stage by winning the overall at the Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding Championships! šŸ˜‰

He keeps challenging me to a rematch…
Who knows the Hayward vs. Ruel bodybuilding rematch may take place in 2011…
(we’ll have to wait and see)

Anyway, Dave is the author of the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook and I have to say this is probably the single best cookbook for the serious muscle building enthusiast.

It covers over 200 high protein, muscle building & fat burning recipes. And the best part is that it’s so simple to follow that even a 10 year old could make these mouth watering meals.

Joey Vaillancourt
(author of Bones To Buff)

Joey Vaillancourt I’ve met Joey about a year ago, and in fact this past summer I had him on my Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show as a special guest.

Joey is a former “skinny guy hardgainer” who conquered his scrawny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass. In fact he won the 2010 FAME Central Fitness Model Championships earlier this year.

Since then he has appeared in several magazine ads and he works as a muscle building coach helping other fellow skinny Hardgainer’s transform their body’s and pack on some solid muscular mass.

Joey is the author of Bones To Buff. Which is a muscle building system developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean muscular mass in 5 weeks.

So if you are a skinny hardgainer who struggles to gain weight, Joey’s program could be the solution you are looking for!

This is the second of the 3 killer e-books that are included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Since the age of 20 something I got into bodybuilding but with a generic fitness based gym membership never got very far, this last year has been different though. In June of 2010 my wonderfull bride and children hired a personal trainer for me for 12 weeks and I immediately went to work, (Look up Logan Bayless on FB, he is a tremendous trainer and recommended your site) I lost 20 pounds of body fat going from close to 260 to now staying under 240. My goals for the new year..get totally jacked even up to contest level if I can. I gain fat easy and muscle hard and not having gotten a serious start till the age of 36 the cards are stacked against me. BUT with your coaching site and Logan’s advice so far even though the holidays are totally trashing my diet program I am staying under 240 and looking forward to increasing my gym time in January, My goals in specific are to get to 220 lbs. and go from 24% bodyfat to in the teens. I don’t want to go under 220 because my height (6’5″) would make me entirely too stick like.
    Excited bout 0 eleven,
    Jason

    Hey Lee,
I would like to win these books because I am constantly trying to build mass, and increase the amount of weight I lift. I feel like the advice in these books would be very helpful. I watch your videos and find them very insightful, therefore I can only assume there would be a lot of knowledge stored in them.

I am currently striving to achieve 300, and after I attain this goal (around new years) I will set new goals for myself for 2011:
a new bench max of 3 plates
I want to start breaching into the weighted pullups
I want to bring my bodyweight to 230 lbs

Thanks for all your tips, time, and help

  • Waylander

My goal for 2011 is to continue what i started this year! 2010 for me saw a change in my goals, I have gone from protein and creatine loading and looking for bigger lifts to being more nutrition and weight conscience, I have lost three stone this year and am looking for two more in 2011. I already follow several of lee’s programs and use many techniques and methods he has shared, but i would like to crank it up a notch and really tone my body especially my shoulders neck and chest. Even if i don’t win i will continue to listen to and learn from Lee Hayward….. Your videos and blog is really inspiring dude.

  • bob g

While not sa big believer in ‘goal setting’ in 2011 I will continue to workout and add to the improvements I have established. I will also contine to set the example for my grandchildren and co-workers. I plan on using several of Lee’s programs (Have used your squat program several time in the last year and love the results.).

  • Howard Aranguren

Hey Lee whats going? After living most of my life being overweight, unfit, and unhealthy in 2006 I decided to make a turn for the better. My first goal? getting down to adequate weight, next goal? getting extremely fit, finally? BODYBUILDING. Started training for BODYBUILDING about a year and a half ago and last July was my very first competition. I was pleased with the results but I only want to get better and fix the details that didnā€™t please the judges. Your tips, advice, and training that are offered through books and videos are crucial for me in orderto obtain maximum results from my workouts. The experience you have in this world is what the newbies like me need in order to succeed in this world.

  • Cathy

I’ve been following Warrior Built (Andy Pratt), but I want to gain weight and gain more muscle and go down to 10% body fat from approx 17%, get ripped and quit smoking …

  • Justin C

i been following your programs and website for about a year but been seriously bodybuilding for about 2 years. My goals are to weigh a solid lean 225 lbs im around 210 now. The biggest challenge is eating properly and building a good routine to improve my physique which is why im always researching bodybuilding spending most of my free time either researching, reviewing or actually working out. This would be a great gift because i found that through bodybuilding i not only improved my physique and stregnth but myself as a person. These program would give me the extra push to push training to the next level.

  • Greg

    Hi Lee

I am 55 years old and have always been a “hard gainer”.Ā
Let’s see if this would help a dedicated “senior” body builder!Ā

    Hey Lee,

I am a recent college graduate and trying to work to save money to go to grad school as well as studying for my GMAT. Thus, I don’t have much money to spend on food and supplements.

I started lifting weights as a junior in college (2 yrs ago) and really enjoy it. I weigh 150 lbs and I’m 5’6. I lift weights 4 times a week and do cardio 4 times a week. I look skinny but with a belly and it’s really difficult for me to get my abs to show even though I do cardio 4 times a week with about 30 min each time. My cardio is usually jogging, running, elliptical, and biking.

I want to get stronger over all and look buff instead of skinny. My biceps are long and I want it to look more like a baseball (round). These ebooks will really help me develop my physique. My current maxes are: 225 squat, 225 bench press, and 405 deadlift. I know I should be able to squat more than I bench, but I suck at squatting and could really use some improvement.

  • Dave

Merry Christmas LEE, I have been reading your blogs and following your exercise recommendations for about 4 weeks now. I am 55, 6′ 10, and 190 lbs. Not enough of that is muscle. I have had 3 knee and 2 shoulder surgeries and working out is much more of a challenge than it use to be for me. I would like to continue making progress through 2011 and I think this just might put me over the top.
Happy Holidays and Purpose Driven Lifting!

  • Thinh

Oh yeah. My ultimate goals for these 3 lifts are: 450 for squat, 300 for bench, and 450 for deadlift. I’d like to look buff with a 6 pack abs displayed clearly. I hate looking small and skinny.

    Hey Lee

Thank you for giving VERY helpful workouts/tips/ect.
im 16 years old and somewhat new to bodybuilding and have learned much with your coaching. I used to just eat whatever i wanted when i felt like it and i stopped doing sports. I decided I needed to change and thats what i did. No more being lazy and eating unhealthy. My Bench,Deadlift, and Squat have increased somewhat with my determination to be stronger over the past months. I am very glad i decided to change my lifestyle. i feel confident and see improvements in my posture, strength, and physique. I think the most challenging part is to continue, because even though I sometimes don’t see the numbers on the scale improve, I KNOW I will continue to improve. i feel that i need help on making what to eat during school and i would love to learn even more from your programs.

My goals for 2011 are to simply add another 10-15 lb muscle, improve in strength, get my body fat to at least to 8-10% and to help my 14 yr old brother to change as well.

    Happy Holidays

Hi Lee. My goal is to pull one out of bucket list and compete in April in my first show at the young age of 53. I have been lifting for 30 years and this past May decided I was overdue to lean up. After reaching my goal in November, I was inspired to turn a dream into reality. Just recently hired a coach online(PJ Braun) and with the cookbook I could turn a bland meal into something tastier or flavorful. I am sure there are many training ideas that I can utilize in the Bones to Beef book and God knows I could use some size on my biceps! Happy Holidays!

  • Tyler

I’m 24, 5 foot 8 at about 126-130 depending on the time of day. I’ve been trying to hit 150 for about a year but it seems like my diet is off and I’ve got no background in weight lifting / body building. My strength is in my back and lats but recently I’ve hit a plateau and need to figure out some new ways to work out and really get that explosive growth that I’ve been looking for. I feel like my weakness is in my diet. I know very little about cooking and this website has been really helpful to me so far. I’ve been dying to get a read on all three of those books, it screams exactly what I’m trying to do: PACK ON THE WEIGHT and get RIPPED. In addition to my dieting I’m going to be starting back on Creatine and Whey Protein as a supplement for my new workouts and will be on my way to my goals! So far, I’ve been on 100% natural diet with no supplements and have been pleased with results and feel completely remotivated to throw myself back into the gym full force. Thanks Lee! You’ve been an inspiration!!!

  • doug

Lee, I love your site. I have referred many friends to your helpful website. All of them say they love your videos and no nonsense information. There is so much misinformation about bodybuilding and especially nutrition. Daves program is the most interesting to me. Bland tuna and veggies mixed with protein shakes day in and day out gets boring. I would love to try some quick and easy new ways to prepare my food. My biceps would also greatly benefit from your Blast your Biceps program. And, some new routines, to shake up my training would be a good shock to my system. Finally, thank you for always updating your website with new information. I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a Healthy New Year!

  • Ibrahim Aly

My muscle building goals for 2011 are definitely to gain more muscle mass and look and feel better than I’ve ever been before.Back in primary and high school I was only 85 pounds by far the skinniest guy there and I’d get picked on a lot and pushed by bigger guys.At some point I was tired of being picked on because I was the little guy.So then I started lifting weights in order to get bigger and now I’m sitting at 140.But I’m far from satisfied as I do not want to settle for average and since one of my goals is to become a pro wrestler I really do need to get big haha. These ebooks would help me greatly in the process of achieving my goals as I do want and I need to get buff and the hardest part about the whole process for eating enough that’s why the anabolic cookbook would be a huge help for me and honestly one of my lagging muscles are my biceps so your Blast your Biceps routine could very well be what I’ve been looking for :D.Thank you for holding this contest Lee Hayward, happy holidays.

  • Ash

I am 55 years old and used to have a beer drinking problem
Which gave me a beer belly and I also suffered from high cholesterol. I have now replaced my beer evenings with going to the gym and am sure that these three books will be of great help in getting rid of the beer belly and building lean muscle

  • rajesh

age 44, started weight training 3 months back. heavy weights give pain in joints. working on computers 10 hours a day.

2011 goal is to increase muscle mass and reduce fat around tummy. Learn to increase muscle mass at age above 40. Thanks Lee for sharing your training videos.

  • Basically These 3 books would help me reach my goal. Starting with the cook book. Nutrition is very important. Since I am a herd gainer I might get something out of bones to buff. Your book would teach me some intensity techniques to make my 20″ biceps at least 21″ and veiny. At 49 and 279 pounds my goal for 2011 is to get to 285 ” and look loke a bodybuilder too.

  • Stephan

    Hi

I took up gym awail ago but got stuck in the fase where notnig happens no gains no loss and no shape so my mental blocks stared failing to fire to keep me going to gym. i found your site and use some of your advice to test it out and boy dit it make a diff cause suddenly i feel the pain in the muscles by getting the gift will be like part of the 3 muskateers with the right ammo to use no goal is not achievable but only a exploration out of this world. my goals for 2011 is to get ripped and add n more tone and muscles. To be able to do that i will be the talk of the town and everybody would want to know.
2011 for me stand for 20lbs of muscles gains to a 11% bodyfat

Thanks for having this site i found it and its already changing my life and gym style
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

  • Bali Frazier

    Hey there Lee.

One of my goals for 2011 is to surpass the ordinary and keep sculpting my physique so that it stands out for the right reasons. Iā€™m dedicated to adding more lean muscle mass all over, but especially to my relatively small arms which could certainly use more density and a couple inches. I also would like to cross the milestone of a bench press and squat with 3 plates per side and being able to bang out 10 pull ups with a 50 pound dumbbell between my ankles. I realize there’s no shortcut and nothing less than 100% dedication is what I offer.

At 5ā€™7 and with a naturally skinny build, I started working out about 2 years ago at the age of 17 and made some satisfactory progress. My muscles have become denser and the people around me need no convincing that Iā€™m in the iron game. Some challenges that I face would be discerning when to crank it up and really push myself and when to pull back and cut down the intensity. Also, Iā€™ve been eating the same foods day in day out and the Anabolic Cooking book will break this monotonous pattern while ensuring that I maintain the ab definition I have now.

Now at 19, Iā€™m ready to make myself proud and step into the realm of the extraordinary, the life Iā€™m meant to live. The physique achieved from these programs will motivate me to conquer any adversity and achieve greatness outside of the gym as well. By distinguishing myself from the rest I would also serve as a role model to my family and fellow gym rats and influence them with healthy eating and proper consistent exercise. I am committed to making my goal a tangible reality Lee and I believe that these programs will aid me into taking my physique to the next level and exceed the common measure.

    Merry Christmas

    Bali Frazier

  • Matt

Hey, my names Matt. Im 19 years old and at the beginning of the year was your average run of the mill skinny guy. Iā€™d always wanted to be built, throughout my high school years. Iā€™d seen what muscle could do to a person, it could give an average guy the confidence to have success in so many areas of life, when a person has such a great amount of confidence, it doesnt matter whether those around them give a stuff about bodybuilding, something about that persons energy makes everybody look up to them and I WANTED THAT SO BADLY.
So one day I got up in the morning and told myself ā€œI am going to make a positive change to my lifeā€.
After telling people of my goals I got a few chuckles, with people typically responding: ā€œsome people are just meant to have a smaller buildā€ but I ignored them and embarked on my journey. I did some research about bodybuilding and nutrition and managed to gain 12.5kg (9kg or 20 pounds, of that being muscle).
The only trouble is, I seem to have hit a plateau and need a boost, I need something fresh and new for my body to respond to. I believe this package will give me that, (especially the ā€œblast your bicepsā€ program because my arms are lagging behind)
There is a quote by a silent film actress, Mary Pickford that I like to keep in my mind whenever I lose motivation: ā€œThe thing we call failure is not the falling down, but the staying downā€ I have fallen many times in my journey, but bloody hell, Iā€™m not staying down!!

  • Chris

I need to learn to gain muscle mass and use body fat to keep my MS in check. I all so think that it would make me feel better and have a more active and fun life.

Thanks for your time and have a great Christmas…

    Chris

  • Chris

hey lee, i’ve been following you for about a year now my friends thought i was crazy when i started following your tips and spent most of my time on youtube watching you’re videos. after a couple months of increasing my bench and bicep curl, basically increasing in all aspects of muscle building my friends realized hey this guy lee might be someone to listen to. my friend pauly even called me little hayward or baby lee lol, so hes now stored as pauly delmonte in my phone based on your friend vince, because were always working out together.
i stand at 5’5 about the same size as you and weigh about 135, a 15lb increase from what i use to weigh before i started following your tips. so thanks a lot for the help but i believe that my main problem with gaining size and muscle is my lack of nutrition. i am a college student and bartender part-time which means my food intake isn’t the best. a lot of my food ends up being fried or just food consumed in a rush because im always in a rush and not usually home often.
i believe that this give away for xmas would be great for me for many reasons. first off the anabolic cook book would definitly help me with the nutrition part of my muscle building phase, also my father is my cook at home who is also trying to get in shape after his heart attack 2 years ago, including his sucess in quitting ciggerettes. so i believe this part of the gift would help us both stay focused during our food intake and would definitly help us keep our nutrition on track. even my gf wants to gain alittle weight to fill out her body and change her look a little bit. the rest of the gift would be amazing as well just because building muscle and gaining weight and size is my main goal.
so for 2011 my resolution would be to gain 15lbs of muscle while trimming off body fat that i have accumilated over my weigh gain phase, also i would like to greatly increase my bicep and chest size. and it doesn’t stop there id like to increase my size as much as possible till i’m fully statisfied with my body size and muscle. so Lee if possible i think i should definitly get this gift for xmas because not only would you be helping me, you would be helping my father and girlfriend change our life styles and become successful in achiving our 2011 new years resolution. killing 3 birds with one stone hahaha thanks lee and as always i will follow you either way but i hope you pick me as the winner!! =)
    -Chris

  • Tim Tracey

    G’day Lee,
I’m one of your subscribers from Downunder in Oz. My New Years fitness goal is to gain 10 kg of lean body muscle. At the moment I weigh in at 78 kg and am 6 foot 1 tall. I have been working out on and off for about 2 years now. Diet is my biggest hurdle and I believe Dave’s cook book would be great for me to get my diet right. As I am a skinny hardgainer Bones to Buff would definitely help get me on the right track and as Big Guns is what every bloke wants, your Blast your Biceps would be awesome to go from lanky arms to bulging biceps. Thanks Lee, keep up the great info and workouts.
    Tim

my goals for 2011 is to continue bulking for two months focusing most of my attention on my back.
then I will cut for 8 months as I am training for my FIRST BODYBUILDING COMPETITION in October. I’m very excited about this, and I would love to have the help of a great tasting cookbook. I would love to add some mass to my biceps before I begin cutting.
I want to look my best for this competition, so I can show my big, juiced-up, bodybuilding friends that natural bodybuilding is still a force to be reckoned with.

    Hi Lee,

Iā€™m 47 year old and a diabetic (pill only). Well 18 months ago I had a gut which was bothering me and my sugar was out of wack so I decided to get in shape. Picture this and gut on a body with skinny arms and legs, and getting depress about it. Did not like the way I lookedā€¦call it what you want. So I join a gym to so if I could control my sugar better and look in shape. The results in the last 18 month are great, I look good, feel good and my selfesteem is great. I feel better about myself and more confident. Now I would like to put on more lean muscle mass and I think that Blast your Bisceps, Bone to Buff and Antibolic Cooking. Iā€™m 5 foot 8 inches and weigh 140 pounds and my goal that I would like to be is 170 pounds and buff. I’m at a plateau right now and this program would help me acheive my goal. Thank you and wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Yearā€¦

    Hi Lee,

This year I am seriously to achieve the best body of my life.First of all I’ve been going through crazy workouts because from the next year I would like to have a second job as a model and for that..well of course I need to look like one.Furthermore, the only points where I kinda suck is my cooking and my arm development..They somehow tend to lag behind. This is why those programs would prove to be really beneficial for me.At the moment I am 190 pounds and I am aspiring to reach around 2010 after that I will cut down the fat as much as I can before the summer.I am 100 % sure that your products, including dave’s and joey’s book will help me get the body of my dreams.
Before wishing you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,I want to say that I’ve been in the industry for a while,I am even thinking of creating my e-book,which is half ready by now and in terms of strategy and promotion ,I really think your way of promoting your products has really taken off compared to others in the field.

    hey Beast,
A year ago today i started weight training to get into shape and meet more ladies, i was in horrible shape at 6’0ft weighing in at 260 with about 28% body fat. i managed to learn so much over time watching your videos on youtube and shed down to 190 with 14% body fat. I’ve had some great muscle gains. But unfortunately I hit the dreaded plateau stage and i could use some more help. Thats why this year for 2011 i want to shed down to 5% bodyfat and wanna add 15-20 more pounds of muscle. I’m going to dedicate myself to my training even better this coming year, and I think with your help I could achieve my goal. Merry Christmas and happy new year !!!

PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS ALL THE WAY!

Hi Lee, Im 15, possibly the youngest teenager here (: Firstly, my fitness goals for 2011 are to gain mass and size without putting on a lot of fat. Why? Because I’m a freaking hardgainer and I hate it. I hate myself for being so skinny,my arms will never grow big, I just cant seem to put on mass. And well, if you are wondering how skinny i am, Im 110lbs at 5’8. That’s skinny like hell, right? I have trained months, always doing useless exercises like what most people in my gym do, bicep curls etc…it just doesn’t work! I really want to have the confidence in my own body and the guts to take off my shirt in front of my friends or at beaches. My body right now is embarrasing. If you see the Bones To Buff product picture, thats the body I have now on the left, and on the right, it’s the body I want to transform into!! I really want that, that’s my first priority. After that, when my body has buffed up, I will used blast your biceps to get my guns up. Haha, those foolish friends of mine who teased me all the time for not armwrestling while showing off their little biceps will not dare to do that again when they witness mine. Let’s do some armwrestling! Alongside me, if I had Dave’s Anabolic Cookbook, that means no more junk foods for me, I have delicious meals to prepare and eat. I believe its my nutrition that sets me up for failure to put on mass. Over the past, I never had enough protein, carbs, fats in my diet. I just didn’t know what to eat! I’m sure you know the feeling of it when you’re a teenager! I knew that Good Nutrition + Solid Training = Mass Building. Being a teenager, I get hungry easily, I have high metabolism, I eat wrong foods, thus Dave’s Cookbook will serve me a long long way throughout my lifetime…
I can’t emphasize how much winning all these 3 programs will help me!! I will have a better looking body, a better lifestyle, a better eating habit, become a better role model, a better future, and much much more.. Most importantly I want to be able to help others in the future, but without the knowledge and guidance of all these 3 programs provides, I can’t do that. You see my point here?
I definitely deserve this because I can tell you I am the most hardworker in my country(or state) and one that you will ever meet. I have the discipline and the commitment to do all these. However, I cannot just say itā€™s for me only. To tell you the truth, I hate bragging, because I know that there is always someone out there that is better. But I will tell you that I am a hard worker, and I will totally abuse these 3 programs if I get it. If I receive it, it will definitely not go to waste. I will use it as my Bible, studying day in and day out, but I canā€™t achieve that without your help. If I receive it, those that laugh and make fun of me because I tell them I will become bulked in the future will be put to shame, but it wonā€™t only give me the satisfaction of proving those people wrong. These programs will change my entire life starting from 15 years old now! I still have a long way to go and these programs will mark the starting point for me. I am here, and I am hungry for success. I truly hope you will guide me. Thanks Lee for the oppurtunity and I respect you for your dedication to help people out there with your weekly streams, youtube videos and free info. you gave out over the few years. Really appreciate it!

    Best regards,
    Derrick

Hey Lee. Thanks for the great contest. Since I started getting serious about getting back in shape (started about two years ago), I have been following you and using all your great resources. Now, after 14 years of teaching and coaching in a mission school in Indonesia, I am getting ready to move back to Indiana in June 2011. I am interested in moving into sports training and fitness as a career change when I come back to the US. I am excited about the chance to pursue this passion that has been growing the last two years and explore a career change. I think these great resources you guys are offering would be wonderful tools to help me as I pursue this goal for 2011. I know I won’t fully realize my goal in one year, but am looking forward to getting off to a great start. Hopefully this career move is inspired and not a mid-life crisis:>)

My goals for 2011 is to go from 195lbs to 220lbs while lowering my bodyfat as much as possible. These books will help expand the selection of food in my diet, show me how to gain more lean weight, and enhance my biceps.

I have used many of your other ebooks and was able to go from being stuck at 130lbs to being my current weight. Your ebooks work!

hi im 44 and i plan to master my training and nutrition and enter my first compertion in the summer …

  • I am 41 years old, and till year 2009, my waist line was just keeping up with my age since last 5 years.

In 2010 new yearā€™s resolution, I called it enough, and try to do something worthwhile for me. And I promised myself to devote at least 7 hours a week.

The trick played off. Now my waist is 36. I am 82 kgs down from 92 kgs for my frame of 5ā€™9ā€. So the starting went off well. Thanks to my Net Coach Lee Hayward, and his tips, I got world class coaching without paying anything for it.

My goal for 2011 is that I will have waist of 32 by mid 2011, with body fat levels down to 15% from my present 25%. I do not want any loss of weight, as I want to gain the muscle mass for the amount of fat I loose.

Having completed the ‘Blast Your Bench’ program a couple of times over the past year I have developed a decent overall build, however my arms have always been my (disproportional) weak point. I am 16 and looking to pack on as much muscle in the most efficient way possible in 2011. I feel I can only truly trust your tried and tested programs, having already experienced and seen phenomenal results from them.

In August of 2009 I won an auction to have a day training with the local SWAT Team. This was the catalyst to get me back in the gym, as having done it once before I knew that lugging around body armor all day doing urban combat exercises would wipe me out. Since then I have worked out seriously and have made some serious gains. Being self employed, and thank God very busy at it, the limiting things have been time and eating. There are good changes coming that should give me more time. I have been limiting my work outs to big compound exercises and some HIIT. I plan to use this time to achieve certain specific goals. The first is to learn more about exercise physiology and endocrinology and also to plan my program more specifically. I want to start tracking my progress better, in terms of exercise volume and intensity and in changes to my body. Specifically I want to gain 15 lbs of muscle, lose 5% body fat, build cardiovascular endurance, build pure strength relative to body mass and also flexibility. I would like to find a way to get insurance companies to understand that weight vs height does not always mean being obese or being an increased risk!

    Hi Lee,

My goal is to lose 14lbs of ‘bad’ weight.

I’m a regular trainer and perform both CV and weights, so I think this weight loss is going to need to come through modified diet.
