Holiday Muscle Building Combo Giveaway Contest

Win These FREE Muscle Building e-Books

I’ve got something really cool to share with you today. It’s a chance for you to get a “head start” on your New Year’s resolution bodybuilding and fitness goals!

You see I’ve teamed up with my friends Joey Vaillancourt and Dave Ruel to deliver an absolute killer Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway Contest where you can win a copy of each of these programs… For FREE!

Entering the contest is REALLY easy and it doesn’t take long, and I’ll explain exactly what you need to do to enter in just a moment, but first I want to introduce you to my friends and fellow muscle building coaches…

Dave Ruel
(author of Anabolic Cooking)

Dave Ruel I’ve known Dave for several years now and he’s one of my best friends. In fact back in 2007 I had the opportunity to kick his ass on the bodybuilding stage by winning the overall at the Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding Championships! 😉

He keeps challenging me to a rematch…
Who knows the Hayward vs. Ruel bodybuilding rematch may take place in 2011…
(we’ll have to wait and see)

Anyway, Dave is the author of the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook and I have to say this is probably the single best cookbook for the serious muscle building enthusiast.

It covers over 200 high protein, muscle building & fat burning recipes. And the best part is that it’s so simple to follow that even a 10 year old could make these mouth watering meals.

Even if you are clueless in the kitchen you’ll still be able to prepare top quality delicious and nutritious meals that your whole family will love. I personally use recipes from Dave’s cookbook all the time, it actually makes healthy eating enjoyable!

This is the first of 3 e-books that’s included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Joey Vaillancourt
(author of Bones To Buff)

Joey Vaillancourt I’ve met Joey about a year ago, and in fact this past summer I had him on my Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show as a special guest.

Joey is a former “skinny guy hardgainer” who conquered his scrawny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass. In fact he won the 2010 FAME Central Fitness Model Championships earlier this year.

Since then he has appeared in several magazine ads and he works as a muscle building coach helping other fellow skinny Hardgainer’s transform their body’s and pack on some solid muscular mass.

Joey is the author of Bones To Buff. Which is a muscle building system developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean muscular mass in 5 weeks.

So if you are a skinny hardgainer who struggles to gain weight, Joey’s program could be the solution you are looking for!

This is the second of the 3 killer e-books that are included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Lee Hayward
(author of Blast Your Biceps)

Lee Hayward And last, but certainly not least…
It is me… your muscle building coach,
Lee Hayward 😉

I’m sure you probably know who I am, but just in case you are new to my website I’ll give you an overview of who I am and what I’m all about…

I’ve been in the whole bodybuilding and fitness game for 20 years now! (Damn I must be getting old LOL)

I started working out back in 1990 and I’ve been competing in bodybuilding competitions since 1995. In 1998 I started my very first bodybuilding website. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to help literally thousands of people from all over the world build muscle, burn fat, and get in their best shape ever!

In fact I’ve even inspired the 2 guys featured above and look at the shape they’re in… The pictures speak louder than words.

One of my best muscle building programs to date is my Blast Your Biceps program. This is a complete arm specialization training system that will help you gain as much as 2 inches of solid mass to your upper arms in just 8 weeks.

The arms have always been a very stubborn muscle group for me, and that’s why I’m so passionate about over-delivering on this killer sleeve stretching mass building training system!

  • Jimmy

I first started my quest of bodybuilding 2 years ago and I’m reluctant to say that even when I seem to try everything out therefrom bogus supplements to idiotic personal trainers who don’t know what they are talking about, I just cant seem to gain adequate muscle. Recently I suffered from an injury that kept me out of the gym for 4 months and I have experienced a bit of muscle atrophy. Being a guy who is not really muscular and losing muscle that took him extremely long to achieve really took a toll on my morale, but now more than ever I’m motivated to get back on track and hopefully discover the secret that’ll one day make my bodybuilding dreams a reality. My 2011 resolution is to gain alot of muscle and feel more confident about myself which could leave me with a positive mindset for life, something I never had.

Hey Lee. I would love to be able to have these tools to help me on my quest. Between a broken foot, a hernia and the swine flu, the past 14 months have been very tough for me trying to get into some sort of routine. I’ve always been a thin guy, but after applying some of your methods I’ve gotten bigger. Currently I am 6’2″ and 190 lbs but my goal is to reach 210. It has been a very challenging time for me and I believe these gifts would give me the edge I need to see some great gains. Win the gifts or not, I appreciate the emails with tips on training so keep sending those! Thanks a bunch, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I plan on trying to transform myy body and the body of others….I plan to make the best, easiest to follow, honest to God workout/diet plan using the most(but only the best!) info I can find!!! I feel that I need this because I am starting a gym and I could use these and direct my clients to your website! Also I’d like to give you a free plan just because you put out great, no bullshit info! have a Merry Christmas, God Bless!! -George Apostolopoulos

Lee, this year I want to first heal any injury, correct a muscle imbalance, and do lots of flexibility work before I begin a hardcore workout plan. My problem in the past is that I have always jumped into intense routines and slowly injured myself over time from being inconsiderate to my joints. This year I’m going to approach things the smart way, using your resources alot (particularly the youtube channel) and reach my former bodybuilding “glory” of two years ago LOL. For me, commitment to excericse/diet has never been the issue, I love training, I just want to stay injury free. Hope everyone will be successful in their goals.

  • jimmie

I am 35 yrs old and I work out regularly, I am wanting to gain size and strength to my biceps and seem to have hit a plateau. I really could use a solid routine and new ways to train my arms and keep the muscle confusion going

  • adrian

to get a ripped core and mid section (an eight pack would be nice 🙂 but even to just define clearly into a six would be GREAT.

  • Fil Hein

    Lee,

I am 68 yrs old, 5′ 8″, weigh 218. Two yrs ago I weighted 277 and started an Optifast diet program via my Doctor because of high blood pressure and being on the verge of being diabetic. I started on my own working out with weights and walking. My weight was down to 202 and I was able to reduce my blood press medicine by 75% and am no longer close to being diabetic. I have been following you on your web site for the last few weeks and have started doing some of the work outs, supplements and diet you recommend. I have gained 16 lbs. I really want to lose weight down to 180s without losing the muscle gains that I have made since following your advice. This is my goal for 2011. I believe the information you offer can help me get there.
    Thanks

  • Rahul Soi

With all due respect I believe that your programs will help me dramatically. I am out of shape and I wish to lose weight. Your muscle building programs now and forever will help me lose the fat and gain the muscle that I have dreamed of. I know it will take time but, patience is a virtue. If I do not win this package I have no regrets posting this up. I believe that you can and most likely have changed the lives of others.

I am hoping and wishing to get this early Christmas gift. I have been working out off and on for about two years now. I feel these three programs will keep me motiveted as well as keeping me from getting bored with the same routines. My goal for 2011 is to stay motivated, add definition, and to keep my muscles guessing.

    Hey Lee,
I have some pretty big plans for the next year. I have entered my first Novice Bodybuilding competition in October next year! So my immediate goals are to pack on as much muscle as possible and really bring out those Lats and Chest. im genetically lean (at the moment around 8% b.f at 90kg) so I’m eating heaps of clean food, not worrying too much about my body fat levels. anyway my goals are to get as big as possible for the first few months and then cut to about 5% to be ripped to shreds on the stage! my goal is to look my best and hopefully win the comp!!

Lee – you have changed my life dramatically – before I found your website I was in my mid forties – overweight with no energy – but since I found your website I have lost over 65 pounds and hit the gym everyday using your advice and programs. In 2011 I turn 50 and want to take it up a notch – I still have some stubborn belly fat that needs to be blasted and thats my goal – I want to take my shirt off in the summer and feel proud and show the younger generation I still have it. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Hey Lee, I’m 6’3″ and only about 180. I am your typical hard-gainer and these three programs would be the perfect start on the way to me achieving my goals of gaining some lean muscle mass.

  • Dave Bell

    Hey Lee,
I have been following your workout, nutritional and exercise tips for around 3 years now. I became a full-time student 3 years ago and took this as an oppertunity to hit the gym as i was tired of being ‘the funny fat guy.’ Using your tips and others i picked up along the way i have now lost over 74lbs of fat and have packed on lots of rock hard lean muscle as well as become a lot happier and confident in myself. I am now in my final year of being a student and want to use this last year to lose that last stubborn bit of belly fat i have to unveil visible 6-pack abs as well as increasing my strength and conditioning. Having used your knowledge in the past to good effect I am confident the 3 ‘gifts’ will help me get into the shape of my life and fully realise my dream of becoming ripped and having a body to be proud of.
Thanks Lee, have a good christmas!

  • Mitchell Mims

I am a freshman in college, just finished my first semester. I played football in high school so I was always working out. The summer before college I took some courses and my workout program ceased. I tried to start my program back up but my schedule prevented me from working out regularly. I now have my feet under me and a steady schedule for next semester so I am ready to start hitting the weights again. I need to get back in shape and gain some serious muscle mass. I have lost weight and currently around 170 lbs. My greatest challenge is to work on overall full-body strength because I am very weak in my back and legs. I need the most help in understanding how many reps, sets, weights, and exercises I should use in each workout to increase my size and strength. These programs would really be greatly appreciated and will lay a strong foundation for my journey toward my fitness goals of around 190 lbs, lean, and strong. The Anabolic Cooking will teach me what to eat, how much to eat and how to prepare it. The Bones to Buff will teach me how to gain my weight back and more in solid muscle safely. And your book Blast your Biceps would be the guide to giving me the arms I want. These books make the perfect guide to achieving my fitness goals. Thank you so much for this opportunity and everything that you do. Merry Christmas.

Hi Lee, thru youradvice and training tips, I managed to eliminate the bad habits I had and tune my training. My goals are to reduce my body fat, and continue to gain muscle. Altought I’m a hard gainer I will continue to work hard an adjust my training to gain the muscle I wish to have.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

  • Nick

Hey Lee, I’ve been big all my life. I’ve had to deal with being the fat and out of shape kid. Just recently I’ve lost some weight and now in 2011 I want to gain some good solid muscle mass. It’s always been my dream to be a body builder and I’m getting closer and closer to having a great muscular physique like yours. I’m only in high school and I want to have a big muscular body by the time I graduate. Every workout for me needs to be very tough and demanding because of my poor genetics. I really believe that these programs will help me a lot because my biceps are a very stubborn muscle and it seems no matter how hard i hit them they won’t grow. Also the hardest part of my fitness goals is eating the right things. I try to get as much protein from food as possible but it’s really hard and I feel that Anabolic cooking will give me great ideas and keep me eating right. I promise Lee if I’m selected to receive these wonderful products. I will follow them completely and to the letter. Thanks Lee and Merry Christmas.

  • john appel

Lee, I am getting very serious about bodybuilding and I know the missing component to my program is nutrition. I am making gains in all areas but I know that if I could line all the aspects up it would pay off big time. I have only had my shirt off in public maybe four or five times in the last seven years. I was addicted to drugs and alcohol and have since become clean and sober….april 28th 2003. My poor selfish lifestyle lead to very very poor physical condition. I started working out about six years ago and as of the last two years or so I have progressively gotten serious and dedicated. Please pick me so I can fulfill a life long dream to be able to go shirtless, whether it be at work on a scorching hot day or at a pool or beach. I know I have the frame for it and I am currently 6’4″ 227 lbs. Also thanks so much for your expert info on the show!

  • Colby

    Hey Lee,
I’m 24 and I started working out 3 month ago with weights and cardio I started with 250 lbs at 5’9″ I’m really bulky in my lower legs and in my chest and biceps what I’m wanting is to get more bulky in other words cut but with the gifts I might win with the holiday giveaway I could blast my body into a new direction. My question I have for you does the blast your biceps come with the three phases on video that you offer by itself? A little bit about me I grew up on a farm/ranch building fences and braking horses also grew my own food/eat my own life stock when I was in high school I got up at 4 am and feed all the life stock/watered the garden went to school played football came home and did the hole thing all over again feed the life stock/watered garden but this time I would cut dead weeds out of there then went and did my homework and did that everyday weekends I would break horses. The reason I told you all that is I know what hard work is. Right know my workouts consist of four days of lifting and five days of cardio I’m am also using your pull up program.

  • kylie

goals for 2011 are to enter my first bodysculpting comp! what this means… fixing the diet & tweaking it when needed to assist training, setting up my progressive programs to gain build & cut & most importantly .. .HAVE LOADS OF FUN DOING IT!

  • Sarah

    Hey Lee,

From what I have seen, I am the only female who has posted on here. I am very passionate about weight training and wished I saw more ladies doing it. I want to set an example for other ladies to follow.

I see comments from men that claim to be hardgainers and it’s hard for them to gain muscle. There might be some truth to that, but they were born with an advantage that I will never have – more natural testosterone.

Women have to work twice as hard to gain mass and that is why I would love to receive this gift of knowledge.

    Merry Christmas Lee,
    Sarah

  • Kieran

    Hi Lee,
My Bodybuilding and Fitness goals for 2011 are simply to gain size while increasing cardio. I wanna add 50lb by the end of June and build up to 6 mile run per day. Cardio has always been something i neglected,so i wanna get back on track with it,as for bodybuilding and gaining 50lb by June,i’ve spent the last month fine tuning my diet so to only have lean bodyweight going on (or at least as close to it as can be LOL ) I plan to give it a good start off point by using the 20 rep Squat program for jan and feb, then going into a program i prepared myself that has worked well for me in the past.I’m currently 165lb and am aiming for 215lb,so im gonna track all progress using facebook and bodyspace. Anywho… Happy Holiday’s to you and yours 🙂 Keep up the good work with the show.

    Regards

    Kieran

  • David Neely

Hello Lee,my goal is to have a lean ripped body while gaining as little body fat as possible,i know that nutrition is my weakest point,I’ve been reading your helpful blog posts ever since i can remember.I get on the computer everyday and one of the first sites i look at is Dave’s,i cant help but wonder how much that would help me advance my physique.I’m 6’4 about 183 lbs and im done with thinking im a hard gainer because i have had some generally good gains but i always end up looking at the scale saying damn because i pretty much stay around that same weight.I almost just wanted to give up on working out period but i keep on getting your e-mails and im hooked,im literally hooked Lee.I feel guilty if i just sit there and do nothing about how my body looks. This would help me out majorly, like you don’t even understand.Dont wanna write a novel here though,so thank you for all of your helpful tips and even if you dont choose me you can count on me tuning in to your shows and saving every e-mail.

  • Graham

Hi Lee, I’m 5’7″ and 124lbs. I’m pretty toned and strong for my weight, but when I wear a sweater or a long-sleeve shirt, I still look very small and weak. My main goal for 2011 is to look visibly muscular at all times and not only when I have my shirt off.

In the last month I have found myself in a plateau that I have been unable to break. Having new laid out programs that I could follow to change up my routine would help me greatly to begin seeing gains again. As I have mentioned above since I am fairly skinny (all bones), Joey’s program would be perfect for me. In addition, I have found that the arms (although mainly triceps) are a very problemed area for me, so Lee’s program would help me even out my developement.

Lastly, I realize that the reason behind most people being “hard-gainers” is that they do not eat enough, and I feel for me this could likely be the case. I feel that Dave Ruel’s Anobolic Cooking Cookbook will be able to spark my interest into more protein high snacks, instead of my usual meals that lack taste and variety.

  • Asher Kremper

My bodybuilding goals for 2011 is to take my nutrition to the next level, I have been working out pretty hard and consistently this past year and I’ve made decent gains but I really want to step up my eating, stop being skinny, and make sure I am giving 100% in every aspect of weight training/bodybuilding

  • Rory

Lee my friend, i have been following your exercise programs for over 3 years, i have went from 165 to 195, your exercises have double my chest and shoulders and helped my legs and back get stronger as well, my goals this year are to follow a strict meal plan and to blast my biceps even bigger, and i’m sure what you have to offer would help me achieve these goals. You Biceps exercises i have received by email have changed the whole shape of my arm from 21’s to negative repetitions, now what i really need is a good meal plan and a proper balance of cardio and i think by 2012 you will be the main reason in 5 years i went from 150 to 190. Once i get bigger arms and shred this year it will be a extraordinary 2011

Thanks a lot Lee win or not i will follow your advise till the end
    Peace and Love
    Rory Fisher,

  • Max

Hey lee, my goals for 2011 are mainly to gain muscle mass. At the moment i am 5″4, 140 lbs. I would like to reach 155lbs while losing a bit of fat. I would also like to get my lifts higher, get my nutrition even better than it is now. I will keep working hard as I do right now and hopefully reach the goals i am hoping for!

  • Fernando

Hi Lee, well let me start off by telling you why have set my goals.I am 40 years old & am the father of 4 children. My life totally changed a year ago when I became a new dad again. So the reason for me wanting to make the changes in my body is for my kids. But especially Jr. He’s 1 & I dont want to be one of those old out of shape dads that cant do anything with their kids.
i want to be able to play sports & do all the fatherly things with him that I never had growing up with a single mom.So I PRAY you choose me as one of your winners. As for my goals let me start with my stats.Im 5’6″ weigh 250 lbs and am at 33% bodyfat. As you can see by me taking the initiative to get my body tested Im serious about this.Well for the 2011 year my goal is to get down to 200 lbs and 10-12% bodyfat. Its a big goal. But why should I settle for less.Im ready to change my life.I think the books will give me the insight and knowledge I need to take me to a whole new level in my life. The Anabolic cookbook will give me the edge when it comes to the nutritional aspect of my goal. And both training manuals will give me new approaches to give my traing any tweaks or changes it may need. Please choose me and help me make my dreams and goals come true.Im ready to jump in with both feet.I hope you find it in you to pick me as one of your winners.Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks for promoting this contest even if I dont win Im still going to give it my all this year. And I hope the winners do use these books to the best of their ability & make you proud of holding this contest.

  • Chris

    Hi, Lee

I’m currently enrolled in a university, but that doesn’t stop me from trying to add mass and “get big,” as they say. Unfortunately, I happen to be an ectomorph (A little vocab I picked up from one of your posts, haha), which drastically limits my gains. I am currently struggling with back problems, as I’ve always had bad posture as long as I can think. Even when I deadlift, my spinal erectors seem to be flimsy in order to lift even a mediocre weight of 135.
Although my back may be weak, I find that my small size makes others unable to take me seriously when I go to the gym to lift weights. I feel that all three of the Blast Your Bench, Bones to Buff, and Anabolic Cookbook would help supplement my training to becoming a stronger and better me.

    Chris

  • Chris

Hey Lee! First off I want to say thank you for all of your newsletters and tips. They are very informative and helpful! My goals for 2011 is to add some more muscle (at least 40 lbs) getting me to 180 lbs! I’ve been doing so well this year as I’ve made some shocking gains this past year alone gaining almost 26 lbs of muscle ( I was 120 just this time around last year and I’m now 146 lbs year end!) I really surpassed my goals as this was pretty unexpected of me. Now I know I need to step up the nutrition to a whole new level to get myself to the goals I want to get by year end of 2011. The training will be more intense but in the end it will be so worthwhile! With your newsletters and tips by my side it just gets me more and more amped up which gets me even closer to my goals!!!! Thank you so much Lee for giving me the confidence within myself to acheive my goals which will help also throughout all aspects of life. I love fitness and it just gets better from here!!!

  • Marcus

My goal in 2011 is to get ripped and cut eating good. I also want to build my muscle endrance up also

  • Patrick

    Hi Lee

I am currently 200lbs, 23%body fat and in a big cutting phase and I am having a bit of a hard time staying motivated to my diet, because I am eating plain bland foods that are healthy and allow me to lose body fat. Thats why I am very interested in Dave Ruel’s Anabolic Cooking, because his recipies will teach me how to create Awesome! Healthy meals that I will enjoy eating throughout my cutting phase. Also, after I have completed my cutting phase, which should (I hope) be around April 2011, I was hoping to work on ‘Blasting My Biceps’, because out of my entire body, my biceps are by far the smallest.

    Thanks Lee

I am 5’6 and weigh 138 pounds.I would like to gain a few pounds.I have low thyroid and have a hard time gaining weight. In the past I have tried taking protein power in smoothies but that didn’t help. I work out four days a week but I have a hard time making advances to heavier weight in my workouts. I will be 58 in a few months.I think your programs would help me reach my goals.
    Thank you

Wow theres alot of posts. I’m going to keep this short. I’m not going to say I want to get ripped out of mind, but I do want to drop 20-40lbs I’m 230-235 now. I think that would be a good weight. This will also greatly improve my cariovascular side which I could use since I have asthma. These free gifts could really help me get motivated to build a better me. Thank you Lee for talking the time to read this. Stay strong.

MY BODY FITNESS GOALS are to gain mass of muscle and get my arms bigger. I have always been a skinny guy and have a fast metabolism so its hard for me to gain weight. I am 5’10” and weigh 145 at this time and have only added 10 pounds in the past 4 months and its not even full muscle. I bought your BLAST YOUR BENCH like 6 months ago and it worked for me. My benching max went up by 30 pounds. I really loved it so i would love to try your BLAST YOUR BICEPS program because my arms are small and would love to add the 2 inches on them. Also the BONES TO BUFF would help me a lot in gaining mass while cutting up and staying fit. Lastly the ANABOLIC COOKING would help me eat better stuff and have a better nutrition in order to meet my goals for 2011.I hope i can win the contest to meet my goal!………..

I intend to narrow my focus and lose more weight without whining about my press poundages dropping off a little. I’ve always chased after strength goals and gotten lax about diet when it actually needed to tighten up. I will renew my focus on leg development and cardio, high reps and quality recovery. Cardio tends to get away from me when I’m hitting weights with concentration but my fitness has improved dramatically this last year because of Lee’s leg training tips and alternative exercises. In 2011 my biggest gain will be my leg development and my cardio. Nothing will deter me. Everything else will fall in place.

Lee I want to thank you for all that you have done for me thus far in my bodybuilding journey. I am currently deployed as a Security Forces member of the United States Air Force. Starting in January I will begin my Master Trainer Certification through ISSA. I will also be taking a nutrition class through my online university. I am on a quest for knowledge and your Holiday Package would be icing on the cake. I would be willing to share your “Anabolic Cookbook” and “Bones to Buff” with others and refer them to your site. But as far as the “Blast Your Biceps”, I might hold out. Arms are the weak point of my physique and I believe your program could help me achieve what I’ve yet to achieve in my 7 years of bodybuilding…..20 inch guns!

I just got back into lifting after a 15 year layoff, so I can use all the help I can get. I want to put on some more mass, and get the belly fat off. I am coming up on my 73rd birthday, and still going strong. I’m back up to a 305 squat now, and 245 on the bench. I weigh 225. I’m proud to say that many of the younger guys at the gym often ask me for advice on their workouts. I would like to get to at least a 350 squat, and a 275 bench by the end of next year. I dropped 32 pounds in the first half of 2010, (retirement weight) and then put back on 19. Mostly muscle, but I did gain an inch in the waist. I live alone, so the cook book would be a great help. Also, I can’t get past a 16 3/4 inch arm, and the Blast Your Biceps book would help me get past that.
Thanks for all the ips that I have used so much in the last 6 months.
