Entering the contest is REALLY easy and it doesn’t take long, and I’ll explain exactly what you need to do to enter in just a moment, but first I want to introduce you to my friends and fellow muscle building coaches…
Dave Ruel
(author of Anabolic Cooking)
I’ve known Dave for several years now and he’s one of my best friends. In fact back in 2007 I had the opportunity to kick his ass on the bodybuilding stage by winning the overall at the Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding Championships! 😉
He keeps challenging me to a rematch… Anyway, Dave is the author of the Anabolic Cooking Cookbook and I have to say this is probably the single best cookbook for the serious muscle building enthusiast. It covers over 200 high protein, muscle building & fat burning recipes. And the best part is that it’s so simple to follow that even a 10 year old could make these mouth watering meals. |
Even if you are clueless in the kitchen you’ll still be able to prepare top quality delicious and nutritious meals that your whole family will love. I personally use recipes from Dave’s cookbook all the time, it actually makes healthy eating enjoyable!
This is the first of 3 e-books that’s included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Joey Vaillancourt
(author of Bones To Buff)
I’ve met Joey about a year ago, and in fact this past summer I had him on my Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show as a special guest.
Joey is a former “skinny guy hardgainer” who conquered his scrawny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass. In fact he won the 2010 FAME Central Fitness Model Championships earlier this year. Since then he has appeared in several magazine ads and he works as a muscle building coach helping other fellow skinny Hardgainer’s transform their body’s and pack on some solid muscular mass. Joey is the author of Bones To Buff. Which is a muscle building system developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean muscular mass in 5 weeks. |
So if you are a skinny hardgainer who struggles to gain weight, Joey’s program could be the solution you are looking for!
This is the second of the 3 killer e-books that are included as part of our Muscle Building Combo Holiday Giveaway!

Lee Hayward
(author of Blast Your Biceps)
One of my best muscle building programs to date is my Blast Your Biceps program. This is a complete arm specialization training system that will help you gain as much as 2 inches of solid mass to your upper arms in just 8 weeks.
The arms have always been a very stubborn muscle group for me, and that’s why I’m so passionate about over-delivering on this killer sleeve stretching mass building training system!

I am already following the blast your biceps programme and am currently going through phase 3, and intend to keep on repeating the whole cycle for a couple more times. Therefore, I think that the cook book would give me the boost in nutritional terms whilst the ‘bones to buff’ could offer me an alternative programme to follow.
Lee
Whoops! I really screwed up on this one…
I recently updated my blog to the latest version of word press and the upgrade changed some of the administration settings. One of those was the ability for people to post comments on my blog. Anyway, I went in and changed back the settings so you can now post your comments again.
This whole problem with the comments actually works out good for you, because the fact that people couldn’t post comments to my Holiday Muscle Building Combo Giveaway post yesterday means there’s less competition and more chances for you to be selected as one of the 3 lucky winners!
So please feel free to post your comments and enter to win.

Hey Lee,
I’m a skinny guy (6’1 tall, weighing 159 pounds) who is trying to gain mass through nutrition and working out and I’m dieing to get bigger arms. This would be a perfect present!
Carl
My goal for 2011 is to lose at least 25 lbs of fat and transfer it to muscle. I had lost 75 lbs about 10 years ago, and within the last few years I’ve picked up about 30 of those lbs back. I’m now 39, and don’t want to use getting as an excuse for getting fat and out of shape. I realize my body has changed and I had a shoulder injury a few years ago, so my heavy lifting days are over, but I do want to re-tone and re-shape my body back to a nice healthy and even sexier weight!
john
At the beginning of 2010, i started taking my workouts more seriously. By listening to the advice of Lee Hayward, I was able to go from 127 lbs, to 155 lbs with around 10% body fat. While I am happy with these results, I am always looking to learn new things and improve. With the anabolic cookbook, i could easily utilize it when i need to gain muscle and when cutting fat. With the bones to buff ebook, it would make a great resource to adding size to my whole body. And just like Lee Hayward, I also have really stubborn arms, so blast your biceps would help me get them to the size I am hoping for. My goal is to get up to 170 lbs with 8% body fat by June 1, 2011. With these 3 books, there is no doubt that i would be able to accomplish my goal in that time frame.

whats up Lee i was hopeing to get this gift so i can get a good rotine started. I have gotin my cardio up to par i am traning for MMA. I weigh 135 but im not tryin to fight at that weight i would like to gain some muscel weight about 50 pounds to start. I dont want to get to big at first and have my hands full, but i also dont want to be weak. I belive that this gift would help me get a good start for the new year.
Zoltan
I´ve started working out at april this year again after a 4 years brake. unfortunately in these 4 years i was getting “fat” 🙁 …OK, not that much, but i had 80 kg at 1,70 mtr. with about 22% bodyfat.
i´m fully motivated and now i have 74 kg with about 17% bodyfat and gonna start my low carb diet in a month. my goal is to reach the 10% ´till summer and i think the anabolic cook book would be a great help for me. i would love that book! I´m sure, that the bones to buff book would show me new workout routines to have a diversification in my workout to give my muscles new impulses to grow!
And th book blast your biceps…well, just a few words: show me a man who doesn´t want to have big guns! –> this book is one of the best presents for a man, who is working out seriously!
i think this muscle building knowledge would definatley help me to reach my goals ´till summer!

Hey Lee i’m a regular fan on your site here as well as Dave’s awesome stuff you put out there.Iv’e been following your site for 3 years now and i have been back in the game since. but the problem is that i work so hard and iv’e got to the point of insanity. ive seen little gains but not what im looking to acheive. being a 35 yr.old father of two kids with a hectic busy job, working paycheck to paycheck trying to make ends meet.its just difficult! i started weight training back in high school and was inspired by guys like arnold, lou ferringo, etc. but when college came around thats when everything went down hill.I became overweight, drinking, partying, etc. I said to myself i must do something.ive tried every diet! thats when three years ago i learned about your site and followed your tips.now i went from 245lb.to 185.but my nutrition and muscle gains that i want to acheive are not there.that’s why i am confident that these will work and give me that extra push of motivation. my goal for 2011 is to see those results so i can compete in my 1st local competition.that was my dream since high school and i’d like to really get there now because i ain’t getting any younger.this is why i think these are what i’m missing.thank you Lee and have a great holiday.
Sterling
Whats going on man this is Sterling from East Tx. I am a Fitness Tech at an olympic center here. I really enjoy reading and watching videos that you have put on your site, i think they are awesome! I can probably owe a few of my gained inches to some of your workouts. I have been working out about 80% of the last five years. Five days a week with a strict muscle pumping routine! There is only one problem though, I think I have hit a plateau! My gains are starting to slow down and my weight is staying the same. I would not mind at all adding another 20 lbs. to my 6’0 210 statue. I think I would really enjoy looking through these guides and getting a better idea of what to do next. Thanks Lee you are highly appreciated in my book.
Tony
Back in fall of 2009, I decided that I was going to get back into a steady bodybuilding/fitness routine and actually hit the stage for the first time. While I’ve been weight training for 23 years, I never thought that I had what it took to compete.
After much research on the web, I found the Total Fitness Bodybuilding site, I was able to gather enough information to structure a decent bodybuilding routine and diet plan. Thanks to the tips offered on the site, I went from 192 lbs and 10% bodyfat down to 155 lbs and 3.9% and won the first bodybuilding show I’ve ever entered in spring of 2010
. My goal for 2011 is to continue to compete and hit the stage with more lean muscle and a ripped physique. The tips offered on your site have gotten me in the best shape of my life. If I could win the 3 books, I could build my dream body. Thanks for the inspiration!
Jon
Skinny-fat Ectomorph. I`m either overtraining og undertraining. I kinda jump between the two. Need some direction there. Have no problems following a strickt diet, but it gets kinda boring. Eating almost the same everyday isn`t that healthy either?
Aiming for the best possible muscle gain my genetics can provide and lose the fat necessary to get the abs visible in time for summer. I prefer to rather have a goal of following strickt training and dieting routines rather than setting goals in lbs.
If you find yourself lost in the woods, fuck it, build a house. “Well, I was lost but now I live here! I have severely improved my predicament!”

I have just turned 18 and for the past two years have been trying to pack on the muscle. Only in the last 3months have I started properly dieting and starting on protein shakes. I have people on my back thinking they are better then me and say things to me so for 2011 I want to get big and show them what I am really like. I find it hard to put on weight and any help would be great and from these books I think I would get huge help and finally be able to achieve my goals of getting a muscular body.

Slowly gettin back in it, just looking for something that works like the blast your bench program that worked really well for me. My goal is a weight of 200 lbs and b at a 10% or less body fat. Currently I’m 187 lbs with 18% body fat that has been declining since I’ve started back. Just got to lazy I guess, but have been very excited about going and mentally gettin back n to it. I feel good just need some great results so the motivation will continue to come and just maybe convince another to take care of themselves. Thx for this opportunity, and Merry Christmas to all and good luck in setting your goals for the New Years, and stay safe.
Mike
Lee,
I’m 5’11” about 185lbs and in really good shape at the moment. However I really need this push to get over the plateau that I’m on. I want to start the new year off quick and my goal is to be 190-200 by the summer. I know my down fall is actually knowing what is best to out in my body to gain that extra lean muscle. I’m going to be hired on as a director of a health club so now will have to 24/7 access to meet my goals. I would love to be considered for this.
Thanks
Mike
chinaemerem
My name is chinaemerem i m a guy of 29 yers.
My goal for 2011 is lean how to building muscle and my body,
if i will win the 3 book i will use it to lean how to build my body and my muscle ,i want to change my build with the programs that i lean form your you.thanks merry xmas
Mike
My goals for 2011 are to lose weight & continue to get stronger. My nutrition sucks! So I know I really need to improve in that area. I already have the “Blast Your Biceps” & most of the other stuff you offer Lee. I would suggest that you create a program for major weight loss. Your “Extreme Fat Loss” program is for the elite bodybuilder. How about something for the rest of us? My ultimate goal is to look like you!
magnus thomasson
i would love these programs b/c i have lost a good amount of my conditioning due to being hospitalized and losing weight/strength and then suffering rebound weight gain afterwards…since i am unemployed i cannot afford a gym membership so i bought 2 sets of weights to use at home and would love to get as much info as possible to build my strength back up and lose bodyfat at home until i can afford to go back to the gym but i am sick of “waiting” b/c it’s already been half a year…so….since i won’t be getting a job this year for xmas i would love something else i could really use 🙂 i want to regain the body and conditioning i had that encouraged me to earn my CPT cert. in 2007 and get back in shape so maybe i can get hired at a gym
Stuif
My goals for 2011 are gaining to 80 kg, about 175 lbs?! I’m an ecto and need lots of food. Hard to get it in the stomach, but doing my best 😀 and being stronger than 2010 ofcourse. Merry Christmas Lee and all you viewers.
Jamie Cannon
Hi Lee,
I’d plan on using all 3 e-books to get back into shape.
I recently had surgery on my shoulder, following severe injury through playing rugby. Since being injured, I’ve lost 28lbs of lean mass and seen my body fat increase by 9%. 2011 is my going to be my return to fitness – “Hit it heavy, hit it hard and enjoy the pain”.
Dave’s anabolic cookbook will be my nutritional bible, as to be honest, I’ve let my diet slip in terms of quality since injury. The Anabolic Cookbook will get me back on the right path and manage my calorific requirements relative to my stage of rehab and training. The ability to plan and provide the meal schedule will be key to gettign to the energy balance right and fuelling my body for training and recovery.
Joey’s Bones to Buff is an appropriate title as that will be my goal. the rugby physique has gone, and only correct diet, good training and recovery and the right training programme will get be back to where I was (and then beyond).
Lee, your own Blast your Biceps book will be a valuable tool to change the spaghetti noodles to a much beefier dish…the upper body strength needed in rugby is immense, and the fact I’ve had a biceps tendon re-attached means I have to train carefully in order to protect the repair from surgery, but also make the gains I want as part of my goals.
I’ll be happy to provide photos, training and nutritional diaries, and blogs of my rehab and training programme. You’ll have an ambassador for all 3 books through one programme…
Jamie
Hey Lee my name is Jamie my goal for 2011 is o lose lose 30lbs of fat and convert it into muscle. I am aslo looking at bulking up my arms, chest, back and legs for summer. I think your help will take me a long in my quest
John
Hey 1st thing 1st what a great free give away!!
Hi am John am from the UK and i just got some bad news my gym i loved going to as just closed down i think they was finding it hard to keep them selfs open because of the credit crunch So am in the middle of trying to find myself a new gym at the moment.
I LOVE to bodybuild at 1st it was just me and my normal aiders at the gym i would like to say i was doing ok at the time but not the best, then i came long one of your video’s on youtube and was so impressed with your work so i ended you subscribing to you and i must say I’ve learnt so much from you and so many great tricks and tips, so if i was to win this awesome prize it would make me sooo happy and benefit me in so many ways.
Thank you Lee for all the that you have given me/us youtube users!
I Wish you and your family all the best for christmas!.
Chris Johnson
Lee,
I have been in and out of the gym the better part of 35 years. 82nd Airborne rough and tough and yet I always seemed to fall short of my true potential when it came to Body-building. Last year I did a program but fell short on the diet and thus on the goals. So as I start a new life decade at 50 I made the decision to get serious and make it happen. The reality of time running out to ever achieve the body I have always dreamed of is upon me. So I started your 12-week work-out last week and will move through that over the next 3 months.
I started a 7-day detox cleanse this week and am loving it on day 4. Hopefully I will find more dietary information here on your site to fill the void of a nutrition coach I am lacking.
Thanks Lee!
Joe Kral
Lee, I am 30 years old and not in the best shape. After a long divorce, I let myself go and am only now trying my damnedest to get into the shape I have always wanted. I have worked out on and off since I was in high school. Like most people around that age, though, I knew nothing about proper dieting and resting. I wish there were websites like yours around when I was a kid, because it certainly would have helped.
I am going to be honest and not try and B.S. you in order to get these free e-books. I don’t think that getting “Bones to Buff” would be right for me, as I am 6’1″, 260 lbs. I truly don’t think that this book would be for me, but I know for a fact that the other two will. “Anabolic Cooking” would really help me because I think that eating proper, nutritious meals is the most complicated thing about body building. There is so much info out there: “Eat this to get big!” “Eat this to help cut your physique!” Things like that make it confusing.
“Blast your Biceps” would truly help me also because out of all my body parts, I believe that my biceps are the most that are lagging. I try and try! They look great when I leave the gym, but a half hour later, they droop. I think with your program, along with Anabolic Cooking, it would address the two areas I am most in need of.
I bought “Extreme Fat Loss” a few months ago, and it really helps, and I am hoping that “Anabolic Cooking” would really help me think up new, tasty recipes I could use to go along with the DVD.
Anyways, good luck to everyone, and I am sorry if this was long-winded and over 200 words. Take care, Lee, keep up the great work and thank you for all that you do.
Joël
Hi Lee,
I am very excited about 2011 because i took a half a year off from work just to have THE TIME to work on achieving my fitness goals.
I am very close, but i just did not put the extra effort in the gym to get my body to the next level; with 6 months all to myself, i will be able to achieve my true potential – getting that “men fitness magazine physique”.
I am using many of your products and tips from your bodybuilding show. These great tools (3 products) will give me all i need to impress all of my fellow teachers next fall.
Very excited indeed.
I wish you the best of Christmas and 2011, i wish you a win at your next bodybuilding show.
P.S. I have other plans for my half year off, i am not going to train 6 hours a day…just wanted to specify that.
JO.

At 57 I am looking for all the help I can get. I could really use a well thought out and tested program. From my previous review of this website I fell that most everyone supports each other and obtaining their goals.
Paul Cline
My goals for 2011: drop to 180 lbs (I am 215) & go from 28% -30% bodyfat to 15% – 20%. I am a flight nurse, & when dealing with helicopters, weight is everything. I wish I could say I am going to concentrate on just building muscle, but in my world that just won’t cut it.
My fitness goals:
Squat 1.5 times body weight (75% now)
Bench body weight (65% now)
I am 47 years old so the knees & shoulders don’t heal like they used to. When it comes to increasing my weight, it is definitely tortoise over the hare.
Carl
Hey, Lee. I’m your classic “hardgainer”. Despite my best efforts I’m still slim (if not skinny). Through your advice I’ve changed some of my bad habits such as not varying my routine and not eating enough protein. I’ve been following “The Truth About Building Muscle” program but I feel I’ve hit a plateau (particularly in Chest and Shoulders). My goals in 2011 are to put on 10kg (about 20lbs) of muscle (but I’d be happy with half that). I mainly want to improve my arms and back.
Karry Yeung
Hey, im Karry age 16 and I started workign out and losing weight in the beginning of 2009. my height is 5’4″ and weighed 148 in 2009 almost 150!! currently im 127 and still building. 2011, I am really pumped about the prospects and my goals. I have been an amateur weight trainer for several years, with aspirations to lose unwanted bodyfat and gain a great physique to make me feel good about myself. Having your instruction will give me the edge necessary to reach those goals. I have gained great tuition from your YouTube training videos, learning about correct form and execution. You advise has be invaluable and to have more information will aid me to accomplish my goals. Many thanks, and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Lee I am 69 years old. I have my own weight bench, adjusts to incline, an adjustage bench for flat or incline and decline work. Dumbells from 10 lb pair to 40 lb pair. A chin up,knee, dip station. Leg press, squat rack, cable station for lat pull downs, tricep pull downs, seated row, buttterfly and standing fly, plus leg curl and leg extension. A tbar row station. I follow a strict diet, take supplements, creatine, whey protein, work out 6 days a week and walk 2 miles a minimun of 4 days a week. I haven’t found out what my max bench is yet, yesterday a did 165lbs., think I can do 175 and would like to bench 200 next year. I am 5ft 10in. and weight 165 lbs. My best chin up is 18 reps. I would love to have the info you are offering to bring myself to the next level.
Hussam Yassin
Hey I am Sam, 21 years old, 5 ‘ 10, 185 lbs, 12% body fat percentage.
I bench max 245, deadlift max 335, squat… 195
I am proud to have lost weight and to have become in the best shape of my life.
Its been 9 months im working out and Ive accomplished more than what Ive been doing for three years thanks to Blast your bench and also a bit blast your biceps.
I hate doing deadlifts because I have trouble breathing, same for squats.
My favorite exercises are cable back rows and flat dumbbell press.
I believe those three books will help me understand more how the human body work, and to eat properly.
Happy Christmas Lee!!!!
Shaneh
In regards to myself, I find that I used to have difficulty putting on weight but I am slowly learning the ways to adding more weight as I have been successful enough to add 10lbs a year but I feel that such a rate is too slow. With the anabolic cooking, I’m guessing I’ll probably be able to add more muscle weight than some of the water and fat I tend to add on AND it might even give me more knowledge of turning my body into an anabolic food processor, :P.
The bones to buff book shows a picture similar to myself yet I am quite strong for my bodyweight. At 142lbs I max the bench @ 180, max squat at 200? Don’t know for sure and deadlift for 260? Not sure too. Yet I have difficulty adding weight to my upperbody, my lowerbody is fine. I’ve got many years ahead of me and lots of time to learn and grow, maybe Bones to Buff will help.
Also, from having a small upper body and arms, I’ve always wanted to try Blast Your Biceps; I’ve got a really strong curl but my arms don’t show it, quite funny since everyone underestimates me many times. Maybe with my strength and the BYBiceps program I will be able to double my curl and increase my arm size… who knows?? BTW, I’v been using BYBench for a couple of years sometimes and boy it has helped, thanks Lee.

Hi Lee
Look I’m 50 years old. I have been working out for about 25 years off and on.I work 2 jobs from 7 AM. Until 11 PM. I then go home and work out around Midnight.I have been neglecting my workouts . but my goal this year is to look the best i think possible and to make all of the doubters around me wrong. So this holiday package would for sure put me in the right direction. So what do you say Lee help an old man out. Happy holidays to you and the family
Eric Wilson
Hi Mr. Hayward. I’ve been fallowing your website for about the past 3 years or so now and I’ve learned a lot. I recently move back to my home town and started going back to the gym after about a 4 month break. I battled MRSA and won. So now I’m back in the gym and trying to build back my mass. These programs would be perfect to start the new year so I can get back in shape. The anabolic cook book would also be perfect for work. I’m a care giver for my mom and both of my parents are in bad health, I’m changing their eating habbits and I think this would be perfect. Thank you for all of your great coaching and I look forward to more great things from you in the new year!
Brion
My fitness goals for 2011 are to finish what I started ages ago. I have been busting my butt for the last year in order to reach my dream physique so that I can attempt to show in ametuer shows, however I have reached my limits in every way possible. I can’t get any bigger no matter how much protein and creatine I take. I alternate my routines about every six weeks but I am gaining no more strength. My dreams where becoming real but no matter what I do, I can’t progress! These three programs will give me the extra knowledge I need! I can’t come up with any more good routines that I can progress with, and these programs contain what I need! I have trusted in your youtube workouts and have enjoyed many off them and made plenty of gains from them. For instance, my arms where 11 inches, and within 3 months, I had already packed on another 3 inches of muscle! Now however, I am stuck with 14s. Merry Christmas!
Michael Viernes
Good Day Lee…I’m Michael 25 from Philippines. I’m to far from your country but it doesn’t stop me from following you and your advices in body building. Last year I started working out out and register at your site at the same time. I weigh 140, 5’8 1/2 inches tall.I find my self a hard gainer. Maybe because I didn’t eat well and in time. And I exactly find my self confused of what I will eat to gain muscles. I work out 4x a week but not regularly because of my work schedule. And now I read this promo of and I didn’t hesitate to join because this what Ive been waiting for, a motivation to workout hard. It will help me to boost my confidence to have that body that I always dreamed of.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Thank You and God Bless.

Hey Lee,
I am a 135lb 18 year old that has taken the hard task to get to a bigger mass and become an owner of a bigger shell for my small body 😀 . This task began after i returned from my trip to Ukraine, being 125lb at the time, i looked disgustingly small standing next to my girlfriend. Thus, i set a goal to become at least 150lb by the time she returns from Ukraine in the mid Summer of 2011. That is my goal, to gain 15 more pounds of lean muscle and to bulk up so that she does not feel so ashamed to stand next to such a scroungy guy that i am. All of the programs you are offering would help me tremendously! From building a better diet than just 3eggs and a Glass of milk per meal, to building one of my least favorite and hardest muscle groups: biceps, to finally having a handbook to help me achieve “bones-buff” 🙂 .. i see your before and after pictures in my screens left bottom corner right now, and im as so psyched to get on the right path to reach that. So far i have put on 10lb+ of weight, and over 30 pounds on my bench max. I have a strong foundation based on my mind pushing me towards achieving my goals, now i just need the right kind of support to help me build up my walls. 🙂
I hope you take consideration to my plea for to win the great gifts for Christmas. 🙂
Goals for 2011:
Gaining 150lb+ weight
Bringing my max bench to 185lb
putting 2 inches on my arms
3 inches on my legs
Loosing the nickname: A Leather Bag of Bones.
Thanks for your consideration. 🙂
Ken
Hey Lee
Nice to be able to chat with you and always good to hear from you.
My goals for this 2011 are increase my biceps to 18-18.5″..My chest is setting at close to 49″ so Im more into working what I have and with your instructions buddy I can’t go wrong.Weight wise Im setting at 270 and 6’4″ so I know I can’t put in a order for more height as 6’9″ would be good..LOL..Lee I really need the nutrition book and Im crazy about my biceps that would be a godsend as well.My wish most for the New Year is stay by me buddy as your the best thing thats come along for me in my work outs. That and lose about 15% body fat would be great..Your the Greatest!!!

Hey Lee, I’ve been following you for a while now, about two years. Put on about 15 pounds of lean muscle since then. You’ve been a great help with all your video tips on youtube and your Blast Your Bench program. I’m currently going on my sixth year in the gym and have put on about 45 lbs on my 5’8” frame. I’ve finaly come to terms that eating is 3/4 of the game since i’ve now been plateau-ing for the last few months. I’ve seen a few of the recipes from the anabolic cook book and they are awesome. Would like to see some more. I am more of a hard gainer since i`m young and my metabolism is pretty high. Plus being in the canadian forces, i have to keep my fitness up. Would greatly appreciate this gift for christmas and would make great use of it. I`m planning on doing my first bodybuilding competition next year. I`ve been thinking about it for a while and with all your help you keep giving us (your fans) I`m sure i can do it. Thanks again for everything, keep the tips coming. They`re always helpful!
Happy Holidays!

My goal for 2011 is to be in the best shape of my life. I have gotten to my strongest point ever over the last year and I want to be even bigger and stronger by next. It is not always easy when you take the “natural” way out, but the results sure do payoff. Thanks to a lot of your videos and such I have learned so much. Thanks!

Hey Lee,
Just wanted to thank you for the tips. I’ve lost 60 lbs of body fat over the span of 2010 which worked out to be about 15% body fat. I am now at 8 % body fat but now in 2011 my goal is to work on putting on 20 lbs of muscle mass or better. I know, high hopes, but I got to start now. I will settle on 2 to 3 lbs over the course of 4 to 6 weeks, but if I gain more, all the better. I would say that the holiday package would be the perfect tool to help me achieve this. Thanks again Lee, and all the best to you and yours this holiday season and in the new year. Merry Christmas..

As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I am always looking to stay on top of the latest info and great workouts to help my clients get in the best and safest shape. I’m also obviously interested in staying in great shape myself and “walking the walk”.
My goals for 2011 are to have as much varied knowledge and skills to offer myself and to my clients and friends. I’m 45 and you are never too old to learn and I love being connected to all the great people like Lee and others online and buying and trying out new fitness/health products.
I’m a bit of a “hard gainer” and also have some spinal issues that I was born with so I want to stay healthy and continue to get lean and stay muscular.
Thanks Lee and everybody on here! God Bless and Happy New Year!

After living most of my life being overweight, unfit, and unhealthy I decided to make a turn for the better. First goal getting down to adequate weight, next goal getting extremely fit, finally BODYBUILDING. Started training about a year and a half ago and last July was my very first competition. I was pleased with the results but I only want to get better and fix the details that didn’t please the judges. Your tips, advice, and training that are offered through books and videos are crucial for me in order to obtain maximum results from my workouts. The experience you have in this world is what the newbies like me need in order to succeed in this world.

2010 was an amazing year for me.During Chinese New Year,I looked at the photos of myself & realise how much weight I’ve put on over the years.
I’m only twenty.& within the span of 2 years,I gained 12 kg.
In April’10,I was introduced to gyming & it changed my life, gave me confidence I’ve never gained before.
I lose 12kg within 7 months, slowly but steadily.Currently,I’m still keeping up my workout despite working & studying & gyming at the same time.
I really hope to win the package!
Thanks for all the amazing tips & workout photos that really help me further my knowledge in bodybulding.
Have a Merry Christmas & enjoy your holiday!!!I’m sure it’s going to be awesome!

Hey Lee,
I have been competing in powerlifting for a year know and I have reached a point where I have stopped growing. I am currently 5 foot 9 inches and am about 200 pounds. I want to get up to 230 pounds so I can be a force in lightweight strongman events. I can use all the help I can get.
