    Hey Richard. First off, have fun with your 21-day fast… you’re going to need to call on some serious higher power to get you through that! You’ll do great.

    I would personally get your fast out of the way, give yourself a week of normal eating and then begin your 21-day program. Start with 2 weeks of bulking and 1 week of cutting because your body will be REALLY primed for some insane gains.

    I don’t personally recommend you workout at all during a 21 day fast. You’ll strip off SO much muscle. Maybe light walking, that’s it. That’s just my opinion though.

    just a… was wondering if i did this program and packed on 12 lbs muscle.. will it solve my issue with fat?… i have too much and id like some help burning all these calories from muscle is it educated to say that more muscle i get easier to burn the fat off?….. its down right depressing lookin at it lol

    I think you guys have a winner with this program.

    I’ve been looking for a competition or contest to enter, but I’m already lean….that’s why I think this might be a great program for me.

    I’ve stayed at about 6 to 9% body fat for the last 12 years (ok…I’ve probably been over 10% a few times ;-), but after 3 surgeries (knee, shoulder, and bicep tear) I’m having a hard time holding onto my size. Plus, I turn 40 in March and I want to be in the best shape of my life.

    Q: Is there a cutting phase at the end that allows you to get super lean and STILL hang onto the size you’ve gained during all the bulking cycles?

    I also like the incentive of hanging our with you and Lee. Thanks for the opportunity bro.

I’m supposed to start Phase 4 next week of MYM which is a cutting phase, but I’d rather continue adding some mass on. You think this would be a good sub for Phase 4 or should I stick with MYM and not deviate at all?

    First of all I would love if you could reply to my comment.
    I know you guys must be pretty busy but I’m dead serious about the program although a have a small problem:
    I’m 26 years old, I’m and Industrial Engineer and as such I tend to have very office like job. Not much activity going on
    except for my fingers hahahaha.

    I had 3 herniated spine disk, I had surgery because the pain was killing me. The doctors only removed 2 hernias becuase
    of the risk of making my spine unstable. So due to surgery and a somewhat weak spine I’m unable to lift weights. Doctors told
    me that 20 pounds was the limit.

    As of know I weight 175 pounds (I’m 5’11) and have almost no strenght left on me, and I’m pretty much fat.
    I’m about to get married and I would love to be able to give my “soon-to-be-wife” a husband with a rocking body.

    My actual questions is: Will this program help me eventhough I have all this lifting limitations? I’m not currently enrolled in any gym
    so I will this also be usable at home?

    Please let me know your thoughts; your response will determine if I buy the program.

    These numbers are based on how much it would cost if someone came to us personally and wanted us to create a program of this caliber for them. For example, I personally charge $197 just for a one-time customized diet and training program. Each of the individual components has it’s actual retail value of what that would actually cost separately next to them.

    You can still follow the same program, but obviously you’ll have to ease your way into the workouts. I’d suggest that for your first 21-day cycle you simply take it really easy in the gym and “go through the motions” so to speak. Lift approximately 1/2 or 3/4 of what you are capable of lifting.

    This will gradually ease your body back into the swing of training again. After that initial easy 21-day cycle, you can repeat it again but go all out and actually push yourself with some real training effort for the full out 21-Day Fast Mass Building Program!

    This program is specifically meant for mass building. Now granted a lot of our test subjects have lost fat AND gained lean mass. But we didn’t intend it to be a pure cutting program. We have other programs that are specifically geared towards fat loss and cutting.

    The fact that you are advanced will not hinder your chances at qualifying for the Arnold Classic Trip with Vince and I. We both realize that the more advanced someone is when they start, the less dramatic the “before” and “after” pics will be, especially compared to someone who is totally out of shape when they start.

    All of those factors will be taken into account when choosing the winners for that transformation challenge. Again, we’ll cover all the details about it when we actually launch the program on Jan. 11th.

    Hey Jose,

    That’s a tough call…
    But I’m going to be up front and honest with you, this program is meant to be used along with a heavy weight lifting program so obviously if you can’t lift heavy than you will NOT maximize the results of the program.

    However, that doesn’t mean you should give up hope. I want you to get a second opinion about your current physical condition. Talk to a sports doctor preferably. With physiotherapy and gradual progressive training you may still be able to get in pretty good shape.

    There are all kinds of exercise variations and resistance machines one can use that do not place excess strain on the back. So by working with a good sports doctor or good physiotherapist you should be able to come up with a suitable exercise program that you can follow.

    Obviously, the workouts Vince and I list are not going to be suitable for you, but the nutrition comments will still apply.

    Regardless of your current challenges, I believe that improvement is always possible. You just have to approach it with an open mind, rather than thinking “I can’t do it…” change your focus and think “How can I do it?”

    That attitude with make all the difference!

    I hope its not a 300 page book !! I dont enjoy reading much lol I have read like million pages in 2010 !! But I’m still not cut or bulky as I want ..
    I did learn a lot .. Iv ordered almost everything MYM + Joel Marions cheat your way + sean nalewanyj + Francesco Castano .. All of that are good programs but the problem is Failure Injures me !! It does build impressive muscle but I always get injured after a failure session I lose my form the last 2 reps which injures me ..

    So does this program also include muscle failure ?? Or is it ok to stop 2 reps before of failure ?? Cause I have bad shoulders both of them specialy after bench presses & squat I also partially tore my right shoulder muscle ..
