  • Lee Hayward,

I wanted to inform you that I have deeply cheerished all of the wisdom and the free basic course along with the 3 free downloads; I have learned so much from you of how to stay fit, and I pray that God blesses you with a double portion in Jesus Name. I wanted to tell you how much you, along with Jesus’ strength, have changed my body. Last year, I, 24 years, was around 249 lbs and my health was getting out of control; however, my athletic club was hosting the biggest loser competition at SCAC that would last 4 months. I ended up winning the biggest loser competition and I lost 40 POUNDs AND i AM NOW an active exerciser at my dad’s health clu at a healthy weight of 209 lbs. I now am teaching a kid’s fitness program at SCAC sharing what you have taught me over your website.

Thanks a lot for the opportunity to contact you again, Lee!
You really are doing a good work amongst the nations!
Your information is waking persons in every branch of this great tree to realize, how important it really is to take care of their body, their sacred temple of the spirit in them.

I receive emails from many persons every day doing this important work of informing people in making the most in their lives, to increase in knowing, how to improve themselves both bodily,
mentally and intellectually. In sano cuerpo sano mente!

One of these near months I may be able to send for your Blast your Bench Press-course, if being able to pay for it…
You see, I am on rather small budjet being on pension.

As for now, I remain studying all the good information and trying to practice, what I am learning from day to day at this treasure of Info, the Internet…

I wish you stamina to prepare for the bodybuilding competition in April.
Best of luck an prosperity for you, Lee and yours.

    Aimo

  • happy and merry christmas to you and all your family .thanks for what you are doing to heighten the bodybuilding.it’s great.

  • Lee- that’s a “cute” doggy & is same kind as my pal’s dog, Snoopy(who’s been in my “monster” movies I direct on video to dvd). I just “pumped” my chest, back(lats & traps) lastnite/Sunday, in my room at home, in Des Plaines, IL. Then, I drank my big glass o’ milk(my usual post workout protein drink). When I have extra money, I mix in a scoop of whey or soy protein, bought at grocery store or “Trader Joes”. 30 minutes later, I ate a protein-carb meal of 3 over easy eggs, a piece of left-over turkey, some mashed potatoes w/margerine & mixed veggies. Then, another big glass of milk. Later, I ate a bowl of chili with noodles in it(chili mack) & a cup o’ “java”/coffee. Before bedtime, I followed the advice given me recently(in a mag), to eat some cottage cheese before bed, for the body to digest during the night & keep some protein flowing to the muscles, during sleep. Today, I noticed I had gained another pound. I was “192”, now I’m “193”! I tell my non-bodybuilding fiends”I don’t want to ‘lose’ weight! -I want to ‘GAIN” weight! I want to gain ‘muscle Mass'”! Those into bodybuilding say: “You GO, ROCK”! Those who don’t bodybuild are so brain-washed by all these ‘lose weight’ info- mercials & things you sprinkle on food to lose weight, that they don’t see the positive in GAINing muscular weight & size! Every small gain in muscle I make gets me excited & my body feels better, more alive & stronger! My sis & Mom think I eat too much, my Mom asks: “Are you getting ‘too much’ protein? You don’t want to get any bigger”?! I say: “No, I ‘WANT” toget BIGger! I’m not big enough. There’s alot of bigger guys out there”. But, I don’t & won’t take steroids(I never have) but do it all “Natural”, as I always have. I want to play & live “fair” & NOT cheat, as sports should be. I want to “know” within my soul that I “earned” my muscle size & strength naturally & share that positive truth with others, to show them it can be done, even at age 50+(I turned Big “53” Nov. 27th) by resistence exercise, good nutrition & never giving up! Thank you for your positive messages on bodybuilding & the exercise & hi-protein meal recipes! Happy Holidays to you all, too! -“ROCK”! David “The ROCK” Nelson- monster comedy movie maker, actor, all natural bodybuilder, comic, former Marine(nicknamed “Corporal ‘OO-Rah'” at Fighting FOX Co. 2/8)
& former Chicago Golden Gloves boxer. I boxed in 76 & 88 thru 91 “Chicago Golden Gloves”, the 1st to “compete” during 3 decades “Golden Gloves”.

It’s funny how someone I’ve never met before can be one of the coolest people around (Lee Hayward of course, and Vince Del Monte) and how some of the people around you can be such assholes. ah well. Thanks a lot Lee. Guys like you are really what the world need, nice people that is. Cheers, lift hard, and all the best for your competition come April. Remember now, smile when you pose πŸ˜‰
