=========================================

Last month I posted a blog asking for your feedback about a Private Bodybuilding Coaching Club that I’m putting together…

You can check out that blog post below:
https://leehayward.com/blog/bodybuilding-coaching-club-survey

As you know, I provide A LOT of muscle building training and nutrition advice via my blog, e-mails, facebook, and YouTube videos. And I’m still going to keep doing all that stuff and continue to make workout training videos, blog posts, etc.

However, as a result of all the tips and advice that I share online, I get several hundred e-mail every single day from guys asking me to help them with their workouts, help them with their diets, and basically coach them with reaching their bodybuilding and fitness goals.

As of this writing there are 35,000+ subscribers following me on YouTube. And 22,000+ followers on Facebook, plus there are tens of thousands more who just follow my website and don’t even have a Facebook or YouTube account.

As you can imagine, Thousands Of Followers = Hundreds Of e-Mails…
And as much as I would like to sit down and answer each and every one of those e-mails, it’s physically impossible, there just aren’t enough hours in the day.

So instead of simply ignoring them, I’m going to provide an “Inner Circle Coaching Club” for guys who are really serious about taking their training to the next level and who want to work with me personally.

I’ve already surveyed my followers about what they would like to see offered in this type of Private Bodybuilding Coaching Club and the overall response was very positive. I received some great feedback and 77% of my followers said that they would be willing to sign up as a paid monthly member if I were to offer this program.

I’ve been working my tail off over the past month and putting together my very best tips, tricks, workouts, and diet plans together to create a Kick Ass Group Coaching Program.

Basically I’ll be providing you with all the program templates to follow and then I’ll work with you personally via the private members forum and live video chats to help personalize them to your individual situation.

Total Fitness Bodybuilding Members Site

In addition to that you’ll be able to keep your own online training log and track your results. Post your workouts, your meals, keep track of your stats and post progress pictures. This way I can follow along with your training in real time and provide you with on going feedback about your progress. This will help to hold you accountable to follow through and stick with your program and develop the lean muscular physique you want.

Lee Hayward's Members Website

The Total Fitness Bodybuilding “Inner Circle” Coaching Club is almost ready to go LIVE, all I need now is some guinea pigs to help me test it out 😉

So I’m going to GIVE AWAY 10 20 FREE MEMBERSHIPS right here on my blog!

To enter to win one of those 10 20 FREE Memberships all you have to do is post a comment below this post (reply form is at bottom of the page) with the following response:

==================================================
In 250 words or less, tell me specifically why this program
is the perfect solution for you at this point in your life.
Share WHY you need and want me to personally coach you
with reaching your bodybuilding and fitness goals.

==================================================

Try your best to keep your response short and to the point, approx. 250 words, and please don’t talk about your financial situation. I’ve already covered price when I surveyed my followers and this “Inner Circle” Coaching Program is going to be very affordable for literally anyone who wants access to it. Period.

So please keep your financial situation to yourself, and instead focus on your personal fitness goals and how being a member of this group coaching program will help you reach those goals quicker and with less frustration.

I’m going to keep this blog contest open for the next 48 hours and then I’ll personally review all the replies over the weekend and announce the 10 20 Lucky Winners.

So give it some thought and make your answer count!

all the best,
Lee Hayward

    Hi Lee.

I have brought your blast your biceps programe and your hardcore muscle dvd as well. I am a disability support worker and i think that your help would be very benificial to my clients and also myself to teach and instruct them with the right form aswell

  • Nick D

This is simple, I have been following your work out routines and diets for several months and so far everything is starting work and show, if I have you as a personal coach, i will reach my goal of a healthly muscular body.

  • Daren

Hey Lee, this is your bodybuilding student here with the reason why I need to have U as my coach. I have hit a plataue on my workouts it seems. I work really hard and try my best to eat right. I have followed your supplements advice but either I am in to much of a hurry or I am doing something wrong. As I said I work very hard so therefore I feel tht I would be an excellent test subject for U. Thankyou for your time and I am excited to get started. Daren

As an aging male at 57, I desire more than ever to get into and maintain physical conditioning using the Lee Hayward methods of the fitness lifestyle. I was a wrestler in high school and have always tried to keep in shape, but the demands of life has made it difficult for me. I am already trying to use some of the ideas planned by Lee’s inner circle membership such as tracking goals, meals workouts etc. Using an online system along with personalized training and advice could just be the push I need to meet my goals and dreams. I would love to be a member of your team!

  • Ahamed Nuzhan

My passion is bodybuilding, fat loss and fitness. I have read numerous books on this subject and constantly try to learn everything possible. I am planning to read research materials as well. I am also considering getting into competitive bodybuilding.

While I do a full-time job in a private firm, I help people to loose fat and build muscles to fulfill my passion. In the area I live there is hardly any capable fitness instructor (there are only self-appointed puppets) and most of the guys living here are not fluent in English to read good materials on these topics.

I hope by joining this I can learn a lot which in turn should help me as well as the guys I guide to achieve their goals and maximize results. By the way, don’t be surprised if I argue against something you recommend, for that is a way of learning, But I shall make sure I do it in a very nice manner! 🙂

  • Dan

    Lee,

    This looks really good
you’re a real inspiration, and I like how your apporach is different to whats normally on the web.

I’m really hoping to be one of the members and am considering paying even if im not picked.

    Why do I want -in?

I have the desire, motivation and drive to engage in an exclusive “kick-ass coaching program”…now im looking for some extra support and accountability from people who actually know what they’re doing.

    Simple.

    Kind Regards,
    Dan

  • I’m a 53 year old man who is a hard gainer. I’m very fit and muscular but have plateaued at 150. You’re program of exercise and diet is the perfect solution to keep me motivated and help me push past my plateau.
Pick me, pick me, pick me……. 🙂
    All the best, Bob

  • My body development has progressively slowed down to a stop and have experimented with different workout routines but none have yet to stimulate the growth I would expect.
I believe your program with the support, guidance from yourself and the peers within the innercircle network would be the perfect envirnoment to re establish muscular growth.
It would essentially cut out all the dead ends I have been following and get straight to the point of building muscle, I would learn from everyone’s experience.
I have already adapted some of your training tips into my current workouts and use them consistently so a whole system that you are offering now, I know would deliver a completely successful outcome with little chance of failure.
    Thanks

  • David

Have been lifting weights/bodybuilding for approx. 40 years. Some times much more seriously than others. Have always gotten stronger, just never seemed to get bigger. I don’t think it is too late, I just think I need targeted instruction. I have more time now than ever before and see no reason not to accomplish this fitness goal. I have been following your videos and am seeing some progress. I think you have the knowledge to help me reach the proper level of fitness. At 5′ 10″ and 185 lbs. adding muscle if my biggest problem.

    Lee
Fitness is an important aspect in all life. For me it is important to get the correct coaching needed to build a better body and a more healthy aspect towards life. THe body is structured to create , to form and this is why I consider your site to be one of the best both in information and guidance. Lee, I am a disabled vet, at first I tried lifting , sure I gained but, it was the wrong direction, what I now seek is is a physical form that both I am very proud of as well as the effort I will put into it.
No matter what the outcome is I will continue to use your site and join your select group. You see, at 62, I can still build a body that is nice and I will. Today i have through your site used your instructional guides and yes, I look so much younger, Bench more and energy, well lets say, just do it!
Thanks Brother for all you do for those whom

  • Hi Lee,
In the mid to late 90’s I worked out in several gyms (different machines) on a regular basis. My personal trainer at that time was Lee Apperson, who was relentless and awesome. I joined the NPC, competed in several in state (Florida) competitions and I placed 3rd twice.

In 2000 I came down with several fungi infections; attacking my left lung, brain (memory) and hearing. I was put out of commission on and off for almost ten years. I was left with COPD and Asthma.

I have started to work out again on a regular basis in the gym and at my home as well. I come from a family of fighters and we don’t give up very easily. Presently I am back in the groove.

For the past few years I have been following you on your Website, articles, postings and competitions. I greatly appreciate your knowledge, your in depth approach to diet, technique and respect for safety.

I have learned a lot from you and I believe that I can learn much more. I have started to train and diet for competition again, (in the Masters level), 70 and over. This time I feel it in my bones; I just know that with your help I can take 1st place.

  • darren garsden

i like the bodybuilding coaching and to be a member aswell is great, you can learn from it and clean up your diet and exercises.

  • RAMON LOMELI

I HAVE BEEN TRAINING FOR 8 YEARS NOW, I FOLLOW EVERY ROUTINE I RESEARCHED FAITHFULLY, YET I STILL CANT GET RID OF MY LOWER FLABBY CHEST. I DESPERATELY NEED ADVICE AND DIRECTION OF YOUR EXPERT KNOWLEDGE. I HAVE TRIED A LOT OF METHODS TO GET RID OF FLABBY LOWER CHEST BUT NO SUCCESS. I NEED GUIDED INSTRUCTION TO ELIMINATE THIS PROBLEM.

  • George

Hey there Lee, I am a big fan of you and I have been following everything you post and had amazng results comparing to where my body condition was before but I really still need to get that body I have always dreamt of, I am still confused on many things and this program would be ideal to get me to where I want to be, I am addicted to bodybuilding and if I get the chance to have you coaching me would be the best thing ever happened to me, it would be my honor!!

Thank you for all the great articles you post and for all your support

  • Luis Vazquez

I have never been in good shape. I have a lot of fat tu burn and a lot of muscle waiting to grow. I am 20 years olds and i think i am still in the properly age to workout my body as i want, because i have the time, the motivation and because i trust you Lee.
I want to break the expectations of the people who tought i would never be in shape. I am sure that your coaching is all i need.

  • Wendy Hagan

    Hi there Lee,
This is not a bloke post, but from – as we say in Australia – a sheila who religiously reads your emailed tips and workout ideas. But this sheila is a married mother with two boys who lives in a remote mining town in the Western Australian desert. For many, many years; my best and most supportive (literally) friend was the coach. But I am happy to say that my life did a 180, I lost weight, toned up and I now compete in competitive fitness. I put in 100% and I have placed at all events. I travel 12 hours via road to Perth to enter my comps. Now, I want to put on additional muscle and enter into figure as well as fitness divisions. I would love to be your guinea pig to show that the program suits females, remote clients and how the training can change my physique. I can provide you updates on measurements, photos of my body changes and updates from comps.

    Cheers, Wendy Hagan

  • Chenxiao Gu

Hey Lee, I come from China and am currently studying at US. I am 21 years old. I had weight problem back in high school. I lose 30kg just by Cadio and dieting at college. Now I am 183cm and 79kg with body fat around 10%. I don’t lack motivation. My goal now is to gain massive muscle. Massive! I always hear people in the gym saying how Asian guys are small and weak. I just want to prove them wrong. I see all the supplement review you have on YouTube and find it extremely clear and honest. I need advice about supplement and proper form. I hurt my wrist really bad once due to bad form and ended up in hospital once due to over training. With your personal advice, I can prevent injury and push myself to another level. I always wish I can enter bodybuilding contest show one day. My case can show that your method also works for Asians.

    Best

  • I have injured right joint shoulder because did perform upright row dumbbell or barbell. Do instead upright row of what??

  • Lee, I’ve been hanging and banging now for over 20 yrs. At 41, I feel like I’m over the hill now! It makes me feel sad and sometimes down. I have a wife, a six year old son and a great job that kicks my butt outside in the AZ. sun. When I get home I’m drained, and the family wants family time, I feel like training is dead last now in my older years. I go to a doctor, cause my Test. levels are worse than a 50yr. old man, I don’t feel like I used to. My goal in life was to do a Master’s show when I turned 40, well, I’m 41 now, and feel like I will never get it back! Please, help me Lee! Help guide me to one goal in my life, besides my little boy, of coarse, lol. I would love to have abs you can wash your clothes on, I would love to take my shirt off in public, I would love to show my wife and son, I can do it!! And have my son be proud of me. Thank you Lee, Jeremy

  • Jose M

I believe I would really benefit from this body building coaching membership. I constantly look to your Youtube videos for workouts tips. These videos have changed my mentality of working out with good form over struggling with heavier weight and risking injury from bad form. This opportunity would help me achieve my goals of gaining strength and muscle mass by providing me with the right tools and guidance.

  • harry

i am 62 and staying fit at this age is more important than ever before to support the spine and the organs.
I have been working out for a few years but as the metabolism slows down with age we need those professional tips , and tricks to keep the muscles toned without causing injury.
living in a small island in Asia gyming is a new awareness here and professional help and coaching is non – existent.
Most supplements mentions may also not be available here so what I really look forward is to a workout and diet program specific for senior people.

  • Garrett Grissom

I’ve read all the magazines and watched plenty of videos but it seems like they all contradict one another and I can’t seem to find any solid workouts that get results. I’m currently a Marine reserve and have lots of time to maintain a diet and lifting routine. I watch your videos daily and would love to see an entire week split of what could really pack on some muscle. Choose me!

  • Lee,
I strongly believe this is the best place where i can grow and show up what my potential is after successful completion. I want up the program so badly coz, despite having a mid size torso with a basic built bodyframe- i feel i’ve got a long way to go and flex up some real muscles. This program is specific to every muscle group and also concentrates on all ground exercises which i feel is great than others who just concentrate more on machines and free weights. All muscle group of body parts are perfectly worked out which definitely will yield results provided your programme reccomends ample rest and recovery time thereby preventing overtraining. The best supplementation by description of each supplements ensures knowhow of what to take when. Virtually, any person who considers taking up this programme does not have any excuse to make in backing out, cuz it provides the best workout option at feasible costs..Worth a million try!!!

  • how can i get this coaching club?

Hey Lee what’s up man i’m 28 years old and I have tried your programs with good results but I never had that one where I can go to the beach with confidence I have always had problems with the nutrition not necessarily what to eat just how much so it’d be great if you could help me with that thanks for the opportunity Lee!

  • Michael D.

Just got out of the military on some BS charges lucky it was still honorable but still, want to do it not only for myself but for my wife since she had seen me years ago before the army before withdrawals to get there, I miss the body I had before and would love to have it back.

  • jörgen

    Dear Lee,

I have been working out with weights since my early teens and now I’m 51. My story is still the same. I’m getting stronger up to a certain point, catch a cold and start all over again. I have never been able to figure out how to get past this so I definitly need your expertise since no one has been able to help me yet.

    Best Regards,
    Jörgen

  • A membership with you would help me achieve my goals and navigate through all the misleading information out there. I am without a doubt the busiest person I know and have no aspirations of being a massive body builder. I would however like to improve my physical fitness and would like to pack some weight on this 145lb frame. I work a 9-10 hr day job, go to school, and have a dream of one day being able to make it as a photographer. It is my passion just as fitness is yours. On top of it all is managing to keep up my work as a healer and life coach. I work with severely depressed or overweight people on ways to manage their lives and learn to live more happy and productive lives. I do it all for free because these are people who have come to me or been referred to me by those who see how efficiently I manage my life. I do not live a normal schedule, I can not find time to sleep 4-6 hours tops, and I can’t seem to fit everything into my days. Having somewhere to turn to when my schedule changes and my workouts suddenly have to take place at 430am, or when my nutrition has no choice but to take a dive because of life’s duties would be invaluable to me. I can by no means afford a personal trainer and refuse to let my health slide as a result of doing the right thing. So please consider me. Thank you and keep putting out great info. Your workout plans and info has helped me knock 150 pounds off of 5 people. 42lbs off 1 guy alone. Thanks again.

  • Mikeyboom

I have been seriously lifting for two years. Have gained some good results overall, just not great. I am really wanting to enter a body building competition sometime this year or next, and feel like I need that little bit of extra help to get me where I need to be body wise. I tend to veer off nutritionally, as I LOVE food, not so much sweet things, just the fatty foods from time to time. My training style is intense, I love lifting weights and everything with it. Bodybuilding has changed me as a person, I drink moderately, if at all, I don’t smoke anymore, it has growing so much on me. I have difficulty getting rid of the 4 pack even when my diet is fairly strict. Any help is appreciated, you are doing an awesome job, I watch all your videos, thanks for your time.

    Mike

  • Josh

    Hello Lee,

First off I just want to thank you for this opportunity. I am a person that was not born with any gifts or talents which has caused me to be depressed for the last few years of my life because, I am still trying to figure out my purpose. I am 22 years old and am currently going to the gym on a consistent basis trying to bulk up. Out of the 22 years of living on this planet I have never felt confident about anything, although I would create an illusion to myself that I am confident… deep down I never really am. I feel that with my strive to achieve greatness, and to become more than what I currently am, along with your amazing program, experience, and guidance, I can achieve happiness not just mentally but physically as well.

    ~thank you Lee

  • Alexander

    hey Lee.
First of i want to tell you i am a big fan of yours and follow you both on youtube and facebook.
Fitness is a big part of my life, it always has since i started, the reason Fitness is so important for me is that ever since i was a little kid i was bullied because i was overweight, i was lower than low for a long time, until a person changed my life by taking me to the gym the first time, i was blown away back already back then and i have been doing it as my greatest passion ever since.
i have been doing “hardcore” weightlifting for a year now and my dream is to one day be able to coach others in fitness, just like you.
And i think it would give me a big edge over my competition today if i learned some secrets and tips from one of the best.
The only thing that makes me not worthy of being part of the lucky 10 is that others who have trained for many many years than me deserves it alot more than i do.

    Hey,

I am a novice when it comes to bodybuilding but I am a quick learner. I have been getting great tips, especially from you and your dear friend Vince 🙂 I want to be looking athletic and great looking like Christian Bale in American Psycho or Jared Padalecki in Supernatural. No need to be putting a lot of mass. I really strive for achieving one of those bodies that ancient greek sculptures possess. At this point of my life, I can’t seem to get progress that I have been desiring. I do not know where I am doing wrong. I consider that my nutrition program is good, I have been training intense and efficient and getting good sleep. So, I think I am doing something wrong in this whole process. I need you to show me those little details that will change everything for me and guide me through this journey. I am ready to be your little grasshopper 🙂 Thank you again for all your workout tips.

    Btw: I am 25, 1.73 cm. and 71-72 kg.

At the age of 20 I joined the military in great shape. Throughout my time in the military I continued to train and learn about workouts and made great progress in strength, stamina, and reduction of body fat. I was not able to make much progress in size. After leaving the service I stopped working out, ate junk, and gained 30 pounds. It was hard to stay motivated when i saw no increase in size. With your help I want to learn how to grow and find that motivation I’ve been missing for the past few years and once again be someone I can be proud to be.

  • matt grice

I’ve recently finished training for 400m after 6 long years of jam packedweeks of track work and now I feel lost without it but I always wanted to improve more in the gym, now I’ve stopped im committing myself to my body but I just need a new way of training because the way im used to training is seeing no positive effects this is why your training plan will be extremely helpful to help me find myself against

  • Mike Wheatley

    Hi Lee,

The reason I would like to be apart of your inner circle coaching club, would be because I am really ambitious and I would love to go on and compete, teach, and make a life long career in the fitness industry. I follow your videos, blog, tips, and website, And i would benefit greatly from being coached by yourself. I always push myself in the gym, and with my nutrition, and it would be great to help me get the body I really want at the end of it. thanks. mike.

  • Hi ya lee. I have been following your blog’s and YouTube videos for about 6 months now. Im nothing but grateful for all the help and advice you have obviously gone out of your way to give me, and for free too. I actually stumbled upon you accidentally after searching the internet for months looking for advice on these “4 week workouts” & miracle weight loss programs. You only seemed to be legitimate and showed you really know what your talking about. I now have all your blog’s and YouTube videos saved and i follow your advice like a religion. So thankyou for all that you have supplied and i hope this can carry on.

  • nubbs

started lifting in earnest about three years ago. went from a 152 pound marathon runner to 182 pounds while staying under 11% body fat. and it i did all from home. but i joined a gym three months ago to make a real push to put on some serious muscle (at 6 feet in height, i still look pretty slim, and have basically been stuck at 180 for over a year). i didn’t realize how much time it was going to take outside the gym, between the serious learning involved and the time to prepare and eat all this food. i have so many questions and it takes me so much time to find the answers to them. (you can see my many questions, most of which you’ve been kind enough to answer, on your youtube vids, under the account name “nubbs”). this program is perfect for me because it’s a huge time saver from someone who’s info i trust. i dont know anyone else who works out, and im not comfortable asking people at the gym

  • Jason Barrett

I wouldn’t say that this is a perfect solution for me at my stage in life, i don’t think many things are solutions. I believe that this will help me greatly develop my bodybuilding skills and knowledge to help improve my physique and reach my goals. Also i want to become a fitness trainer and i believe in order to give people the best help possible you need a wide range of knowledge on all fitness aspects, i hope to one day train bodybuilders and hopefully train the first Australian Mr olympia. I don’t want you to think im here to steal your ideas, im just here to build knowledge of the sport we all love and try and help others to discover this wonderful sport and exceed in it.

  • MARK

this program is best suited to me because ive been bodybuilding for just under 2years now ive used all of your workouts to the full extent and just need a helping hand in a way

  • Shane Wood

    Hi Lee.

I am 41 years of age and a very busy trainer with Prisons in Australia.
At present I train at 04:30 in the morning thus dont have access to personal trainers.
Your program would be exactly what I need to help fulfil goals I have set for my self.
I am currently using the 21 day fast mass program, I am into my 2nd 3 week block.
Having access to the inner circle may be the extra guidence I need to finally start to gain some serious muscle.
I have always struggled to put muscle on and would greatly appreciate some targetted guidence to build muscle especially at my age.
In the past 3 years I have gone from 71 kg and at a guess 18-20 % body fat to 76 kg and 10% body fat.
I also tried Vinces No Nonsense program gained 15 kg’s but put on a tone of fat.
I am learning the game slowly but I am still struggling to gain real muscle.
Thanks for the oppertunity to apply to this competition.
Keep up the great work and especially the total fitness body building program which I listen to on the way to work.

    Cheers from OZ.
    Shane.

  • Bruce Storrs

    Hello Lee,
A program like the one you are going to develop is of great interest to me. The idea that you can access different programs that you have presented and will follow up with students is great! Providing different pathways to the same destination or goal is important to reach different unique members. Knowing that you can post your workouts and become part of a larger community of like minded people who are seeking fitness will keep me more accountable. I especially like the idea of nutrition and your willingness to advise me and keep me on track. I look forward to your program and will be excited to become a member of the “Inner Circle”.

  • Dylan McGrath

    Lee,
I have only recently been following your various programmes and I can’t even being to describe how much it has benefited me. All of my friends and family are dying to know how I got so ripped. So I think with this membership I could get even better and continue to amaze my family and friends and maybe help others and guide them to your website so you can give them the help you have given me

What can i say when i check my before/after pics after only 22 weeks? Without your tips and advices it took me 30 years and even tough i never got in a good shape, You can check and check ( as i did ) thousands of routines with the pic of a 100 lbs guy and then another when he was 250lbs saying this is possible in 3 months, etc. I saw REAL changes. Besides, the reason because i would like to receive personal training from you is that if i managed to get in such a shape after 22 weeks following a program that was not even made for me, i cannot even imagine the gains i would have with a personal program. Rather if you pick me or not, i hope you keep changing people´s life in an amazing way like you did with mine.

    Hi Lee

I think this program would really help me with my goals for a few reasons.
    1. I need a good kick up the butt to get me going again. (its been a while)
    2. Having a step by step guide on what to do and when would be invaluable
    3. All your youtube clips and blog posts are easy to understand and professional but you do have to cover a broad audience, having one on one info would be great.
    4. I have lots of questions and getting them answered by you would be a real help.
    5. Lastly, I’m a shift worker so having someone workout a person plan of when to train would help a lot.

    Thanks Lee

    Kris

  • Dear Mr Haywood,

I have found that at over the last few years I have become lacking in motivation and to my knowledge the reason is unknown, I’m a 45 year old smoker for my sins and have finally decided to quit and start eating a more healthy diet, I have two children of which I’m extremely proud, and wish them to be proud of me, and so begins my new future, at 5ft 6″ and 10 stone I know I shall need guidance in regards to training and diet, and I know, I repeat I know you are the man to help me aquire the body I have always wanted to build, one thing is sure YOU say I shall do, I have no intention of failure as I have no wish to let myself, my family or yourself down.

please pick me and you won’t regret it, and good luck to everyone else in winning and training.

I have been working out on and off for a few years, but only the last year taken it very seriously. I feel my nutrition has improved, but would absolutely love to have you on hand to take me to the next level. This is the perfect time for me to “go at” something full leather and I’m a “able & ready” guinea pig Lee 😀

I am starting out body training at the age of 53 – from a very low base. Loads of room for improvement, in fact stadiums for improvement. I’ve talked to many, read much, consulted the web, the Tube, the telly, my friends and my relations – some things you gotta do. The best advice I’ve garnered, the best demonstrations of form, the best videos of exercises have come from you Lee. I’m starting to see results now and would love to be a member of your Inner Club – its that simple; Lee = progress.
