Just a couple days ago I had the opportunity to train with the creators of the Lean Hybrid Muscle Building System Elliott Hulse & Mike Westerdal at The Elite Strength & Conditioning Gym in Tampa Florida.
These guys are friggen animals and strong as hell (as you’ll see in the video). And they all use the Lean Hybrid style of training in their workouts to build ripped, raw, rock solid muscle mass that is not just for show, but can also move some heavy ass weights.
Just watch the video below to get a quick sample of the kind of ball busting workouts these guys do on a regular basis…
If you are even just “slightly” interested in knowing how you can go about building that kind of raw muscle and power in your own physique. Than you should download a copy of The Muscle Shifting Doctrine. This will show you 7 killer tricks for building ripped powerful muscle that is just as strong as it looks.
It is a totally FREE Report and video presentation that Mike and Elliott have put together for you. I highly recommend you check it out because these guys both know their sh!t and they practice what they preach.
You can download your Free-Report right on their website at:

That was fun to watch…looked like a place where they eat raw meat.

They do… After every workout they run out into the back woods of Florida and kill a hog with their bare hands, gut it open with the rusty edge of a 45 pound plate and eat the meat RAW to fuel their insane training sessions LOL 😉

Lee,
Those presses with the resistance bands looked interesting. How do you set up the band?
leehayward
In this video they just had the band under their lower back and behind their neck. But there are different ways to set it up that will vary depending on the type of bands you are using. Whether you are benching from the floor or on a bench, etc.
Mike
Using the floor is a good way to learn how to NOT go to far down during dumbbell presses the way a bench would allow you to. If you continue to go too low (below your shoulder line when on a bench then it could screw up your rotators cuff (been there – ouch)

wow! that gym looks pretty sick, i would love to try some of that equipment ie.) the chains, and tractor tire
leehayward
When I do db bench I keep a close grip and lower the db’s until they touch my chest. This prevents them from going too low.

I don’t have a good relationship with the tire. I pulled my bicep trying to flip that thing. Luckily it didn’t tear completely, but my arm is fu#ked for a while, I can’t even lift it to brush my teeth 🙁
