Did you ever watch a porno video?

X Rated... I’ve got an interesting question for you…

“Did you ever watch a porno video?”

What The…???
You probably think I’ve just lost my marbles right?

Well, I actually used this as an analogy last night during my
Live Total Fitness Bodybuilding Talk Show to explain a point…

Note:
You can go and watch the replay for yourself if you like.
It was actually pretty funny and all the guys got a good
chuckle from it at: http://www.LeeHayward.com/tv

LIVE Muscle TV - Watch It Now!

But anyway, back to my point…

Would you say that watching a porno is the same as having sex?

Of course Not… Duh?

Now while you can see the visuals of what’s going on,
you don’t get to experience what it feels like, and thus
you don’t TRULY appreciate it 😉

Now this relates to the 21-Day Fast Mass Building Program.
You can study the logic behind the program. You can mentally
understand how calorie cycling and training manipulation can
trigger an anabolic growth rebound. And all that stuff…

But until you actually “experience” it for yourself you
can’t TRULY appreciate what it’s like to go through the
“Anabolic Amplifier Effect” and make rapid muscle gains!

Again, it’s like comparing watching a flick to “doing it”…
It’s just not the same.

So if you are ready to get busy and actually feel the
full force of the 21-Day Fast Mass Building Program

    Hey Lee.

I’m ready to start the FMB program tomorow but I don’t know whether to start with the primer phase or the overload phase..
I’m lean but I’m extremely skinny and I want to gain the most mass out of this program as possible, so what would you reccomend? primer phase or overload phase first?

Personally I recommend everyone start with primer phase. This is what sets up the rebound for when you switch to the overload phase.

  • BAZ,

Yeah, we optimized the videos, uploaded them to faster servers, and now they are downloading at normal speeds. Glad to hear it’s working.

Keep me posted with your results. Who knows you may win a trip to hang out with us at the Arnold Classic in March. It’s going to be a blast! 🙂

    Thanks lee.

Also my friend here is a little skeptical about this program. He dosent believe it will make him lose weight aswell. Can you persuade him otherwise and tell him it will make him loose weight aswell?

P.S he only weight about 160 pounds

    Thanks Lee!

I’ve got my friend here who wants to lose some weight, he weighs about 160 pounds and he’s a little bit skeptical about this program. Could you persuade him otherwise and tell him he will loose some weight? I really need a gym partner!

    Hey Lee.

I’m real sorry about all these comments. I’ve got one last question for you if that’s alright…?

On the low calorie primer phase which workout should I follow? Should I follow the 500 rep workout or the fitness model workout?

If you say the 500 rep workout, should I do the cardio aswell? because I’m really skinny and would literally vanish if I lost anymore weight.

Thanks and sorry again for these comments!

It’s not meant to be a weight loss program, but what we found was that a lot of our test subjects actually did lose fat from following. It was a nice side benefit. Again you can see some results at:

If you are really skinny than you can just do a cardio warm up / cool down routine and focus the rest of your effort on your actual weight training.

If you are currently doing a standard bodybuilding workout routine now, then try the bodyweight 500 primer to start with. The change in training stimulation can help spur on some new growth. Don’t be fooled into thinking this an easy workout because it’s “bodyweight”. This is an absolute killer routine!
