Building Muscle In Your 50’s – It’s Never Too Old To Start Bodybuilding

🏆 I’d like to give a Huge Congrats to Mike Brown who competed in his very first bodybuilding competition on Saturday at age 61 💪

He won the Novice Lightweight Class and placed 2nd in the Master’s 50+ and 60+ Divisions.

Back in 2021 Mike reached out to me and said that he’d like some help to get in shape and compete in a bodybuilding competition someday… Well that goal finally became a reality on Saturday November 2nd.

Mike is a prime example that it is possible to get in your best shape in your 60’s when you follow a proven system, trust the process, and refuse to quit 👏 👏 👏
