Oh yea Lee finally the pullup program is out.

I was doing great at pull ups. I was using a 45lbs. weight plate. And BAM! My tendonitis flared up! Tennis and golf elbow in my right arm due to years of working on a moving van. It’s been three months and not much relief. I went from twenty pull ups to no pull ups.
