    ive been getting a lot of my protein source for the past few weeks from having 3 – 4 protein shakes a day, I usually make them with oats, cinnamon, flax seeds, skim milk and 2 types of protein powder.

    I found that I’m losing weight and gaining muscle significantly but I’m now becoming worried that my improvements are slowing down and that ‘ana metabolic’ adaptation is kicking in… Is there a way I can stop this from happening but still consume 3 – 4 protein shakes a day? Possibly by using different protein powders? Or how about if I replace a couple of shakes with protein bars, would that help? Thanks Lee!
