    I am interested, and I was actually thinking of doing this myself, but I didn’t think it could work with restricting the diet for one week only…
    But well, there’s something would like to know: in this programm, are you going to give us a set amount of calories to consume(whatever our size, weight, etc), or are you going to give the information wee need to calculate our own needs for this type of diet, and therefore be able to have something adapted to our physique?
    I simply ask this because I try to be serious with my diet, and I think the latter option would be more beneficial, and could help everyone understand everything better…

    Chances are if you didn’t get the e-mail, it got mistakenly filtered out as spam. It’s funny because anytime you use the words “muscle building” or “gaining size” in an e-mail the spam filters think you are taking about “penis enlargement” and that’s why the e-mails often get filtered out as spam 😉
