Tomorrow morning I’m going to be flying down to Columbus Ohio to join the 21-Day Fast Mass Building Transformation Contest Winners for the 2011 Arnold Classic Bodybuilding & Fitness Expo!

When would the winners go? You’re apparently already on your way. It would take some time to pocess all the entries. Or do the winners go next time?

You can still enter for the transformation contest next year. The main thing you should do right now as you follow the 21-Day Fast Mass Building System is take progress pictures with each cycle through (i.e. every 3 weeks). Also make sure to take at least 1 pic per progress update holding a newspapper or something to verify the date of the pictures.

This is going to be an annual transformation contest. Right now we’re here at the Arnold with the first group. Next year we’ll hold another transformation contest and vote for our second group.

So you mean, that if I start now, there will be at least 14 periods of 3 weeks to train and take progress pictures of each cycle? Very interesting!
When will I start sending the progress pictures? Or must I wait untill the competition ends?

We haven’t got all the details of the next transformation competition worked out yet. Gotta take care of the first before worrying about the second one 😉
But rest assured that there will be another competition like this either for the Mr. Olympia or the Arnold Classic.
