These are some progress pics that I took 12 weeks out from the 2010 Atlantics.
So far so good. I’ve been eating a low carb diet and it’s working really well for me. I can see my definition improving.
After taking a couple years away from the contest stage I’m super motivated to really hit my all time best shape ever for this show.
Here are the 12 weeks out pics below…

Thanks for the feedback, I know I still have a ways to go yet, but I’m happy with how things are going.
I’m around 210 in these pics. I’m not worried about bodyweight, all that matters is that I get as ripped as possible. Generally, the leaner and lighter you get, the better you look on stage.
linda-allan
lee you look awsome your my new mentor your emails are great look forword to the next one
ANDY
AWESOME LEE !!!!!!!
Salvatore
Personally, I think you look flat in these pics. It’s probably because you cut the carbs. Then again, what do I know.
I’m really looking forward to seeing your physical evolution from your current condition to contest day. Thank you so much for doing this.
Sean
Coming along nicely. It is cool to see the cuts start showing as you rip down. I try to stay at 10% BF year round and cut during summer months to 8%. The hardcore cutting phase is just too intense!
